Milo Ventimiglia named Hasty Pudding Man of the Year. Milo Ventimiglia, who stars as Jack Pearson in the award-winning hit television drama "This is Us," was named 2019 Man of the Year Wednesday by Harvard University's Hasty Pudding Theatricals. Ventimiglia was selected because he has made "significant impressions on television and film," the oldest theatrical organization in the US said in a statement. It also didn't hurt that he played heartthrob Jess Mariano on the television show "Gilmore Girls" from 2001 to 2006. "We've loved his performances in 'This is Us,' 'Heroes' and 'Gilmore Girls,' but more importantly, he is the childhood crush of our two esteemed producers, Elizabeth (Mann) and Mariana (Sanchez-Medina)," Hasty Pudding President Grace Ramsey said in a statement. The Emmy-nominated actor will receive his pudding pot at a celebratory roast at Harvard scheduled for Feb. 8. Ventimiglia will then attend the opening night of Hasty Pudding's latest production, "France France Revolution," its first to feature women in the cast. Although women have been involved with Hasty Pudding Theatricals since the 1930s, the onstage cast has traditionally been all male, even for female roles. The organization announced last year that women would be included in the cast. Ventimiglia has also been involved with the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America, which supports veterans who need help when they return home from war. His character on "This Is Us" is a Vietnam War veteran, and Ventimiglia's real-life dad is also a veteran. Hasty Pudding, which dates back to the late 18th century, has honored a Man of the Year since 1967, and previous winners include Clint Eastwood, Tom Hanks and Christopher Walken. Paul Rudd was honored last year. Bryce Dallas Howard was named Hasty Pudding's Woman of the Year on Tuesday. (PageSix)

Iris Apfel, 97, signs with IMG Models. Iris Apfel, 97, has become an accidental fashion icon over the past decade, and now she's a certified model. On Thursday, it was announced that Apfel has signed with IMG for worldwide representation for modeling, appearances and endorsements. "I'm very excited. I never had a proper agent," Apfel told Women's Wear Daily. "I'm a do-it-yourself girl. I never expected my life would take this turn so I never prepared for it." Apfel -- who started a textile company, Old World Weavers, in 1950 with her late husband, Carl -- has already starred in ad campaigns for Kate Spade, MAC Cosmetics, HSN and more. Last year, she released a book, "Iris Apfel: Accidental Icon." It never occurred to her, as she nears 100 years old, that she might need help booking her own schedule -- until a famous friend advised that Apfel should consider outsourcing. "It all just happened so suddenly, and I thought at my tender age, I'm not going to set up offices and get involved with all kinds of things. I thought it was a flash in the pan, and it's not going to last," she said. "Somehow, people found me. People would just call. Tommy Hilfiger said that was no way to do it, and he put us together. I'm very excited and very grateful," Apfel said. But while Apfel is now represented by the same agency as Gigi Hadid, Ashley Graham and nearly every Victoria's Secret model, she has no plans to hit the runway: When asked what types of projects she's looking for, Apfel quipped, "I don't know. Just stick around." (PageSix)

Drake Gifts 2 McDonald's Employees $100 in Cash. Making it rain in McDonald's could have been part of "God's Plan." Drake stopped by one of the fast food branches in Los Angeles last weekend and gifted two female employees $10,000 in cash out of his own pocket, each, a source confirmed to E! News. A fan tweeted a photo of the rapper at the eatery. Drake appeared to have been accompanied by two bodyguards. "See what happens when the ice cream machine works," one user joked. Drake's 2018 music video "God's Plan" shows him handing out thousands of dollars in cash to people in Florida, paying for others' groceries and donating massive checks to institutions such as the Miami Fire Department and the University of Miami's Frost School of Music. According to Forbes, Drake made 47 million between 2017 and 2018, making him the 53rd highest-paid celebrity, and tying with Foo Fighters and Jennifer Lopez. UPDATE: Two McDonald's employees received a nice tip from Drake recently, but not at the amount previously recorded. A McDonald's rep told E! News in a statement, "Despite early reports, McDonald's learned that the amount Drake tipped each employee was $100 not $10,000." (Eonline)

Justin Timberlake's Birthday Date Night Promptly Put Jessica Biel to Sleep. Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel know partying as working parents can be a struggle. The couple, who are dad and mom to 3-year-old son Silas Randall, headed out in New York City on Wednesday for a night on the town in celebration of Timberlake's 38th birthday -- a party that happened a day early, of course, to accommodate his work schedule. But the evening got off to a particularly slow start, with Biel, 36, falling fast asleep in the car. Timberlake captured her snooze in a video he posted on his Instagram account, with the playful caption "Gotta work tomorrow for my bday so wifey really going all out tonight... " In the clip, he quietly sings himself "Happy Birthday" before panning the camera to a resting Biel. Eventually, he gets louder and wakes Biel up, the 7th Heaven alum locking eyes with his phone with a smile. "I'm just preparing for our big night out," she teases. "Just preparing." Laughter seems to be a big part of Timberlake and Biel's marriage, which began when they said their "I dos" in Puglia, Italy on Oct. 19, 2012. In fact, it's part of what brought them together. As Timberlake revealed in his first book, Hindsight: & All the Things I Can't See in Front of Me, back in November, the two met at a party in Hollywood and immediately connected over their shared sense of humor. "When I met Jess, it was undeniable how beautiful she is," the "SexyBack" singer wrote. "I made some sort of sarcastic comment, really dry. Nobody got it except her. She laughed, and I noticed, all of a sudden, and in the way where you wonder if a person's like you, if they have a very dry, dark sense of humor, too." Though he didn't ask for her number that night, Timberlake kept thinking: "I'm kind of really interested in that girl. There was just something about that girl. Kind of interested in that girl. Goddamn it." Timberlake continued, "I had to psych myself up. I had to remind myself that I was me -- giving myself a pep talk, shadowboxing with myself, rubbing my own shoulders." They saw each other again when she came to a show during his FutureSex/LoveSounds tour. Per the book, he offered her and her friends a ride on his tour bus, which is when he finally asked for her number and they started talking. "Then the Golden Globes came up, and that's when we planned on seeing each other," Timberlake wrote. "We were both still seeing other people, keeping ourselves safe from getting hurt, from really putting ourselves out there. It took a bit for both of us to admit to ourselves that we were really, really into each other." After he came back from touring abroad they spent a month together. Then they decided to be exclusive, Timberlake wrote in Hindsight. "We've had a lot of unforgettable times," Timberlake said. "She's become a huge influence on my life, and I have such an admiration for her, especially seeing her as a mother now." He added, "But I had admiration for her before. She's a very good writer. She's a poet. She's a tremendous actor. She's funny. Very funny. And she's one of the most patient people I've ever met... She changed me. She changed my life." Timberlake is in New York City to perform his Man of the Woods tour at Madison Square Garden on Thursday. He previously had to postpone numerous concert dates due to bruised vocal cords, but resumed his tour in January. The *NSYNC alum previously had an operation to remove his throat nodules -- benign growths on the vocal cords -- in 2005. (People)

Reese Witherspoon is Zo Kravitz's favorite drinking buddy. Zo Kravitz gets boozy with her "Big Little Lies" co-stars. "Reese [Witherspoon] is definitely one of my favorite drinking buddies," she told InStyle. "We have a lot of dinners, a lot of good hangs, and there's always booze flowing. We like to get silly together. But really, all of my .?.?. castmates are good drinking buddies. I love sitting down with Reese and Shailene [Woodley] and cracking open a beer." Meanwhile, wedding plans with actor Karl Glusman are going "slowly but surely." (PageSix)

John Legend's head is officially under water! Two days after the "All of Me" singer, 40, announced he was beginning swim lessons for the first time in nearly 35 years, his wife Chrissy Teigen shared a video of him in action. Posting the clip to Instagram on Wednesday night, Legend is seen paddling underneath the water from one side of their pool to the other, while an instructor watches on from the shallow end stairs. "adult swim with @kidswimla so proud!!!" Teigen, 33, captioned the muted video -- which was later re-shared by the Los Angeles-based swim school. When one of Teigen's followers asked why there was no sound included, the Lip Sync Battle host explained, "because I'm cheering too loudly" In response, model Nina Agdal commented, "The things id do to unmute this" Other stars, including Katharine McPhee and Jordin Sparks, also commented on the clip with their own thoughts about the swim sesh. "I feeeeel like this (indirectly) and VERY LOW KEY [is] a flex for people stuck in the polar vortex today," McPhee jokingly wrote, while Sparks added in a separate comment, "This is amazing! Get it, John!!" Olympic gold medalist swimmer Simone Manuel even commented on the post and offered her services. "Please please please let me teach @johnlegend and you how to swim! I AM AVAILABLE!!!" she wrote. Legend also shared a similar video to his Instagram Stories, captioning the clip, "Swim Lesson #2" and tagged the swim school. His second lesson comes just two days after the singer revealed in a tweet on Monday afternoon that he was time since he was 5 years old. Despite the unusually late start, Legend said he was actually one step ahead of his father, Ronald Stephens, who started to learn when he was in his 60s. "I can't really swim. Today I took my first swim lesson since I was like 5," Legend tweeted. "My dad learned in his 60's so I feel like I'm ahead of schedule." Immediately after posting the revelation, fans shared their thoughts -- some were in disbelief, while others supported the dad-of-two. "Are you learning with your kids?" wrote one fan, to which Legend revealed that his 2-year-old daughter Luna Simone and 8-month-old son Miles Theodore were already taking lessons. "They already started months ago!" he responded. Others, meanwhile, poked fun at the singer and his 2013 hit song "All of Me," which says in the lyrics: "My head's under water, but I'm breathing fine/You're crazy and I'm out of my mind." "So what happened when your head was under water? Did you breathe fine? Was it all a lie?!" asked a fan. "All. Lies. Hahaha," Legend jokingly wrote back. At one point, fans even began to question Legend and Teigen's parenting and pool safety -- asking what would happen if Legend or their kids accidentally fell into the pool -- to which Teigen quickly defended her husband and snapped back. "Not trying to disrespect U or your kids. Just wanted to put out there for general knowledge about pools, children, and safety precautions in response to someone commenting @ John slipping into pool," clarified a fan afterward. "ok I'm sorry," Teigen wrote back. "misunderstood but get very defensive when people question our kid's safety." (People)

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher enjoyed some child-free fun Tuesday. Hours after The Ranch actor, 40, sent the Internet into a frenzy by sharing his phone number on Twitter, Kutcher and Kunis, 35, stepped out for a rare public outing. The pair left their two kids -- Wyatt Isabelle, 4, and Dimitri Portwood, 2 -- at home and sat courtside at a Los Angeles Lakers basketball game, where they smiled for the camera and even snapped a sweet selfie together. For their night out, Kutcher wore a black V-neck underneath a brown tweed sport coat, jeans, and an orange LA Dodgers hat. Meanwhile, Kunis, who also kept things casual, opted for a gray ruffle-sleeved shirt, jeans, and converse sneakers. In their cute selfie, captured by a fan account, Kutcher leaned in towards his smiling wife and snapped the photo, which featured the opposing team, the Philadelphia 76ers, in a huddle nearby. Besides smiling for photographers and taking a selfie of their own, the couple was spotted on NBA's Twitter account giggling on the jumbo-cam. While the parents appeared to be enjoying their relaxing night out, things weren't so calm for Kutcher earlier on Tuesday. In a now-deleted tweet, the actor shared his phone number telling fans, "I miss having a real connection w/ real people. My Community." He shared, "From now on you can just text me. I won't be able to respond to everyone but at least we can be real w/ each other & I can share the unedited latest & greatest in my world." Kutcher, who was one of the early users of Twitter, added his phone number and said, "Yes this is my#" in case anyone had doubts." The actor included a GIF of himself saying, "You are the fabric of who we are, and we love you!" A few hours later, he deleted the tweet but explained he was bombarded with messages in a subsequent tweet, writing, "I will repost soon... sms is a fragile beast." A representative for the star did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment. Kutcher, a notable prankster from his days on Punk'd, loves to delight his friends and fans. In December, the actor, along with his wife, gifted Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell a hilarious shower curtain with a giant photo of themselves on it. "What a generous Christmas gift from the Kunis-Kutcher family," Shepard, 43, jokingly captioned the shot. "A beautiful shower curtain for the attic(t) bathroom!" Kutcher co-created his popular pranking show Punk'd in 2003 which followed the star as he played jokes on celebrities. (People)

Late fashion designer Kate Spade's husband, Andy Spade, has moved to the West Coast with their daughter, Bea. He's left their sprawling Park Avenue apartment empty after making the move, we hear. Andy originally took Bea to stay with friends after his estranged wife took her own life in June, before settling down out West. Kate's last business, Frances Valentine, was co-founded by Kate, Andy and two others, including Kate's friend and longtime collaborator Elyce Arons. Arons said she's continuing to work with Andy on Frances Valentine to keep Kate's vision and spirit alive. The pair have a new collection, which is being modeled by Kate's niece, Golden Globe winner Rachel Brosnahan. Arons told People magazine: "We never considered stopping. Of course we needed to move forward; it's what she would have wanted." While Andy has relocated, she said: "We talk several times a week and we want to make sure he has lots of time to take care of his daughter. Right now, the place they need to be is together." She said she sends Bea letters that are written to her in a journal at the store. (Page Six)

Rihanna wears a slinky slip and sandals in freezing NYC. Freezing temperatures are no match for Rihanna's flawless style. On Tuesday, the songstress, 30, stepped out in New York City wearing an outfit more appropriate for warmer weather. Seemingly unfazed by the forecast's high of 43 degrees and low of 25 degrees, Rihanna wore a silky, blush-colored skirt with a matching oversized Y/Project blazer ($1,470) on top, sans shirt. She accessorized with strappy Manolo Blahnik sandals ($795) and a tiny Fendi purse ($3,390) and a short, curly bobbed hairstyle. It's possible Rihanna selecting the skin-baring look in preparation for Valentine's Day: The singer recently starred in a cheeky campaign for her lingerie line Savage x Fenty's holiday collection. Will Kathy Ireland be the one who finally convinces the NFL to green light CBD??? She hopes so ... and now she's in a real position to make it happen. The former supermodel-turned-business mogul has joined the board of NFL Players Inc. -- a wing of the NFL Players Association. Kathy has become a real force in the fashion and beauty world over the years -- her kathy ireland Worldwide brand has made BILLIONS of dollars in revenue, landing her on the cover of Forbes twice. Now that she's working with the NFLPA, her main focus will be advising the org. in matters of marketing and advertising ... but it's obvious she's also passionate about bringing CBD to the NFL. Ireland has a line of CBD wellness products and, when we spoke with her at LAX, she told us she thinks NFL players could really benefit. "The CBD that we work with, we're seeing great results," Ireland said. Ireland says she does NOT use THC in her products -- the property in marijuana that makes people get high -- and says that's a big deal that a lot of people just don't understand. "I think it's misunderstood by a lot of people so it's fortunate to have the opportunity to educate people on what it's about." Tons of former and current athletes have lobbied hard for allowing CBD in pro sports -- and it seems like it's just a matter of time before one of the main leagues gives it the thumbs up. (TMZ)

Kacy Clemens -- son of MLB legend Roger Clemens -- says bouncers at a Houston bar beat him so badly during a New Year's Eve event, they may have destroyed his pro baseball career. Clemens and his pal, Conner Capel, have sued the Concrete Cowboy in Texas -- claiming they were just hanging out when bouncers singled them out and ordered them to move out of a spot in the bar while they were trying to order their first drink of the night. Both men are minor league baseball players -- Kacy is a 1st baseman in the Blue Jays organization and Conner is an outfielder with the Cardinals organization. The guys claim they complied with the bouncers' orders -- but the hired muscle manhandled them anyway, eventually beating them so ferociously they sustained serious damage to their faces and bodies. In fact, Conner says he suffered a fractured skull -- and took photos of the bloody aftermath. A lawyer for the alleged victims has suggested Kacy may have injured his throwing arm in the incident. He also claims Conner will have to see a neurologist for at least 5 years. According to the lawsuit, cops showed up at the bar that night and determined neither Kacy nor Conner were intoxicated. One of the bouncers was arrested for assault. The baseball players are suing for more than $200k in damages -- and they want the bar shut down for good. (TMZ)

Colin Kaepernick's attorney just went off on NFL Commish Roger Goodell -- claiming his explanation that teams just don't think Colin can help them win is the biggest crock he's ever heard. And, Kap's lawyer is using Mark Sanchez to make his point. Mark Geragos appeared on "Today" Thursday and was asked about the comments Goodell made at his State of the NFL Address this week ... when Goodell said Kap's unemployment status is based on football, not politics. "Anybody who believes that will believe that Mark Sanchez was a better choice," Geragos said ... noting several other QBs who are "well past their prime" were also signed this season. Geragos also asked why NFL teams did NOT give Kap a workout in 2018 -- "Why didn't anybody ever bring him in and see where his skills were at? I think the whole thing is basically a ruse." Geragos believes Goodell's statement will help Kap's collusion case against the NFL -- saying, "The collusion actually was the NFL kowtowing to [President Trump]." He also says ... "There isn't anybody who's got a couple of neurons firing that wouldn't say this is collusive activity." For the record, Mark Sanchez was signed by the Washington Redskisn at the end of the NFL season after starting QB Alex Smith went down with an injury. When he played in 2018, Sanchez performed horribly -- completing 19 of 35 passes for only 138 yards, 0 TDs and 3 INTs. (TMZ)

Renewed interest in Ted Bundy has attracted tons of voyeurs to his former Utah residence -- which has become a giant pain in the ass for residents. A tenant who lives in the 2-story, 5-unit home -- which continues to serve as a boarding house, of sorts -- tells TMZ, foot traffic at the crib has significantly increased since the release of Netflix's 'Ted Bundy Tapes' doc and Zac Efron's Bundy film trailer. Bundy lived here from 1974-1975 -- and urban legend has it, he might've even brought some of his victims back to the home. We're told Bundy used to stay in Room #2, which has since been relabeled Room #5. The tenant says somebody currently occupies that space. What's really upsetting ... the barrage of gawkers cropping up in increasing numbers. We're told many simply wanna snap photos of the pad, while others have the audacity to peruse the grounds to eyeball a fire escape he used to climb when he wanted to come and go unnoticed. The tenant tells us it's beginning to upset some of the other residents, some of whom, we're told, now close their blinds and are growing irritated by the invasion of privacy. We're told this type of attention was limited to Halloween, but now it's nonstop. (TMZ)

A wild leopard has an entire village scrambling, quite literally, for their lives in India -- the animal showed up in someone's house and attempts to capture it only pissed it off and made it go on the attack. The video's crazy ... it starts with Forest Department officials in Jalandhar city trying to throw a net down on the animal from above, but it leaps up on the wall and pounces on one of the guys. Then it's absolute pandemonium -- the leopard hopped another wall and unleashed its fury on everyone in its path. The crazed cat seemed to go out of its way to maul some of the panicked villagers, and at one point an undersized dog gave chase, but the leopard was already on the move. Six people were reportedly injured during the rampage, but fortunately none of the injuries are believed to be life-threatening. As of now, officials are still trying to subdue the cat with tranquilizers. (TMZ)
