THE OTHER STUFF . . .

Kate Middleton and Prince William Are Off Royal Duty This Week for a Relatable Reason. Kate Middleton and Prince William are on royal parenting duty! The couple are taking a break from public engagements this week for a very special reason  to spend some quality time with their three children, as the schools of both Prince George, 5, and Princess Charlotte, 3, are closed for half-term break. And of course, 9-month-old Prince Louis will get to spend some more time with his older siblings! There's no word yet on how the family of five will be spending their week off. Kate, William and their children may leave London's Kensington Palace for Anmer Hall in Norfolk. They often escape to their country home  and it's even where they chose to pose together for their super casual 2018 Christmas card photo. Kate, 37, and William 36, are experienced on the slopes and may opt to take their kids on a ski vacation. Around this time in 2016, the couple released adorable photos from a winter getaway to the French Alps, featuring the then-family of four bundled up in puffy jackets as the snow fell. Perhaps George and Charlotte are now old enough to hit the bunny slope themselves. Prince George is currently learning math, history and even ballet in his year one classroom at Thomas Battersea, while Princess Charlotte is in her final year at Willcocks Nursery. While Kate was painting bird boxes and making pizzas to be baked in an outdoor oven during her visit to the King Henry's Walk Garden in the London borough of Islington last month, her two eldest kids were busy at school. As schoolchildren asked the royal mom a variety of questions as they spread sauce over dough, including if Queen Elizabeth ate pizza, 8-year-old Patrick said he'd like to meet Kate and Prince William's children. "They would love to come and do this with you. They will be very sad that I've been out here making pizzas with all of you and they haven't been here," Kate told him. "They are in school." She even gave a hint to what Prince George has recently been doing in the classroom. "He's learning about space. Have you all learnt about space?" she asked. (People)

Kim Kardashian West is going after fashion companies like Fashion Nova for jacking original designs and promoting them as their own, or even worse -- making it seem like she's in cahoots. KKW says it's "devastating" to see brands "rip off designs that have taken the blood, sweat and tears of true designers who have put their all into their own original ideas." Kim doesn't name Fashion Nova ... but it's pretty obvious they're the target. She's specifically referencing the black, one-of-a-kind vintage Mugler dress she wore at the Hollywood Beauty Awards Sunday night -- which instantly went viral. The next day, a knock-off version of that dress popped up on FN's website, but only for waitlist. Kim claims this is because the dress obviously hasn't been made to sell yet, and it's simply a ploy to attract customers by tricking them into thinking Kim has a relationship with the company. Kim adds ... "I've watched these companies profit off my husband's work for years and now that it's also affecting designers who have been so generous to give me access to their beautiful works, I can no longer sit silent." She's also warning folks not to believe what they see online, emphasizing she's built relationships with amazing designers to pull off her famous looks, but -- "I don't have any relationships with these sites. I'm not leaking my looks to anyone, and I don't support what these companies are doing." As you may know ... celebs like Cardi B and Amber Rose have collabs with Fashion Nova. Kim's making it clear -- she doesn't. (TMZ)

Draymond Green spared no expense when he proposed to his girlfriend last month -- TMZ Sports has learned the ring he used to pop the question is worth $300,000!!! Remember, Warriors coach Steve Kerr accidentally broke the news a few weeks ago that Green got engaged to actress and "Basketball Wives" regular Hazel Renee ... but now, we've got deets. There was a helicopter. There was a yacht. Oh yeah, and a big ass ring. Turns out, Day Day hit up Jason of Beverly Hills for the 6-carat flawless diamond ring ... and the NBAer had his fingerprint on the whole thing. "Draymond was very involved in the design process," Jason Arasheben, CEO Jason of Beverly Hills tells us. "I took multiple trips up to the Bay to show him stone options and to choose the setting. He was very particular about the quality of the center stone. He wanted only the best for Hazel." ... and he got it! Congrats to the couple -- and if you're wondering when the two will actually tie the knot, maybe ask Steve Kerr (he seems to know things). (TMZ)

Kylie Jenner Comes Clean About Getting Plastic Surgery and Those Travis Scott Engagement Rumors. Kylie Jenner is authentically herself, fillers and all. The business mogul and E! reality star sets the record straight on what she has (and hasn't) done to cosmetically enhance her figure in the latest issue of PAPER magazine. Kylie also responds to rampant rumors that she and boyfriend Travis Scott are finally engaged, and touches on the realities of being a "young mom." On the topic of her alleged plastic surgery procedures, Jenner tells PAPER that people underestimate the power of hair, makeup and filler. "People think I fully went under the knife and completely reconstructed my face, which is completely false," the 21-year-old says. "I'm terrified. I would never." Claims that Kylie underwent reconstructive surgery on her jaw and cheeks first surfaced in her teens, but the Keeping Up With the Kardashians fixture has always been quick to shut down such a possibility. "It's fillers," she says of her signature look. "I'm not denying that." But is Kylie also denying a future trip down the aisle? For now . . . yes. PAPER writes that she "seems certain" Travis will propose "soon," thought it hasn't happened yet. "I'll let everybody know," Kylie admits. For now, the A-lister is soaking in every moment with her and the rapper's 1-year-old daughter, Stormi Webster. "It's genuinely what I wanted... to be a young mom," she says. "I thought, 'This I what I want to do, and if people accept it or don't accept it then I'm okay with every outcome.'" (Eonline)

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker Enjoy a Night Out in Malibu. Hi neighbor! On Sunday, Kourtney Kardashian enjoyed a night out in Malibu with blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and other pals. The two have been friends for years and live in the same gated community in the nearby town of Calabasas. Kourtney and Travis dined at the upscale sushi restaurant Nobu Malibu, a favorite Kardashian-Jenner family hotspot that is popular with celebs overall. The reality star looked chic in a black top and jacket, snakeskin pants and black ankle boots. Kourtney and Travis were later photographed sitting in her Land Rover. "They had dinner at Nobu with the kids because they are friendly. It was a family dinner. They've been friends for years. They've lived in the same neighborhood for a long time and they see each other at church and with their kids," a source told E! News. "They've hung out together many times and often get together with the kids to see movies or to get ice cream. They always have fun together. He's a nice guy and their kids really get along well. Kourtney has his kids over playdates and vice versa." The insider added, "They have a really nice friendship." Over the years, Kourtney and Travis have occasionally hung out together, alone and with other members of their families. Also, Barker and ex-wife Shanna Moakler's daughter Alabama and son Landon are friends with Kourtney and ex Scott Disick's eldest kids, Mason and Penelope. Earlier in the day, Barker attended a weekly Sunday Service performance thrown by Kourtney's sister Kim Kardashian's husband, Kanye West, according to the Daily Mail. A source told E! News that every weekend, Kim and Kanye host about 50 family and friends at a private location. "It's a very inspiring and uplifting experience for everyone," the source said. "There is live music performed by an incredible choir and musicians. It's not a truly defined religious event, but more spiritual and uplifting one meant to bring people together. The kids all want to be involved and Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian love it. It's a fun family event for everyone to get together." (Eonline)

Scottie Pippen says he's a fan of Luke Walton -- but tells TMZ Sports, if his old pal, Phil Jackson, was coaching the Lakers, they'd be well on their way to an NBA title already. Look, this definitely ain't an aggressive shot at Luke -- but, Pippen kept it 100 telling us, "That's all he [Phil Jackson] do is win." Scottie was braving the frozen tundra of Bev Hills (it was 58 degrees) on Monday when we asked about the situation with the Lakers ... currently in 10th place in the Western Conference. Pippen told us he'd love to see 73-year-old Phil come out of retirement for another crack at a Larry O'Brien Trophy ... and he's confident LeBron, Lonzo and Kuzma could get the job done. Scottie won 6 NBA rings under Jackson during his run with the Chicago Bulls. Phil went on to win 5 more with the L.A. Lakers. Of course, there are reports of turmoil in Laker Nation -- with members of LeBron's camp allegedly pushing for Magic Johnson and Rob Pelinka to replace Luke ASAP. We spoke with Luke on Sunday -- and he denied friction with LeBron, telling TMZ Sports, "LeBron and I get along just fine." So, what happens now? Luke says he's confident he can right the ship and lead the Lakers to the playoffs. Question is ... will he get the chance? (TMZ)

Some hooligan had some fun at Arnold Schwarzenegger's expense ... taking a shot at the former Governator's indiscretion by defacing a decades-old sign. It all went down at Idaho's Sun Valley Resort where the Terminator had "Arnold's Run" named after him back in 2001. It used to be the "Flying Maid." You can see where this is going. Some dope riding down the slope decided to change it to "Arnold's Maid" ... a clear shot at Arnold fathering a child outta wedlock with his maid. A spokesperson at the resort tells TMZ ... they did notice the vandalism and have addressed it. We're told the sign's been fixed and it's now back to "Arnold's Run." As for why the Idaho joint chose to honor the actor ... Arnold's had plenty of getaways there for years now. He's also previously led the Christmas Eve torchlight parade down the mountain. They love him. And, what's love without a little poke of fun? (TMZ)

Jussie Smollett is now the face of racist parody movie posters that have sprung up in Los Angeles in the wake of his alleged attack in Chicago and an unraveling narrative. At least two posters popped up Monday at a bus station near Fox Studios in Century City, which feature Jussie's mug photoshopped onto the backdrop of posters for "BlacKkKlansman" and "Black Panther." Both mock claims Jussie made about the alleged attack. The "Black Panther" poster shows Jussie as T'Challa in the 'BP' costume and the title has been changed to "Black Prankster." The "BlacKkKlansman" poster depicts Jussie from his 'GMA' interview with a photoshopped MAGA hat and coat on, with the phrase "This is MAGA country!" superimposed in the background. Both posters are jokingly offering Jussie for consideration for "Best Fictional Story" and "Best Actor in a Drama. The posters have been signed by conservative street artist Sabo ... the same guy that put up the Meryl Streep "She Knew" posters in 2017 after the Weinstein scandal broke. As we've reported ... cops believe Jussie rehearsed the "attack" with the two Nigerian brothers. A grand jury is set to hear evidence soon, and potential indictment against Jussie could be forthcoming. (TMZ)

Floyd Mayweather is TRIPLING DOWN on Gucci ... rocking the brand from neck-to-toe -- but he ain't about to hear comments on the matter -- dude disabled 'em from his social media!!! Gucci has faced major criticism over the past month after the apparel giant released a sweater that many called "racist" because it appears to be blackface -- but Floyd's still riding with them. Mayweather backed them on a massive shopping spree last week ... he backed them on his private jet just a day later ... and on Monday, he took it one step even FURTHER. The boxing legend posted a pic in a Gucci shirt, Gucci socks AND Gucci shoes -- writing, "BORN A LEADER." The most interesting part of the post? Floyd disabled all comments. Remember, Floyd's been ripped by all kinds of celebs for backing the brand ... with 50 Cent attacking the guy on social media and T.I. making a whole rap song devoted to the issue. Seems Mayweather's done hearing their take. For Gucci's part, Franois-Henri Pinault -- the guy who runs the brand's parent company Kering -- explained, "We didn't understand the sensitivities of the African-American community, which is reflected in that mistake." "We can't be content with saying we're sorry." (TMZ)

The death of the sailor in that famous V-J Day photo -- where he kissed an unsuspecting nurse -- is being marked by the #MeToo movement with an act of vandalism on a statue. The statue recreating George Mendosa and Greta Zimmer Friedman's iconic moment from 1945 was tagged Monday in Sarasota, FL with red spray paint that spelled "#METOO." Police say they don't have any surveillance video or witnesses to the crime, at this point. The vandalism took place on the heels of news that George had died at the age 95. While the photo of him kissing Greta is often romanticized -- he later admitted he'd randomly grabbed her at the time and kissed her without consent. For her part, Greta told CBS News in 2015 . . . "I did not see him approaching, and before I know it I was in this tight grip." George said he'd had a few drinks and the excitement of the war being over compelled him to plant the kiss, which he said didn't last long. It's interesting ... Greta was willing to "reunite" with George at least twice in her life and didn't seem to be too upset about the kiss all those years later. Still, the question never seems to have been posed to her on the record ... was she actually bothered by it? #MeToo supporters have clearly weighed in on her behalf. Greta passed away in 2016. (TMZ)

A former NFL player -- who was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks -- was shot to death Sunday morning ... and cops say it was all over an argument over a parking spot. 46-year-old T.J. Cunningham was a wide receiver and defensive back at the University of Colorado back in the early '90s -- and was selected in the 6th round of the 1996 NFL Draft. But cops say he was killed near Eaglecrest High School in Colorado after fighting with a neighbor over a parking spot. Officials say Cunningham and 31-year-old Marcus Johnson -- who lives across the street from Cunningham -- agreed to meet near the high school to settle the beef, but Johnson brought a gun. Cops say Cunningham did NOT have a firearm. Ultimately, cops say Cunningham was shot multiple times and died from his wounds. Johnson has been arrested on suspicion of first-degree attempted murder. Cops say they also found the gun. Cunningham is survived by his wife and 5 children. A GoFundMe page has already been set up to help out his family. Cunningham played in 9 games for the Seahawks before suffering a career-ending knee injury. (TMZ)
