Staying in shape over the holidays can be tough as the weather cools and calories pile up. 

Fortunately, our next Fit & Fabulous class starts up on Monday. Dec. 2! Taught by a certified senior exercise instructor who is also an Army veteran, this class will help you maintain your strength, fitness, and flexibility.
