Prince William and Kate Middleton Take a Stand Against Cyberbullying. Prince William and Kate Middleton are continuing their efforts to combat cyberbullying in the U.K, while the Duke of Cambridge has condemned tech leaders of being on the "back foot" when it comes to issues such as fake news, extremism and hate speech. On Thursday, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited the offices of the BBC in London to view the work the network is doing as a member of his Taskforce on the Prevention of Cyberbullying, which he launched in 2016. "The new ways we have to access news from across the world are also allowing misinformation and conspiracy to pollute the public sphere," William said. "And the apps we use to make new friends can also allow bullies to follow their targets even after they have left the classroom or the playing field." William and Kate also met young people who wrote and performed a new video for the Stop, Speak, Support campaign, which is being introduced in schools and provides guidance for children on what to do when they see bullying online. William also met bereaved parents of bullied children who had taken their own lives. William said he was worried that "technology companies still have a great deal to learn about the responsibilities that come with their significant power." "I say this not in anger," he said. "Again, I believe our tech leaders are people of integrity who are bringing many benefits to our lives and societies. I am very concerned though that on every challenge they face -- fake news, extremism, polarization, hate speech, trolling, mental health, privacy, and bullying -- our tech leaders seem to be on the back foot. Their self-image is so grounded in their positive power for good that they seem unable to engage in constructive discussion about the social problems they are creating." (Eonline)

Idris Elba's Daughter Isan Elba Named Golden Globe Ambassador 2019. Ladies and gentlemen, meet your new Golden Globe Ambassador. On Wednesday evening, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced that Idris Elba's daughter Isan Elba will serve as Golden Globe Ambassador 2019. "I feel honored to hold this title and use this role to not only further educate people on the work of the HFPA, but also shine a light on issues that I care about," the 16-year-old shared in a press release. "Mental health, specifically among African Americans and my peers in particular, is something I really want to be more vocal about. There's this perceived stigma and I've seen friends struggle. We need to empower young people to not be afraid to ask for help." Earlier in the week, it was announced that the annual party that usually including the big reveal was cancelled after the recent tragedies in California. "Due to the recent mass shooting and wildfires that are currently taking place in California, the HFPA has decided to cancel the annual Golden Globe Awards season kick-off party, and instead will be making donations to organizations helping the victims and first responders," the HFPA said Tuesday in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter. Just last year, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's daughter Simone Garcia Johnson was named Golden Globe Ambassador. Corinne Foxx, Francesca Eastwood, Greer Grammer and Rumer Willis have also received the special honor. As many may recall, the title was previously changed from Miss Golden Globe to Golden Globe Ambassador. "As we look forward to the 75th anniversary of the Golden Globe Awards, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association members decided to expand this role to embody the HFPA's philanthropic efforts year-round," HFPA president Meher Tatna said in a previous statement. "The honoree will now be referred to as the Golden Globe Ambassador, and we could not think of a better representative than Simone to carry on this tradition, as her values closely reflect everything that HFPA stands for." What won't change is Isan's role of assisting with ushering presenters on and off stage and handing out awards at the 2019 Golden Globes. The 2019 Golden Globes is expected to air January 6, 2019 from the Beverly Hilton Hotel with nominations set to be announced December 6. (Eonline)

Kanye West and Mark Zuckerberg have one thing in common -- they love the Backstreet Boys! On Wednesday, West, 41, shared a candid photo of himself and the co-founder of Facebook, 34, rocking out to the boy band's 1999 hit "I Want It That Way." In the shot, the rapper can be seen holding a microphone to his mouth, belting out the lyrics with his eyes closed. Meanwhile, Zuckerberg was pictured in the corner of the shot also holding up a microphone. It's unclear as to where or why this epic karaoke session took place, but fans are loving it. "I never thought Kanye West and Mark Zuckerberg would have so much in common with my Saturday nights at La Sing," one fan tweeted. "Just when you think you've seen it all Kanye drops a pic of him and Mark Zuckerberg singing Backstreet Boys song for karaoke #YeezyTaughtMe," another user wrote. "Kanye West and Mark Zuckerberg singing 'I Want It That Way' together is a phrase I never even considered possible until today," a fan said. Some fans, however, weren't satisfied with just the photo. "Video or it didn't happen," one user tweeted underneath's West's photo. The karaoke photo comes hours after West's wife Kim Kardashian shared that her husband hasn't completely abandoned the political arena after vowing to distance himself at the end of October. After President Donald Trump's controversial tweet that blamed the devastating California wildfires on the state's alleged mismanagement, West reached out to government officials, according to the Kimoji creator, 38. "When he doesn't agree with something like that fire comment he will screengrab [and] he will send it to the people close to [Trump] and say that maybe there should be a little more empathy in this," Kardashian West told Variety. The issue hit close to home for West, who evacuated his family as the wildfires drew closer to their home. Kardashian West told the outlet that the family had an hour to evacuate (People)

For Bella Hadid, the California wildfire's destructive path made things personal ... and now she's fighting to avert a looming threat triggered by the ravaging inferno -- mudslides. The supermodel has donated $10k to the Malibu Disaster Prevention & Relief Fund. The GoFundMe page is spearheaded by the Point Dume Bomberos ... who need the money to pack sandbags, buy pool pumps, generators, respirators, cleanup materials and other tools. Rain could arrive sometime next week and fire officials have said fast-moving mudslides -- possibly like the catastrophic one in Montecito earlier this year -- could be powerful enough to bring down trees and tons of other debris. Fact is ... torched terrain won't absorb the rain. This would be devastating for Bella who, on top of losing her Montecito home in January from devastating floods, has seen the area where she went to high school decimated. The Woolsey fire's killed at least 2 people and burned nearly 100k acres and more than 400 structures. Bella's not the only celeb pitching in to help Malibu get back on its feet. Patton Oswalt donated $5k to rebuild a horse ranch that burned down. Jon Favreau kicked in $1k to another Woolsey Fire relief fund and Sean Astin donated $1k to a similar cause. (TMZ)

Michelle Obama's Not Allowed to Drive Herself, Can't People-Watch at Cafes: 'We Still Live in a Bubble.' The Obamas' lives have changed drastically since they left the White House in January 2017, but there is one aspect that has remained stubbornly constant: the lack of anonymity. In a sit-down interview with PEOPLE, former First Lady Michelle Obama discusses her new memoir, Becoming, and what life is now like outside the confines of the 9-bedroom house in Washington, D.C., she shares with her husband, former President Barack Obama, 57, and their younger daughter Sasha, 17. Their eldest daughter Malia, 20, is currently attending Harvard University. "We don't have the anonymity that allows you to be in the world with normalcy," Mrs. Obama, 54, says. "I go to restaurants, I still work out and travel, but I can't sit at a sidewalk cafe and just watch other people without it becoming a scene." She has ruled out wearing a disguise. "Then somebody's gonna say, 'What's Michelle doing in that wig and those glasses?'" she says with a laugh. "So I think a disguise would only backfire. I'd be in some tabloid magazine: 'What's she trying to do -- what's wrong with her? That's crazy!'" Asked if the Secret Service allows her to drive her own car now, she shakes her head. "No driving for me. We still live in a bubble." "If we had a farm somewhere, maybe I could drive around it," she explains, but acknowledges that the package bomb discovered on Oct. 24 in her husband's mail drove home the need for continued security. "As we've seen, the risks are still there." (People)

Teresa Giudice hits a strip club after visiting ailing father. Teresa Giudice made a rare appearance at a local strip club Wednesday night. The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star was spotted at Lace Gentlemen's Club in Wayne, New Jersey, but we're told that she wasn't making money moves. Giudice and her brother Joe Gorga "were at the hospital last night visiting their father," an insider told Page Six on Thursday. "While they were there, a childhood friend of both of theirs called, spoke to them both and invited both of them out for a drink to celebrate this person's birthday." "Both Joe and Teresa went to the club. They met their friend and other friends. They were there for one drink. They were in and out. It was very brief." Giudice, 46, and Gorga, 39, posted photos of their father, Giacinto, in the hospital on their respective social media accounts earlier in the day. When Gorga's wife, Melissa, stopped by Page Six, she told us the elder Gorga has recently been in and out of the hospital but will hopefully be on the mend soon. Giudice is also dealing with the possible deportation of her husband, Joe, who recently filed an appeal of a judge's decision to kick him out of the country at the end of his 41-month prison sentence. Kim Kardashian accused of photoshopping North West. Kim Kardashian has been forced to deny photoshopping an image of her daughter North to make her look thinner. The 38-year-old was accused of altering North's tummy in a recent family photo she posted on Instagram featuring the five-year-old and Saint, after eagle-eyed followers spotted it looked different to the original pap shot. A source close to the reality star said that Kim took the edited image from a fan site and was unaware that any alterations had been made. They told the Mail Online: "Kim sometimes reposts images from her fan sites. This was one of those times. The paparazzi photo was altered via the fan site. "She would never photoshop North to alter her weight." In the picture, Kim is seen crouching down during their recent trip to Bali, while North looks at the camera. The image has been edited so it is a different color to the original shot which shows the children in bright green clothing. Her followers think they spotted other changes though and took to Instagram to accuse her of trying to make North look slimmer. One person blasted: "Kids who are chubby are the cutest. No need to edit... gosh Kim... What's wrong with you!" Another wrote: "Can't believe she photoshopped her daughter's stomach." But others pointed out that she had simply changed the color, with one fan remarking: "She lowered the saturation. That's about it." (PageSix)

Alyssa Milano dumped her former comrade Michael Avenatti on Wednesday after reports that he was arrested on Los Angeles for domestic violence. "Totally disgusting," the actress tweeted. "And before anyone asks me, yes, I'm disavowing Avenatti. I do not care what side he's on. #Basta" Milano and Avenatti appeared together for a protest against President Trump outside the White House in July. Avenatti, a lawyer for Trump's alleged ex-mistress, Stormy Daniels, was arrested by the LAPD on suspicion of domestic violence Wednesday. He allegedly left a woman's face "swollen and bruised," according to TMZ. Avenatti denied the allegations through his law firm. (TMZ)

Disney took "A Bug's Life" from the big screen and into the bedroom ... according to a new lawsuit filed by a woman claiming the Disneyland Hotel is infested by bed bugs. According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Ivy Lizette Ewell Eldridge says she developed a severe skin rash over her entire body after an April stay in the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, and the hotel failed to tell her about a bed bug infestation. In the suit, she says bed bugs latched onto her body while she slept and "sucked her blood until they were gorged." She claims the rash was so bad, she needed medical treatment. We've obtained photos of her alleged injuries and, yeah ... they're gross. Ivy means business -- she's hired Brian Virag from the firm, MyBedBugLawyer, Inc. to rep her in court. She's seeking money to cover her medical costs, pain, suffering and lost wages. (TMZ)
