• A 33-year-old former bodybuilder has been banned from a Bavarian Sushi restaurant, after he recently showed up to their "All You Can Eat" restaurant and put away over 100 plates of sushi.
• Actor Tom Arnold is accusing reality producer and MGM Television Chairman Mark Burnett of attacking him at a pre-Emmys party Sunday night. Arnold filed a police report for battery on Monday morning, LAPD Officer Jeff Lee told CNN.

• The upcoming Joker film starring Joaquin Phoenix has just cast Brett Cullen as Batman's father, Thomas Wayne.
