UPDATE: Maintenance work on I-10 at Sunset Road in Tucson

The left lane on westbound Interstate 10 will be closed at Sunset Road (milepost 251) in Tucson on Thursday (April 7) from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for maintenance work. The work was originally scheduled to occur on eastbound I-10 at Orange Grove Road.



The work will not require any ramp closures and the speed limit will remain as posted during the work.



ADOT advises drivers to proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down and be alert for construction equipment and personnel.



ADOT works to inform the public about planned highway restrictions, but there is a possibility that unscheduled closures or restrictions may occur. Weather can also affect a project schedule.
