Why Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk Are "Questioning" the Future of Their Relationship. What's really going on between Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk? The Oscar nominee and the supermodel, who are parents to 2-year-old daughter Lea De Seine Shayk Cooper, have been the subject of breakup rumors for months now. During award season, split speculation went into overdrive amid rumors about Cooper and his A Star Is Born co-star, Lady Gaga. The "Million Reasons" singer even had to set the record straight, shutting down romance rumors involving her and Cooper. Amid the breakup speculation, Cooper and Shayk put on a united front as they attended the 2019 Oscars together, where they shared a romantic moment on the red carpet. Months later though, Shayk was without her director beau at the 2019 Met Gala, raising eyebrows. The couple had walked the red carper together at the same fashion event just one year earlier. Cooper and Shayk have always kept their relationship very private, rarely commenting about their romance in the media. The pair first sparked relationship rumors in April 2015 when they were spotted attending a Broadway show together. After that time, cameras continued to spot Cooper and Shayk's steamy PDA sessions around the world, which seeming confirmed their romance. Then about two years after sparking romance rumors, E! News learned that Shayk and Cooper had welcomed their first child together. As the breakup rumors continue to fly, E! News has learned more insight into the couple's current relationship status. "Things get a little bit better but then they find themselves back in the same place of questioning whether being a couple is what's best," a source tells E! News. "They want to stay together for their daughter, but neither of them are very happy." "They've spent time apart to test the waters and see if they are better off," the insider continues. "They have a lot invested and it's very difficult to completely walk away from. They are trying out different arrangements and trying to find their way. They love their little girl dearly and that's not going to change no matter what." According to the source, "They have a lot of history and their precious daughter keeping them together for now." Drew Barrymore Reveals the Treatment That Was a Total "Game-Changer" For Losing Weight. When it comes to losing weight, Drew Barrymore isn't afraid to admit she's struggled with it. We feel you, girl! Chatting with E! News about her new partnership with Emsculpt, the Santa Clarita Diet actress talks well... her diet and how the body-contouring treatment was a total "game-changer" for her. Especially after having two daughters, Olive and Frankie Barrymore Kopelman. "My problem was that no matter how hard I dieted or exercised, after having two kids -- and my genetic predisposition -- I was never losing weight," she shared. "I was always getting injured, so this, for me, was a game-changer." She continued, "I've been able to build my core with Emsculpt, and it's completely changing my life. I can workout more [and] that just makes me feel mentally better and physically better." So how does it all work? In short, it's a non-invasive treatment that builds muscle. And according to Drew, the "magnetic field" machine feels like "doing 20,000 crunches in 30 mins." While Emsculpt sounds like a dream, the Flower Beauty founder knows eating healthy and exercising regularly are also key. "You do have to maintain a workout routine, it's not a magic wand," she said, adding, "[I] wish I could eat pasta for three meals a day, and wash it down with wine." She confessed there was a time when she put her children, work and everything in-between first. But now, she's more than ready to focus on her health. "I want to shift that," the 44-year-old actress said. "I want my health to be a priority." For her, it's all about finding the right balance of feeling good and looking good. "I'm just trying to have a life that makes sense... [I] don't want to feel an aesthetic, [I] want to feel good and confident." And just because Drew is single and ready to mingle with that sculpted bod of hers, she revealed she absolutely hates dating apps. "I tried a dating app for like five minutes, and I hated it so much. I can't even express on public television the feelings it gave me, but they weren't positive, and I didn't like it at all." Rob Kardashian's Instagram ban is still in full effect -- he has NOT returned to the social media platform, despite what some believed after Kris and Kourtney promoted an account bearing his name. Peeps on IG went into a frenzy Tuesday when his mom and sister told people to follow @robkardashianofficial ... but we've learned Rob isn't allowed to be the person behind the account. Honchos at Instagram tell TMZ ... @robkardashianofficial is an official fan account being run by "Jenner Communications," and there are certain rules and guidelines in place to ensure Rob can't turn it into his own account. Here's how strict and specific those rules are -- the bio and captions can't be written in the first person, Rob can't upload posts himself, it must be managed by someone other than Rob and he can't create any of his own content for the account. As you know ... Rob got booted from IG in 2017 after posting nudes of his ex, Blac Chyna, forcing him to take his social media game to Twitter and Snapchat. The fan account's first post was on July 5, 2018, but it sat dormant until this past May ... and now it's getting more and more active. Instagram big wigs tell us Rob is still very much BANNED ... and there are NO plans to lift the ban any time soon. (TMZ)

Justin Bieber had a little chat with cops in Hollywood Wednesday afternoon, but it wasn't his driving that drew them out to an accident scene ... it was his hired driver. Bieber's limo van was involved in a 2-vehicle accident that would normally be just a tiny fender bender -- if the freakin' van wasn't so huge! Looks like the back end of a Hyundai Sonata met the side panel of Justin's ride. Unclear who initiated the contact, but police were there to talk to all parties ... and possibly take down an accident report. Officers spoke to Bieber, but again ... he was just a passenger. Law enforcement tells us both parties exchanged info and went on their way. No harm, no foul. In other words: this is why you pay insurance premiums. Bieber's gotta know it coulda been way worse. It's a sweet van and all, but it ain't worth $2 million. Tracy Morgan knows what we're talking about! Too soon? (TMZ)

Jenelle Evans Sets the Record Straight on "Absurd" Custody Battle Rumors. Jenelle Evans is dispelling the "absurd" rumors surrounding her ongoing custody battle. It's been a tumultuous few weeks for the Teen Mom star as she and husband, David Eason, battle to regain custody of her two children, Ensley, 2, and Kaiser, 4, as well as David's daughter, Maryssa. During this time, there has been much speculation about the trials and tribulations Jenelle and David are going through, but now the 27-year-old is speaking to E! News about the truth behind the matter. First and foremost, Evans insists that she and Eason are seeking to regain custody of their teen daughter Maryssa, in addition to Ensley and Kaiser. "The reports about custody are absurd. I don't understand why everyone thinks Maryssa is excluded out of this situation when every child is involved," she explains. "We are fighting for all the children to come home." As for Maryssa's current living situation, she is staying with her mother and grandmother, who the MTV star says are refusing to cooperate. According to Jenelle, "Maryssa's grandmother and mother have cut David off completely. He's being nice as possible and trying to check up on her and they refuse to answer the phone." Moreover, the mother-of-three is only allowed to see her children during supervised visits once a week. She says this has made it particularly difficult for her to attend court, since she cannot take her kids home with her. "It's really hard holding my emotions together when your child doesn't want to let you go, but if you don't hold it together and break down it will make the child more concerned and upset," she says of the experience. To add further drama to the situation, Ensley is living with her mother, Barbara Evans, who Jenelle is once again feuding with. Evans describes their relationship as "rocky" and says that her mother has "broken my trust." She adds, "Back to square one with our relationship." In the meantime, Jenelle says she is doing "everything possible to cooperate with Child Protective Services." Her attention is "completely" devoted to her children, but she says that she is also "working hard on my makeup kit from a distance." At the end of the day, Jenelle is "hopeful" that she will regain custody of her children, especially with the help of her "major support team" and their "hard" work. (Eonline)

Jussie Smollett did not want to call police immediately after he was allegedly attacked ... at least according to a friend who did make a 911 call. On the January 29 phone call, which Chicago PD just released, the friend says Jussie's "attackers" wrapped a noose around his neck, after getting jumped as he left a Subway restaurant. The caller says Jussie didn't want to file a report, but he was going to force him to do so. The male friend sounded panicked as he said, "They put a noose around his neck" and added ... "this is really f**ked up." Police had said the 911 call was made 40 minutes after Jussie got back to his Chicago apartment. We broke the story ... Jussie claims he was jumped by 2 men who not only put the rope around his neck, but doused him in liquid he thought was bleach and yelled, "This is MAGA country!" Police say Jussie staged the "attack" and charged him with filing a false police report ... but the charges were eventually dropped by the Cook County State's Attorney's Office. The city of Chicago is suing Jussie for the cost of its police investigation. (TMZ)

Jussie Smollett's manager refused to identify the star by name during a 911 call reporting the alleged attack on the actor that turned out to be a hoax, new audio reveals. The embattled "Empire" star's creative manager Frank Gatson made two 911 calls, with the first coming at 2:22 a.m. -- about 20 minutes after Smollett says he was attacked by hate-spewing goons on a desolate Chicago street. "I work with an artist -- I don't really want to say his name -- but he states that [redaction] he went to Subway he was walking by and some guys somebody jumped him or something like that, and I just want to report it and make sure that he's alright," Gatson told the operator in the first of the two calls, which were obtained by The Post under a Freedom of Information Act request. When asked why Smollett wasn't calling the cops himself, Gatson responded, "He was cool, he didn't want me to call you guys." The operator then informed Gatson that Smollett is the only one who can file a police report. "He's definitely gonna make the report. I'm gonna make him make the report," Gatson replied in the 3-minute call. The manager told the 911 dispatcher that Smollett doesn't need medical attention. "I just think he's startled. I'm scared and I don't know what it is -- They put a noose around his neck. They didn't do anything with it but put it around his neck. That's pretty fked up to me -- sorry for saying it like that," he said. The operator said she'd alert police. Then Gatson called back 16 minutes later at 2:38 a.m. to complain that cops hadn't shown up yet. "I reported I've been waiting on the police," he said. "I thought they'd be here by now." The cops pulled up as Gatson ended that 3-minute call. Smollett said he was jumped by two men who threw a noose around his neck and tossed bleach on him while shouting, "This is MAGA Country." But his story fell apart when a pair of Nigerian brothers told cops Smollett paid them to stage the attack. The actor was arrested for filing false police reports, but Chicago prosecutors shockingly dropped the charges in March. Now the City of Chicago is suing Smollett to pay back $130,000 in overtime costs associated with investigating the case. (Page Six)
