Kate Middleton Was 'Left in Tears' at Princess Charlotte's Fitting for Meghan's Wedding: Report. Kate Middleton was said to be "left in tears" after a fitting for Princess Charlotte's bridesmaid dress ahead of Meghan Markle's royal wedding to Prince Harry, according to a new report in the U.K. press. A source told veteran royals reporter Camilla Tominey of The Daily Telegraph, "Kate had only just given birth to Prince Louis and was feeling quite emotional" -- though just what upset her is unclear. Several insiders have told PEOPLE that there was a notable amount of "stress" surrounding those involved in the wedding. Still, a royal wedding guest previously told PEOPLE that Prince William "was in a jokey, wonderful mood" at Meghan and Prince Harry's private evening reception -- and that Kate was in "great form. Although Kate, 36, and Meghan, 37, have made several joint appearances as part of the Royal Fab Four and even attending Wimbledon for a girls' day without their husbands over the summer they're "very different women, despite their similar circumstances," a source told The Daily Telegraph. "Meghan is an extrovert, whereas Kate is quite shy." Now, bigger changes are in store. Harry, 34, and Meghan -- who are expecting their first child together in the spring -- are moving into Windsor Castle's Frogmore Cottage, and out of Kensington Palace, where Prince William and Princess Kate live, PEOPLE confirmed on Saturday. The news came shortly after it emerged that the two couples are considering breaking up their joint "court" in favor of separate offices. With William one day set to be the Prince of Wales -- and all that entails as heir to his father, Prince Charles -- Harry and Meghan will want to forge their own path, so it's a natural time to split up, insiders believe. (The palace had no comment.) "The arrival of Meghan has changed the dynamic of the relationship in a fairly significant way," royals author Sally Bedell Smith previously told PEOPLE. "It is inevitable and practical because it gives Harry and Meghan some freedom to build up their own collection of interests and charities." "Meghan has very strong views on what she is interested in and that may be what Harry shares, but not what William and Kate share," she added. (People)

Stevie Wonder announces plan to help California fire victims. Stevie Wonder wants to raise money through his benefit concert for California fire victims impacted by the catastrophic wildfires. The R&B legend announced his plan Tuesday to also help firefighters and first responders who assisted with the fires through his 22nd annual House Full of Toys Benefit Concert on Dec. 9. The charity billed as "The Stevie Wonder Song Party: A Celebration of Life, Love & Music" will be held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Concertgoers are being asked to bring an unwrapped toy or other gift. "We have to do our best to raise money for those that have been so less fortunate, for those that have lost dreams, lost their homes," he said. "I am very happy to do this again this year but very, very, very excited to do something to help those in a bigger sense the less fortunate." Wonder said his foundation House Full of Hope along with the Entertainment Industry Foundation will also help raise money for those affected by the wildfire. Nearly 90 people were killed in the massive wildfires as thousands have been displaced from their homes. After his announcement, Wonder performed a few songs including "My Cherie Amour," "The Christmas Song (Merry Christmas to You)" and "Golden Lady." Wonder also spoke on the importance of taking care of the planet. "I know we're dealing with a drought," he said. "There are some who don't believe in global warming. I do. We have to protect the planet. We have to be cognizant of what we do. ... I pray that all of us, even those who are non-believers, understand that if we don't love and take care of our planet, we won't have it." The lineup for this year's charity has not been announced. Last year's performers included Tony Bennett, Pharrell Williams and Andra Day. (PageSix)

Aziz Ansari announces tour dates months after murky accusation. Aziz Ansari is back after murky allegations were made against him. In January, a woman told Babe.net that she had a sexual experience with the comedian that was variously interpreted as Ansari's clumsy lovemaking or his committing misconduct. (Ansari responded that the encounter "by all indications was completely consensual.") He laid low for several months, then began doing small stand-up shows. On Tuesday, he announced a major 28-date tour for 2019 called the Road to Nowhere. (PageSix)

Kylie Jenner Supports ''Hubby'' Travis Scott During His Biggest Concert Yet. Kylie Jenner could not be prouder of her boyfriend Travis Scott. On Tuesday night, the makeup mogul sported an Astroworld t-shirt for Travis' performance at the Madison Square Garden venue in New York City. She went all out for her boyfriend's show and sported new silver locks, bright orange pants and a cheetah print purse. She finished off the look with none other than a dash of Kylie Cosmetics lip gloss. Before heading out to cheer on her man at world famous venue, she shared a snap of herself giving the camera a sultry look, with the caption: "the look ya give when ur hubby is performing at madison square garden tonight." Unfortunately, Stormi Webster had to stay back at the hotel while her mom and dad enjoyed a well-deserved night out on the town. But luckily she had plenty of down time to chill with her mom earlier in the day. On Tuesday afternoon, Kylie shared a photo of an angelic-looking Stormi, dozing peacefully in her crib. "She comes everywhere with me... the favorite little road dog," she adoringly captioned the photo. Sweet little Stormi has become a fanatic traveler as she follows her mom and dad across the country on the Astroworld tour. Last week the family of three put their traveling on hold so they could spend their first Thanksgiving together. Kylie commemorated the special moment by sharing never-before-seen family portraits. In the photos, Kylie, Stormi and Travis intimately pose in matching black ensembles, which are beautifully complimented by a black and white filter. And while the photos may make it look like Stormi is quite the mommy's girl, a recent video of the babbling baby seems to prove otherwise. In the short clip, the nine-month-old holds onto a makeup pallette as Kylie tries to teach her to say, "Kylie... Cosmetics." However, Stormi clearly has other things on her mind since she babbles incoherently before saying "Da Da." "Da da," Travis commented. "I'm otw back momma." Kylie doesn't seem to mind the strong bond Stormi and Travis have though. In October, she said, "They have this crazy connection and she's definitely a daddy's girl. It's cute to watch. When dad's around, [it's like] I'm not even there." Too cute! (Eonline)

Eva Longoria is no longer a 'Desperate Housewife,' but she's definitely desperate to get you in her home ... stat. The actress is unloading this incredible pad in the Hollywood Hills. It'll cost ya a pretty penny at $9.8 million ... but, considering Eva just dropped the price by $1.2 million ... it's quite the bargain. Some houses have all the bells and whistles ... this one has extra houses. Seriously. There are 2 houses on the nearly 3 acres -- a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom country house and a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom French villa on the other side. There's also 2 standalone studios and a charming cottage that makes for a perfect wine tasting and storage room. It's almost got ya wondering why Tom Cruise unloaded it to Eva back in 2015. In any event ... the pads feature panoramic views, a resort-like pool and even a storybook bridge. Kevin Dees from The Agency is the listing agent. (TMZ)

Great news for Rachael Ostovich -- the fighter has been cleared to get back in the Octagon after her domestic violence incident ... and now her fight with Paige VanZant is BACK ON! TMZ Sports broke the story ... Ostovich was hospitalized with a broken orbital bone and other injuries after a violent Nov. 18 incident with her husband, Arnold Berdon, who is also an MMA fighter. Berdon was arrested and charged with felony assault -- he's pled not guilty. Family members have told us he will argue he was defending himself. Ostovich has obtained a restraining order against him. Initially, it seemed Ostovich's injuries were so severe, she wouldn't be able to fight again in January -- but she got a second opinion which gave her the go-ahead to take the bout. Now, Ostovich's manager, Brian Butler-Au, says Rachael has been cleared to fight again and WILL compete against VanZant on January 19 in Brooklyn. As for Paige, she's fired up about the news -- tweeting, "FIGHT STILL ON!!!!! I couldn't be greater full to @rachaelostovich." "Yes we are going to war with each other in the cage, but I stand by her side with her ongoing battle at home. Let's put on a fight and show these people how strong we are. #GirlPower #UFC." (TMZ)

Michael Blackson thinks Kim Kardashian should quit blaming ecstasy and spend way more time sucking up to Ray J for his sizable role in launching her celebrity. We got the comedian at LAX Tuesday and asked him about Kim claiming she was high on ecstasy when she and Ray shot their infamous sex tape, and in a word ... he's disappointed. Michael thinks it's wrong for her to make it seem like the drug is the only reason she banged Ray J on cam, because that doesn't give enough credit to Ray's family jewels. As we first reported ... sources close to Ray J insist Kim never touched ecstasy during the taping of their sex tape. Michael thinks it's a bit fishy for Kim just now mentioning the drug ... so many years after doing the deed. Don't worry though, Ray's not getting the short end of the stick -- Michael dishes plenty of props to "d**k and balls!" (TMZ)

Jesse Ventura says he's seriously thinking about running for President of the United States in 2020 -- and says Donald Trump should be scared ... because it would be an ass-kicking!!! "The [Green Party] has shown some interest," the 67-year-old former Governor of Minnesota told us at LAX ... "I haven't made a decision yet because it's a long time off." But ... here's where things get good. "If I do do it, Trump will not have a chance," Ventura says. "For one, Trump knows wrestling. He participated in two Wrestlemanias. He knows he can never out-talk a wrestler, and he knows I'm the greatest talker wrestling's ever had." "So, if I go for it he's history, and he knows it!" That's not all ... Ventura says he's also been keeping his body in great shape and showed us his "6-pack" abs to prove it. In fact, "The Body" pointed out that Wrestlemania is rumored to be coming to Minneapolis next year -- and says if WWE was smart, they'd call him up to participate. Bottom line -- Ventura could have a very busy 2019. (TMZ)
