Kat Von D Gives Birth to Her First Child. Kat Von D is officially a mom! The 36-year-old celebrity tattoo artist and makeup mogul has given birth to her and 43-year-old husband Leafar Seyer's first child, a baby boy. Kat welcomed their bundle of joy into the world during a pre-planned home birth. She posted a photo of Leafar holding their newborn, who is named Leafar Von D Reyes. She said in her Instagram that she and her husband "want to take the next 40 days [4th trimester] to focus on the baby and our amazing relationship transitioning into amazing parenthood." Kat and the musician married in February 2018, later gathering their family and friends for an elaborate, summer wedding ceremony held at the Beverly Hills Hotel. The bride wore a striking red gown and veil for the event. She and Seyer announced their pregnancy a month earlier with an artistic snapshot showcasing Kat's growing baby bump. In the months that followed, Kat didn't shy away from documenting her road to baby with fans. Kat revealed on Instagram that she planned on "having a natural, drug-free home birth in water with a midwife and doula," thus stirring controversy when she also shared her "intention of raising a vegan child, without vaccinations." Following the swift backlash, she clarified her and husband's stance on the hot button topic, saying they don't necessarily align with the anti-vaccination moment. Instead, Von D shared on social media at the time, "What we have found is that sometimes it isn't always so black and white. While we believe medications, including vaccines, are not all bad -- we also can't dismiss the fact that some may not be good for everyone." As her due date approached, Kat said she was feeling "super awesome" and described her pregnancy as the "easiest, most comfortable" experience. In yet another emotional Instagram post, the celebrity gave a heartfelt shout out to fellow moms who have walked the path before her. "As a loner-by-default it's been such a beautiful/different feeling to connect with women from all walks of life in this way," Kat penned. "Yes, this pregnancy has brought my husband and I closer than we could have ever imagined [and we haven't even had our baby yet!] but it's also connected me deeply with all my fellow sisters in motherhood out there. Naturally, I've become more empathetic and understanding of other mothers regardless of how different our approach to birthing might be and I just feel so lucky to be able to experience all of this alongside you guys." Von D was previously married to tattoo artist Oliver Peck from 2003 to 2007. She was later engaged to Jesse James and DJ Deadmaus. Congratulations to the couple on their new addition! (Eonline)

Lil Xan has just checked himself into rehab. The rapper's girlfriend, Annie, posted Sunday on Xan's Instagram account "Diego was just admitted into his first treatment." She went on to say, "He loves each and every one of you sending good wishes and prayers to him. We thank you all so very much for all of the love and support you are sending his way." As for why it took until now for Xan to check into rehab -- after announcing his intentions back on November 15 -- we're told the facility where he was supposed to check himself in had a mix-up with patients staying longer than initially anticipated. The small hiccup has now been resolved ... allowing Xan to check himself in. As we reported ... Xan came on "TMZ Live" and explained why was heading to rehab. He told us he's been struggling on and off with opioids and needs treatment to help him get over the hump. You'll recall, Xan reached out to us after we broke the story about Mac's cause of death and he opened up about his own current struggles. He said the death of his hero, Mac, coupled with the death of Lil Peep almost a year go really opened his eyes to get clean. Onward and upward, Xan!! (TMZ)

Jennifer Aniston is opening up about her late mother Nancy Dow as she gears up to debut her Netflix film about a complex maternal relationship. In Dumplin', Aniston plays a former pageant queen whose plus-size daughter enters her competition to make a point about beauty standards. The Office Christmas Party actress, 49, told The Sunday Telegraph about the parallels between her experiences with Dow and her role in the movie. When the reporter asked Aniston if her relationship and the one in Dumplin' are alike, Aniston reportedly replied, "Where do we start?" "One of the reasons I really loved the mother-daughter aspect of it was because it was very similar in a way to what my mother, and our relationship, was," Aniston said, according to the publication. "She was a model and she was all about presentation and what she looked like and what I looked like," Aniston continued. "I did not come out the model child she'd hoped for and it was something that really resonated with me, this little girl just wanting to be seen and wanting to be loved by a mum who was too occupied with things that didn't quite matter." Aniston is proud of the movie's message. "This movie is so special because it is about stripping away those preconceived notions of beauty, trying to become individuals and not feeling that we have to live up to some unrealistic ideal that society is feeding up to us," she explained. "My idea of beauty is, is what makes you feel beautiful and what makes me feel beautiful is the people around me, the life that I have," Aniston noted. "And maybe a good hair day." Dow, who acted in shows like The Beverly Hillbillies and The Wild Wild West, was married to Jack Melick from 1956 to 1961 and Aniston's father, soap star John Aniston, from 1965 to 1980. Aniston was 9 when her parents divorced. In May 2016, Aniston told PEOPLE in a statement that Dow died at age 79. "No matter how complicated and difficult the relationship between Nancy and Jennifer may have been, it is heartbreaking for any daughter to lose her mother," a source close to the family told PEOPLE after Dow's death. "Nancy fought a very long battle, with many ups and downs, and Jennifer is grateful for the happy times they shared," the source added. In 2015, Aniston told The Hollywood Reporter about her relationship with her mother, which she said was "fine" at the time. "She was critical," Aniston continued. "She was very critical of me. Because she was a model, she was gorgeous, stunning. I wasn't. I never was. I honestly still don't think of myself in that sort of light, which is fine." (People)

Halsey Calls Out Victoria's Secret Fashion Show for "Lack of Inclusivity." Halsey shared some choice words about the 2018 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, which aired Sunday night. The show was filmed on Nov. 8 and included performers such as Halsey herself, Shawn Mendes, Bebe Rexa and The Chainsmokers and had a strong class of models this year, including Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid, Gigi Hadid, Behati Prinsloo, Winnie Harlow, Adriana Lima and others. The "Bad at Love" singer posted her note in Victoria's Secret colors -- pink and white -- and called out the company's lack of diversity. "I have adored the Victorias Secret fashion show since I was young. Performing this year alongside other amazing artists and hardworking models/friends was supposed to be the best night of my year," she wrote. "However, after I filmed the performance, some comments were made regarding the show that I simply cannot ignore." The comments Halsey is most likely referring to is from a Vogue interview in which the vice president of public relations, Ed Razek, made a comment about trans people. He told Vogue, "Shouldn't you have transsexuals in the show? No. No, I don't think we should. Well, why not? Because the show is a fantasy. It's a 42-minute entertainment special. That's what it is. It is the only one of its kind in the world, and any other fashion brand in the world would take it in a minute, including the competitors that are carping at us." The term "transsexual" is a fairly outdated term, which is another reason why his comment sparked backlash. Victoria's Secret CEO Jan Singer resigned on Nov. 20 amid a major decline in sales, CNN reports. Halsey alluded to this in her note. "As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I have no tolerance for a lack of inclusivity. Especially not one motivated by stereotype," she wrote. "If you're on my page because you watched my performance tonight, please allow me to instead direct your attention to GLSEN: An organization that offers services aimed at protecting LGBTQ+ youth. And with respect to those youth targeted by these comments in a world where they have been made to feel "other," I have made a sizable donation in their honor." She concluded, "If you are a trans person reading this, and these comments made you feel alienated or invalidated please know that you have allies. We stand in solidarity, and complete and total acceptance is the only "fantasy" that I support..." Halsey later posted other photos from the night of the show where she supported her friend Bella Hadid as she prepared to strut her stuff down the runway. (Eonline)

Chester Bennington's wife wants another year to get the late singer's estate in order, because she says she's still negotiating child support payments and copyright claims with his ex-wife ... according to new legal docs. Cardi B was just issued a stern warning from the judge in her strip club beatdown case ... show up to court or face getting arrested. Cardi's legal team was in court Monday -- without the rapper -- for a hearing about the August incident. We're told prosecutors expressed their frustration that Cardi herself was a no-show considering they've already given her a 6-week extension on the case ... so they asked the judge to issue a bench warrant. The judge denied the immediate request but did issue a serious warning -- Cardi must appear in court Friday morning -- or there will most likely be a warrant issued. Cardi's defense team also revealed in court they've been having a tough time getting in touch with her directly -- instead only communicating through Cardi's management team -- and only found out Thursday Cardi had a prior commitment that would prevent her from attending Monday's hearing. TMZ broke the story ... Cardi is accused of unleashing her posse on 2 strip club bartenders -- Jade and Baddie Gi -- and badly injuring both. Jade told us ... prior to the attack, Cardi had threatened her for months, accusing the two of sleeping with her husband, Offset. Nicki Minaj recently featured Jade and Baddie Gi in her music video ... a definite shot at Cardi. (TMZ)

When Kareem Hunt allegedly punched a man in the face at a resort in Ohio 4 months after brutalizing a woman in Cleveland ... the eye in the sky was NOT watching, TMZ Sports has learned. We broke the story ... the ex-KC Chiefs star allegedly got into a violent altercation at the Put-in-Bay Resort in Ohio on June 3rd. Days after the incident, sources told us Hunt punched the resort guest in the face after he had been partying all weekend long at the pool and DJ booth. At the time, the alleged victim told us he did not plan on pressing charges. Now, we've spoken the owner of the resort who tells us the incident was NOT captured on surveillance cameras. In other words, there's no smoking gun like in the February incident. Still, our sources tell us NFL investigators paid multiple visits to the resort in an effort to gather information and any possible video evidence. We're told the resort was cooperative with the NFL. As for Hunt -- who was not punished by the league -- he insists he's not the violent maniac seen in the video ... and hopes to move on from the incident. (TMZ)
