Overhead sign installation starting west of Show Low on SR 260
Drivers should expect reduced speeds, narrowed lanes and short delays

The last phase to install the new overhead message sign on State Route 260 (milepost335) west of Show Low will be completed this Thursday, (Nov. 12). Work crews have been installing new overhead message signs in several areas throughout Arizona.

Work hours will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday.   Drivers should expect narrowed traffic lanes and a reduced speed limit. Flaggers will be used to guide vehicles through the work zone and motorists should plan on delays of up to thirty minutes. Department of Public Safety (DPS) officers will be assisting with traffic control.

ADOT advises drivers to proceed through the work zones with caution, slow down, and be alert for construction equipment and personnel.
