A Justin Bieber, Ed Sheeran collaboration is happening. Justin Bieber and Ed Sheeran sparked rumors that they're collaborating when they posted pictures of them in front of a green screen -- and a source has confirmed to Page Six that a single will drop in two weeks. "It's Ed's new song," said the insider. "It has a tropical summer vibe." They last worked together when Sheeran wrote Bieber's hit "Love Yourself." Troubled Biebs hasn't released an album since 2015's "Purpose," but sang with Ariana Grande at her Coachella show last month. (PageSix)

The Jonas Brothers Perform 'Sucker' at BBMAs and Priyanka, Sophie & Danielle Are Their Biggest Fans. The last time the Jonas Brothers performed together at an awards show was in 2009. A decade may have passed since they last performed at an awards show together, but the Jonas Brothers are proving they've still got it. The band -- which is made up of brothers Nick, Joe and Kevin -- took the stage at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards on Wednesday for an epic performance of their hit "Sucker," which was the first new single they released as a reunited band in February. Nick kicked off the performance with his hit song "Jealous" before Joe ran up on the stage to join him; the pair then launched into DNCE's "Cake by the Ocean." Nick also shared a kiss with his wife Priyanka Chopra mid-performance before the brothers reunited on stage to sing their newest single. Joe's fiancee Sophie Turner was seen dancing and singing along in the audience with Chopra and Kevin's wife Danielle by her side. The last time the brothers performed together at an awards show was in 2009, when they made appearances throughout the year at the Teen Choice Awards, Grammy Awards and MuchMusic Video Awards. They later split in 2013. Since their return to music in February with "Sucker" (and its accompanying music video which features their leading ladies: Priyanka Chopra, Sophie Turner and Danielle Jonas), the Jonas Brothers have released their second single, "Cool," and announced that their new album, Happiness Begins, will be released on June 7. The sibling trio also announced their first tour in nearly 10 years. On Wednesday, the Jonases unveiled plans for the 40-date Happiness Begins tour, due to kick off on Aug. 7 in Miami, Florida, with special guests Bebe Rexha and Jordan McGraw. "After 7 years of not working together living life and finding ourselves in our own paths we came back to give you our journey in album form. I'm so excited for you to hear Happiness Begins out June 7th," Kevin, 31, wrote on Instagram on April 22. "I have to say out of all the albums we have done together I'm the most proud of this one. I wish I could hand it to you now but you will just have to wait a little bit longer." In the cover story of Billboard's special Billboard Music Awards issue released earlier this month, Nick, 26, gave hints about what to expect from their yet-to-be released new music. He described a song called "Hesitate," as Joe's "love letter" to Turner, and "I Believe," as a testament to his own whirlwind romance with Chopra through the lyrics: "People saying that we move on too fast / But I been waiting for a reason, ain't no turning back." The brothers split in 2013 after nearly eight years together as a band, and Joe, 29, told the magazine that at the time they all "wanted to create something on our own and were just trying to force it into what was going on." "We were going through the motions, without the heart of it," Joe added. "The way we communicated to each other wasn't healthy anymore." Throughout the years, Nick would often bring some of the Jonas Brothers songs into his solo sets but said he always thought: "This would be a lot better with the other Jonas Brothers. ... There's a different magic when we're together that I wasn't experiencing [solo]." Joe explained that the moment they officially decided to reunite came while on a trip to Cuba to film their documentary in July 2018; the film will air on Amazon later this year. Of playing their 2008 hit "Lovebug" in an apartment complex on the trip, Joe said, "I was so happy. I looked at the guys and was like, 'I'm ready. Let's do this, for real.'" In March, Nick told PEOPLE that he's most excited about "getting in front of the fans and playing some live shows." "We made a lot of music that we're really proud of and that we can't wait to play for them," Nick added at the time. "So hopefully later on this year there's a tour." Next, the Jonas Brothers will perform during the May 11 episode of Saturday Night Live. (Eonline)

Mariah Carey (and Her Twins) Just Reminded Us Why She's an Icon at 2019 Billboard Music Awards. Bow down to the only and only Mariah Carey! During the 2019 Billboard Music Awards, Jennifer Hudson had the privilege of introducing the Billboard Icon Award to the music superstar. "She's a trailblazing hit maker, an instantly recognizable voice and she is truly one of a kind," Jennifer shared with the crowd inside the MGM Grand Garden Arena. "As the decades go by, one thing remains the same. Mariah remains on the top. Mariah Carey is, simply put, an icon." Audience members were then treated to a video featuring Mariah's best moments as a performer, songwriter and producer. Soon after, the woman herself was able to take to the stage and perform a medley of hits. With her twins Monroe and Morrocan watching from the audience, the proud mom belted out her biggest hits including "Always Be My Baby," "Hero" and "We Belong Together." And yes, fans were treated to "Emotions" that had Taylor Swift dancing in her seat. But perhaps the best moment was when Mariah accepted her award and expressed gratitude for the fans who embraced her. "The truth is I've dedicated my life to my music, my saving grace and to my fans who are unlike any other entity that I've ever known. They've lifted me out of the depths of hell and brought me back with their devotion and love," Mariah shared. "I want to thank all the people who have been with me on this journey. Through the highs and lows, through the struggles, through your struggles and mine." She continued, "And to anybody who doesn't allow themselves to be broken and keeps getting up and keeps holding on and keeps standing tall, keeps on believing and keeps rising, I celebrate you tonight. And to anyone who has ever told me that a song I wrote helped save your life, I thank you because you saved mine and I'll be eternally grateful for that. I love you. Thank you so much." The speech wouldn't be complete without a special shoutout to her twins who just turned eight. "Oh, my gosh. I saw a couple of people in the audience. Hi Roc and Roe," she shared. "My babies are right there. It's their birthday. Can y'all say happy birthday?" Happy birthday kids. You have one iconic mama! (Eonline)

Madonna (and Her Holograms) Wow the 2019 Billboard Music Awards Alongside Maluma. What happens when the Queen of Pop joins forces with Latin music's biggest star? You get a jaw-dropping performance worthy of its own special. Madonna and Maluma showed up and showed out at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards. The two graced the stage and performed their new single, "Medelln," which is straight off the 60-year-old icon's forthcoming album, Madame X. Similar to their over-the-top music video (which gives off a Moulin Rouge vibe and exudes a Spanish flair), the two superstars pulled out all the stops for the star-studded ceremony with ornate ensembles, wildly audacious sets and more. Viewers and audience members alike were in awe when several holograms of Madonna appeared onstage to perform with the duo. Madonna, who performed at the Billboard Music Awards for the first time in over four years, proved why she reigns supreme in the pop genre. Additionally, the 25-year-old Colombian reggaeton singer held his own, especially alongside someone with such star power. It's safe to say they had everyone cha, cha, cha'ing as they belted out the lyrics to their new single. What's more? This marked Maluma's first-ever performance at the Billboard Music Award. He discussed the opportunity to collab with Madonna while speaking with E!'s Jason Kennedy on the red carpet. "It was crazy, I went to the VMAs," he recalled of meeting Madonna. "I met her over there, then I was touring in Europe and in London she called me and she said she had a song for me called "Medelln.' I'm from Medelln, Columbia and it's crazy that she said that she wanted me to be part of the project." Earlier this month, while chatting on Apple Music's Beats 1, Madonna said the Pretty Boy, Dirty Boy was "great to work with." From their memorable performance Wednesday night and their off-the-charts chemistry, it's easy to see what the pop icon means. "He's one of the most easy going, open, warm, generous... doesn't leave the studio until the work is done. Has great work ethic," she said of the "Mala Mia" singer. "I adore him. Nothing but great things to say about him." (Eonline)

Paula Abdul Receives Standing Ovation After Nostalgic 2019 Billboard Music Awards Performance. Paula Abdul is proving her icon status on the 2019 Billboard Music Awards stage. The former American Idol showed she's a force to be reckoned with when she performed a six-minute medley of her classic songs at the close of the jam-packed show. Dressed in a black shimmering cabaret outfit, the artist took to the stage to tap-dance for her hit "Straight Up" before climbing the stage and literally jumping into a sea of men. As the men caught the singer, she sang "Vibeology," before strutting into a performance of "Opposites Attract" with MC Skat Kat himself. She got the crowd up on their feet when she and a troupe of dancers shimmied across the stage and into the audience of amazed viewers. To say Paula ended the show on a high-note is an understatement. Confetti literally blasted into the sky as the singer's impressive performance drew to a close. Her performance at the BBMAs coincides with the 30th anniversary of the release of her chart-topping song, "Straight Up." More importantly, this summer the 56-year-old will kick off her Paula Abdul: Forever Your Girl residency at the Flamingo Las Vegas. Starting August 13, fans of the pop star will have the chance to see her perform at one of the 20 shows. She tells Billboard, "I feel like this is the time to do an intimate, fun and exciting show. I've always wanted to be in Las Vegas on the Strip performing. And I feel like Las Vegas is kind of a second home to me. I knew it was going to happen one day, and I was thrilled that we able to make it work this time." (Eonline)

Drake Dedicates His Billboard Music Awards Win to Arya Stark, Because Duh. What did Drake say to his fellow nominees at Wednesday night's 2019 Billboard Music Awards? Not today. The rapper clearly had the most recent episode of Game of Thrones on his mind when he accepted the award for Top Billboard 200 Album for Scorpion. Drake's acceptance speech started with a heartfelt shout out to the people who helped bring the project to life, as he shared, "Thank you to everybody who gave me their time, their energy, stayed away from their family and friends while we were trying to complete this. I always had a dream of doing a double album and I finally did it so now I'll never do it again." "I need a glass of champagne," the "God's Plan" performer joked, before concluding, "Hey, shout out to Arya Stark for putting in that work last week. Hey!" If only we could see Sophie Turner's reaction to this priceless moment! Of course, Champagne Papi is referencing the badass move actress Maisie Williams pulled during the Battle of Winterfell. (No spoilers for all those GoT fans not quite caught up on the final season of the HBO series . . .) Drake is nominated in an impressive 17 categories this evening, and even stands a chance to break Taylor Swift's record of most Billboard Music Award wins of all-time. Something tells us he's channeling his inner Arya Stark... (Eonline)
