Where Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth's Relationship Went Wrong. Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are going their separate ways. On Saturday evening, E! News confirmed the couple split after less than one year of marriage. "Liam and Miley have agreed to separate at this time," a rep for the 26-year-old singer said in a statement shared with us. The rep continued, "Ever evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what's best while they both focus on themselves and careers. They still remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart. Please respect their process and privacy." The news of their breakup comes a few weeks after the two celebrated their 10-year anniversary. However, a source tells E! News "they were drifting apart" and were "trying to make it work for months now." "They have been trying to make it work for months now but haven't felt they were connecting on the level they were feeling when they got married last year," the insider shared. "It's been a rough year." With the "Mother's Daughter" hitting up the studio and going back on tour in Europe, the source explained "they have been spending a lot of time apart." If anything, the insider expressed that the Hunger Games star is "focused on a more simplified lifestyle while Miley has been preparing for a new wave of her music career." "She has been ready to put out music and be back in the game touring and performing. They really grew apart," the source dished. "Miley and Liam have still been communicating and it wasn't a messy split but they have decided they are at different points in their lives currently." Last month, Cyrus opened up about her "complex" and "unique" marriage to the 29-year-old actor. "I think it's very confusing to people that I'm married," the 26-year-old singer shared. "But my relationship is unique... And I don't know that I would ever publicly allow people in there because it's so complex, and modern, and new that I don't think we're in a place where people would get it. I mean, do people really think that I'm at home in a f--king apron cooking dinner?" She added, "I'm in a hetero relationship, but I still am very sexually attracted to women. People become vegetarian for health reasons, but bacon is still f--king good, and I know that. I made a partner decision. This is the person I feel has my back the most. I definitely don't fit into a stereotypical wife role. I don't even like that word." For Liam and Miley, the two have definitely had their fair share of ups and downs. The two were on-again, off-again before The Dressmaker actor proposed in 2012. However, they called off their engagement a year later. The pair reconciled their relationship in 2015. They officially said their "I Do's" in December 2018, in a private and intimate ceremony at their Tennessee estate. (Eonline)

Mischa Barton and James Abercrombie Split: Why She Called It Quits. When it comes to her love life, Mischa Barton is staring at a blank page, and the rest is still unwritten. The 33-year-old The O.C. alum and star of The Hills: New Beginnings and her Australian model boyfriend James Abercrombie have called it quits, E! News has confirmed. "Mischa and James are over," a source close to Mischa told E! News on Friday. "The reason she broke up with him is to focus on her career." "This is the first time Mischa is actually having a second life in her career, and she wants to focus on it," the source said. "That's the reason she broke up with him." Mischa rose to fame playing Marissa Cooper on the drama series The O.C., and quit the show a year before it ended its four-season run in 2007. Since then, she has undergone some personal and legal turmoil, and her career has stalled; In 2009, she landed a top role in the Ashton Kutcher-produced drama series The Beautiful Life: TBL, but it was canceled after two episodes due to low ratings. Over the past decade, Mischa has appeared in mainly small films, and competed on Dancing With the Stars -- an experience she described as "awful." The actress made her big TV comeback in June as a new cast member on MTV's The Hills: New Beginnings, a reboot of the hit '00s reality show. In July, the series was renewed for a second season. "It's new Mischa, and she is super happy about her future again," the source told E! News. "She is all focused on the best she can be. She is really focused on her career. She is changing her life." James, the son of Andrew Abercrombie, the multi-millionaire founder and chairman of Australian financial services company FlexiGroup and a former Victorian Liberal Party treasurer, and Mischa started dating in spring of 2017 after meeting at a party in Los Angeles. Over the past couple of years, the two have occasionally been spotted out together in the city and in New York. James has not commented on the split. (Eonline)

E! personality Morgan Stewart and husband Brendan Fitzpatrick break up. It's over for former "Rich Kids of Beverly Hills" co-stars Morgan Stewart and Brendan Fitzpatrick. The couple is headed for divorce, a source told us. The news comes just five months after Page Six exclusively revealed she engaged in an inappropriate relationship with her former boss at E!. Stewart, 31, announced the split in a letter to her followers on Instagram Stories Friday. "Brendan and I have spent six wonderful years together, but we have made the difficult decision to go our separate ways," Stewart wrote, adding that the reason for their separation "has nothing to do with anything other than that two people who sadly grew apart, deciding what's best for themselves in the next phase of their lives." She continued, "Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the extremely heartfelt and supportive messages so many of you have sent -- they have meant the world to me. I will always have a tremendous amount of love and respect for Brendan and our relationship." A rep for Fitzpatrick did not immediately return a request for comment. Earlier this week, the "Daily Pop" host was spotted without her wedding ring during the live taping of the E! show, further fueling rumors that she and Fitzpatrick, 31, were over. Over the summer, Fitzpatrick attended a wedding in Europe without his wife and posted a photo of himself that showed his left hand sans wedding band. People on social media commented, "Where's your wedding ring?" and "[Are] you still married?" Both Stewart and Fitzpatrick never directly responded to the comments, but fans did notice that the real estate broker would like some of the remarks questioning his marriage. Stewart and Fitzpatrick tied the knot in May 2016 on their E! reality series "Rich Kids of Beverly Hills." After the show wrapped, Stewart was chosen to host TV and online shows for the network, including "Daily Pop," "Nightly Pop" and "What the Fashion." Several sources who worked at E! told Page Six earlier this year that Stewart was flirtatious with former network executive Bryce Kristensen in front of other employees. "[Morgan] would throw her arms around [Bryce] in conference room meetings," said the source, who witnessed the behavior firsthand. "She would even throw up her legs on his desk, as well as on his legs." Another source added, "We saw them interacting on social media in ways that we know mean flirting in this day and age, low-key things that aren't something you do with a co-worker." Stewart and Kristensen both denied they were ever romantic. Stewart told us via her rep, "Bryce and I have known each other since the beginning of my career and have been nothing more than friends and colleagues. I look forward to moving past these hurtful rumors and innuendo. As for Brendan and I, we remain happily married." (PageSix)

Selena Gomez Says She Gets in "Trouble Too Much" When She Talks About This Topic. Selena Gomez's lips are sealed! Speaking to E! News at the We Day California event, the "Bad Liar" songstress was tight-lipped about the possibility of releasing new music soon. "I can't say that," she said with a sly smile and laugh. "I get in trouble too much." Instead, the 27-year-old star revealed the incredible resources the organization offers and why she continues to be a part of it. "I've known this organization for over six years," she began. "I know the people behind it and how much effort they put into encouraging kids to do something." She continued, "So not only do they make incredible money for people all over the world, but they're actually focusing on kids all over the world that want to have the opportunity to give back." The star-studded ceremony marked Gomez's first red carpet appearance in nearly a year, and she dazzled in a navy Dior dress and brightly-colored makeup (she wore dramatic purple liner on her lids). For her, she felt she needed to take a break from the spotlight, but this was the one exception. "As of now, I'm not really going out that much," the "Taki Taki" singer shared with E! News. When asked why, she put it simply, "Cause I needed it." However, she admitted she's "excited" to see what happens. So, there's a chance we'll be seeing more of her. During the ceremony, which took place at The Forum in Los Angeles, Selena told the audience, "It's the best day of the year, it's We Day." Further adding, that the crowd "earned" their spot there "through their service to make their communities safer, greener and more inclusive." In a press release, the 26-year-old actress explained this event always leaves her "feeling inspired and hopeful," because of how "incredible, positive and passionate" people are to "change the world." "I'm so proud to celebrate young people's year of social change and to remind them that together, we are an unstoppable movement dedicated to a brighter and better tomorrow," her statement read. Other notable guests included Joe Jonas, Natalie Portman, Meghan Trainor, Hailee Steinfeld, Mahershala Ali, Chance The Rapper, and Neil Patrick Harris, who hosted the event. ABC broadcasted it on Friday, August 9 ET. The WE Day Special was sponsored by title partner The Allstate Foundation, and by presenting partners Walgreens and Microsoft. (Eonline)

Brooke Mueller Checks Into 'Trauma Facility' as 2018 Crystal Meth Video Surfaces. Seeking help. Brooke Mueller voluntarily checked into a trauma facility on the East Coast, her rep confirms to Us Weekly. The news comes on the heels of two explosive Page Six reports regarding the 41-year-old actress' drug use. The first claimed that she showed up to a Rite Aid in Southampton, New York, in mid-July with several suitcases filled with drugs. After she was allegedly kicked out of the Hamptons home she shared with another resident, Mueller attempted to score drugs with a mystery man in Queens, New York, according to an audiotape obtained by the outlet. "Now we are almost at Queens. Actually, what we want is, if it's possible, cocaine and meth, crystal and coke, and if it's even possible, it has to be the tar, black tar," she said in the clip. "But that's not for me. ... I just go on and off. Everyone does. Almost everyone. There's the few that stay sober, but not at my level." Mueller denied ever doing heroin or looking for black tar when Page Six reached out to her about the audiotape. On Thursday, August 8, the New York Post column released new footage of Mueller seemingly doing crystal meth in a van in July 2018. According to the police report from the day of the incident, the former Extra correspondent's son Bobby, now 9, was alone in a hotel room at the time. "Wingate [hotel] front desk advising a very intoxicated female just left for the casino and left her child alone in the room," the report read. Mueller shares Bobby and his twin brother, Max, with ex-husband Charlie Sheen. The pair filed for divorce in 2011 after three tumultuous years of marriage, which included a violent Christmas Day 2009 brawl. Mueller has battled substance abuse and mental health issues over the years. In November 2017, a source told Us Weekly that she was in good place and focused on her sons. "They are all doing well. All signs indicate that Brooke has escaped Hollywood," the source told Us at the time, noting that she lived in Utah. "Brooke has gotten her life in order and is finally the mother she always wanted to be." Sheen, who celebrated one year of sobriety in December 2018, has yet to publicly comment on Mueller's decision to seek treatment. The Two and a Half Men alum's ex-wife Denise Richards previously cared for Sheen and Mueller's twin boys during the Strictly Sexual alum's 2012 rehab stint. (UsMagazine)

Brooke Mueller's Sons Are 'Living with Their Grandparents' While She's in Trauma Center: Source. "Brooke has been in a trauma center for the past few weeks and is doing very well," a source tells PEOPLE about Brooke Mueller. While Brooke Mueller gets the professional help she needs, her loved ones are stepping in to help. On Thursday, a rep for the star told PEOPLE that "Brooke has voluntarily checked herself into a trauma center on the East Coast and is under the care of professionals" amid her ongoing battle with substance abuse. According to a source close to the mother of two -- she shares 10-year-old twin boys Bob and Max with ex-husband Charlie Sheen -- her children are being cared for by their grandparents while she is away from home. "The twins are doing fine and are living with their grandparents during this period," the source says. "Brooke has been in a trauma center for the past few weeks and is doing very well," the source adds. News of Mueller's decision to seek help came as Page Six, which first reported the news, released footage of her preparing to smoke what appears to be crystal meth inside of a van. In a video obtained by the outlet, a woman identified as Mueller squats on the floor of the vehicle and she holds what looks to be a drug pipe. "Just how am I gonna wake up tomorrow, and who's gonna drive me?" she asks the person filming her. "That's why it had to be you guys. That's why I thought you guys were doing it. I'm not gonna be able to wake up with -- this is what you don't get. I'm not gonna be able to get on the plane." As she turns to face the camera, she asks, "What are you doing right now?" While the outlet reported that the footage was captured in July 2018, the source tells PEOPLE "the video circulating was from years ago." Last month, a source told PEOPLE that 41-year-old Mueller, who has long battled substance abuse, had relapsed. In July, she was the subject of another Page Six report that claimed she had been seen with "bags of drugs" while in the Hamptons over the weekend, though the source told PEOPLE "most of the story is highly exaggerated." On Thursday, Page Six also released alleged audio of Mueller asking someone during her July Hamptons trip for "cocaine and meth, crystal and coke, and, if it's even possible, it would have to be the tar, black tar." At the time, Mueller declined to comment on the situation. "Her family wants her to go to rehab but can't force her," the source told PEOPLE in July of her relapse. "If it were up to family, she would go back." "Both boys live with Brooke in Beverly Hills," the source explained. "When Brooke is traveling, her mother and her mother's husband take care of the twins together in the same house." A source said Sheen does see the children, too. (People)

Aaron Carter is "fine" after police responded to his Lancaster, California, home for a wellness check on Wednesday, August 8, a source tells Us Weekly. "He is not suicidal," the insider says. "He was basically swatted -- this was a false alarm. He has been working a lot and busy." The police visit occurred days after Carter, 31, confirmed his breakup from girlfriend Lina Valentina. "Lina and I have decided to go our separate ways," he told Us in a statement. "I was really hoping this would be the one that lasted forever. The former child star seemed hopeful for the future of his love life, though. "I've been through so much the past few years and am trying to learn from my mistakes. I don't have any regrets being with Lina, and I definitely learned a lot about myself," he continued. "I think this decision was the mature thing to do. I'm going to keep focusing on my music, my tour and my fans. Hopefully my soulmate is out there somewhere and I'll meet her soon." The pair dated for less than a year. Carter and Valentina became Instagram official in September 2018, at which time he referred to her as the "love of my life." The "I Want Candy" crooner checked into rehab in October 2017 following his arrest for driving under the influence and possession of marijuana. Earlier that year, he was also involved in a severe car accident, and police visited his home multiple times for gun and safety concerns. Carter told Us exclusively in December 2017 that he "thought [he] would die by 30." Of his struggles that year, he added: "Life, it was pretty tough. I dealt with a lot of trauma, a lot of loss, a lot of loneliness. ... My goal is to be the phoenix that rises from the ashes." (UsMagazine)

YouTuber Marina Joyce Reported Missing Years After Involvement in Infamous Internet Conspiracy. The search is on to locate YouTube personality Marina Joyce after she went missing from London earlier this week. A spokesperson with the Met Police tells E! News that the 22-year-old, who boasts more than 2 million subscribers, was reported missing on Wednesday, Aug. 7 and was last seen on July 31. Authorities are actively looking into her whereabouts. As news of her disappearance spread, the hashtag #SaveMarinaJoyce began trending worldwide, reminding users of the internet of a similar incident involving the YouTuber exactly three years ago. Back in 2016, a shift in Marina's onscreen behavior sparked widespread concern amongst her followers. Conspiracy theories, which ranged from Marina being held against her will (possibly by ISIS) to drug abuse, sparked an internet frenzy. Authorities eventually conducted a welfare check and later determined she was not in danger. A year later, the beauty expert returned to YouTube with an explanation. In a video titled "Saving Marina Joyce," the internet star revealed she was suffering from depression at the time of the incident. "It was so bad," Marina described at the time. "It hurts me to this day to think of all the reckless things I did that showed that I did not care about my life. Things that I would look back upon and feel so grateful that I am still alive. I lived in isolation of what happened to me, of people not understanding what I was truly going through." Despite denying the conspiracy theories, Marina actually credited her fans' concern as her reason for seeking help. "I'm getting better now, which is why I decided to make this video," she said. "I feel so grateful for #SaveMarinaJoyce because it did actually save me." Marina last updated her Instagram and YouTube accounts in late June. Her boyfriend Brandon Mehmed has since shared an update with her followers, saying that Marina is "safe and well." The statement shared to his Instagram read in part, "Everything is being dealt with in a professional manner." Anyone with information about Joyce's whereabouts is asked to call police in the North Area Command Unit on 101 and quote ref: 19MIS031063. (Eonline)

I'm so sorry to everyone that I confused, I could only say what I knew last night. I knew she was safe because I spoke to her 24/7 and I wasn't withholding any information." "This hasn't been an easy time for Marina and I hope you guys can respect her privacy for the next day or two until she releases a video to explain everything," he continued. "I just know that no matter what I say, it'll get turned against me and that's completely find because I know I'm a good person and I only mean well (especially for Marina) you truly have no leg to stand on when you're dealing with the internet but I hope this can help put things to rest. You'll get your proof that she is safe when she uploads. Thank you!!" Joyce had last updated her Instagram, Twitter and YouTube accounts in late June. Following her disappearance, the hashtag #SaveMarinaJoyce began trending, reminding Internet users of a similar incident involving her exactly three years ago. In 2016, Joyce, who has more than 2 million subscribers on YouTube, sparked widespread concern with her videos and social media posts, which included a clip of her appearing nervous while promoting a dress collection. Authorities eventually conducted a welfare check and later determined she was not in danger. At the time, she tweeted she was "TOTALLY fine." A year later, in a video titled "Saving Marina Joyce," she revealed she was suffering from depression at the time of the incident. (Eonline)

'Million Dollar Listing L.A.' star Madison Hildebrand came THIS close to putting pen to paper for a $300k deal to speak at a conference in Dubai ... but like with Dog the Bounty Hunter, it was a total scam. One of Malibu's most sought after real estate agents tells TMZ ... he got a fake $300k offer from the office of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan -- the Deputy Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates -- to speak at a charity event in Dubai. The deal included first-class air travel for Madison and accommodations in the presidential suite at Dubai's most iconic hotel ... the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah. But it turned out to be a total scam. If this all sounds eerily familiar ... it should, because these are the same scammers who targeted Dog the Bounty Hunter last month. And, just like Dog ... Madison saw all the red flags. He says the scammers wanted to wire transfer the dough, which at a glance seemed normal ... except for the clause in the contract, which gave the scammers 5 days to cancel the transfer. Long story short ... if the scammers backed out of the deal and forced Madison to wire the money back ... the scammers would essentially be getting Madison to pay THEM back out of his own pocket because the fake wire transfer would never actually hit Madison's bank account. Madison tells us real estate agents had previously been warned about the dangers of wire transfers, and because they deal with escrow accounts all the time, they're easy targets. Madison says 2 days before we reported Dog's story, he decided it all seemed sketchy and pulled the plug on the deal. He calls the contract, "the best scam contract I've ever seen." Other perks included first-class travel for 2 of his guests, $10k for wardrobe, a hair/makeup team, security escort and luxury transportation. Yeah, too good to be true. As we reported ... Dog wasn't the only celeb targeted. Besides him and Madison, we're told Kim Kardashian's bff, Jonathan Cheban, was also targeted like Dog ... with a $430k check they sent him. 'Housewives' star Kim Zolciak was also targeted. (TMZ)

Michael Holston, the internet sensation who became famous as The Real Tarzann, has been arrested for burglary and assault ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ. Holston was a zookeeper from Miami who produced viral videos of him cavorting with chimps, lions, giraffes, snakes, otters, kangaroos, sharks, reptiles and other animals was arrested in Miami Friday. He was booked on 3 charges -- all involving burglary and battery. It's unclear, so far, exactly what he's accused of doing. We will update as soon as we get more info. Holston has said he wants to be the next Steve Irwin, his hero. He's become popular for sure, with more than half a mil YouTube subscribers. He also fancies himself as an animal educator ... he travels to various schools and teaches kids about creatures in the wild. And, this is funny ... he was afraid of spiders, but eventually overcame his fears. Holston is still in custody. His bond was set at $6,500. We reached out to Holston's lawyer. So far, no word back. John Singleton's mom claims one of his baby mamas did nothing to help him the night before he died, despite the fact he was throwing up blood and showing signs something was seriously wrong. Shelia Ward says when John got home the night before he died, his baby mama, Rayvon Jones, met him with, "No open arms just crossed defiant fists." She says some type of argument then started between them. Shelia claims John then took a bath with his infant son, Seven, but his body began to tremor showing serious signs of distress and he was almost too weak to get himself out of the tub. He also allegedly threw up blood. Rather than call 911, Shelia says Rayvon simply put John to Bed. His mother says she's haunted by that thought and says, "I can't stop thinking about this truth. Can't blame them. Don't blame them. I feel so sorry for them because they must live with it." Rayvon tells us John did complain of being sick that night, saying he thought it was food poisoning, but she never saw him throw up, and didn't think it was anything serious. She says she told him to run the bath, to relax and to drink some tea. Rayvon says she's shocked by Shelia's accusations, and thought they were on good terms. Rayvon tells us she would never have done something to prevent John from getting help if she believed it was a serious medical situation. (TMZ)

Gigi Hadid has a damn good reason to swear off Mykonos ... the vacay pad where she and her sisters, including Bella, were staying was destroyed by burglars who made off with nearly all their valuables. Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Gigi and co. got home one-night last week and found the crib ransacked. We're told everyone's stuff was scattered throughout. Well, not the expensive stuff ... since items like jewelry, clothing, purses and sunglasses were all jacked. We're told they called police, but felt the authorities didn't make it a priority. The girls suspect an inside job, because house staff had access to the house. The scary incident prompted the group to hightail it outta the island and cut the trip short. We're told they chartered a private plane and headed back home. They had been in Greece celebrating their big sister Alana's bday. Gigi was definitely pissed, saying ... "Don't let insta fool u. Got robbed. Never going back lol." Not exactly a ringing endorsement for the Greek tourism board. We got the models' dad Mohamed Hadid, Friday at Il Pastaio in Bev Hills. As you can imagine, he's just happy his girls are safe. (TMZ)

Wayne Newton's monkey ain't your average Curious George ... cause the teenage girl who says the animal bit her says the injury required medical attention. TMZ's obtained a pic of the injury allegedly caused by Wayne's Capuchin monkey, Boo. The girl's mother is suing Newton claiming Boo bit her daughter's right wrist 2 years ago while visiting Newton's former estate, Casa de Shenandoah ... a tourist attraction and museum in Las Vegas. Their attorney, Marc Naron of D.R. Patti & Associates, says the bite broke the girl's skin ... causing it to swell -- and she had to go to a hospital where she got a tetanus shot. The pic, btw, was taken the day after the alleged incident. We're told the alleged victim, who was 15 at the time, underwent follow-up treatments and was left with a gnarly scar that may be permanent. She claims she underwent counseling because of her fear of animals. In the lawsuit, the family says Boo was not caged nor on a leash when they visited back in October 2017. Wayne and his wife, Kathleen McCrone Newton, tell us they haven't seen the lawsuit. They add ... their company stopped operating Casa de Shenandoah in July 2017, "due to Wayne's almost dying from a spider bite" -- so they have "no idea what happened in October 2017." (TMZ)

At DC, he would co-create two of the company's 1980s fantasy mainstays, Arak, Son of Thunder (with Roy Thomas) and Amethyst, Princess of Gemworld (with Gary Cohn and Dan Mishkin), as well as work as an editor for three years on titles including Wonder Woman, The Flash and Green Lantern. Moving to Marvel in the mid-'80s, Colon was a mainstay of the publisher's short-lived Star Comics imprint aimed at younger readers, and he also worked on the superhero comedy property Damage Control and the sci-fi series Doom 2099 and wrote, drew and did lettering on the fantasy graphic novel Ax. In the latter years of his career, Colon kept busy with a variety of projects, including the weekly strip SpyCat for the Weekly World News, comic books based on Monsters in my Pocket, and a number of nonfiction projects with writer-editor Sid Jacobson, including adaptations of the 9/11 Commission's report, the Warren Commission's report into the assassination of John F. Kennedy and biographies of Anne Frank and Che Guevara. (Hollywood Reporter)
