Congratulations to the happy couple! (Eonline)

Liam Hemsworth Would 'Lash Out' at Miley Cyrus, Who Wasn't Happy with His Partying: Sources. After nearly eight months of marriage, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth revealed on Saturday they were separating. Miley Cyrus' public image may be that of a wild child, but sources say the singer fought with Liam Hemsworth privately about his own partying ways. "Everyone always thinks Miley is problematic and immature and a hardcore partier while he's this chill surfer dude, but that's actually [not accurate]," a friend of the couple tells PEOPLE exclusively. "Liam parties with his friends, and Miley thinks he should've grown out of that by now." Another Cyrus source, who agrees Hemsworth's personality is much more complicated than the "super easygoing" public image that's presented, says the actor can get "moody." "She's been supportive of him when things get dark, but it's tough," says the Cyrus source. "That's something that has weighed on Miley and their relationship. He can also lash out at her, and he hates the attention their ups and downs bring." Multiple sources also agree that Cyrus' public displays of affection with pal Kaitlynn Carter are partly because the singer is hurting from her breakup. "She's genuinely trying to have fun and put on a good face," says the source. "Yes, she's trying to push Liam's buttons whether she'll admit it or not, but she's hurt." On Monday, another insider told PEOPLE Cyrus, 26, "really fought to make" her marriage work. "She wanted to go to therapy," said the insider. "She just wants to be in a healthy and focused place." Meanwhile, a friend of Cyrus says the couple struggled over the singer's unconventional view of marriage. "He loves that she has her own career and focus, but he also wants a wife who cooks and would stay home with the kids," says the friend. Cyrus met Hemsworth, 29, in 2009 on the set of The Last Song, and had a rocky, on-again, off-again relationship for years before he proposed in 2012. The two ended their engagement and broke up a year later, before reconciling in 2015. Then in December 2018, they wed during an intimate ceremony at their home in Franklin, Tennessee, following the loss of their Malibu home in the Woolsey fire. "Miley took [the fire] a lot harder than Liam did, and he is the one who helped her get through it and realize everything would be okay," said the Cyrus source. "She even said it all the time herself, that he was her 'survival partner.' She took their commitment to marriage seriously and was so excited about being married once she realized it's what she wanted." Cyrus, who came out as pansexual in 2015, recently admitted to Vanity Fair that marriage was "kind of out of character for me." She recently vacationed with her sister Brandi and Carter, the newly single Hills reality star, whom Miley was spotted kissing in Italy. Multiple sources previously confirmed Cyrus and Carter, 30, are just having fun together. Meanwhile, the actor has been photographed out and about in his native Australia with brother Chris Hemsworth. "Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what's best while they both focus on themselves and careers," Cyrus' rep said in a statement about the estranged couple, who took off their rings earlier this summer. Miley Cyrus Isn't Rushing to File for Divorce from Liam Hemsworth: Sources. Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth announced they were separating on Saturday after tying the knot in December. Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have been separated for months, but the singer isn't planning to file for divorce any time soon, multiple sources confirm exclusively to PEOPLE. "They are having a break right now because they needed it. It was a bad situation with a lot of disagreements," says one source close to Cyrus, who wed Hemsworth in December. "They both agreed it's better to spend time apart, but this doesn't mean their relationship is completely over." Noting that the on-again, off-again couple have previously "been in similar situations" and "found their way back together again," the source says the stars haven't completely ruled out a reconciliation down the line. "They are great together when they are happy," says the source. "There is absolutely hope that they will get back together again." On Saturday, a rep for Cyrus -- who was photographed kissing her longtime friend (and Brody Jenner's ex) Kaitlynn Carter in Italy on the same day -- confirmed to PEOPLE exclusively the couple were separated. "Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what's best while they both focus on themselves and careers," read the statement. "They still remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart. Please respect their process and privacy." Hemsworth, 29, officially broke his silence on the split Monday night on Instagram, confirming that he and Cyrus, 26, "recently separated." "I wish her nothing but health and happiness going forward," he said, adding that their breakup is a "private matter." His message came one day after Cyrus seemingly alluded to their separation with a post about embracing change. "Don't fight evolution, because you will never win. Like the mountain I am standing on top of, which was once under water, connected with Africa, change is inevitable," she captioned two photos of herself with the picturesque mountain ranges of northeastern Italy in the background. "The Dolomites were not created overnight, it was over millions of years that this magnificent beauty was formed. My dad always told me 'Nature never hurries but it is always on time'... it fills my heart with peace and hope KNOWING that is true. I was taught to respect the planet and its process and I am committed to doing the same with my own," she concluded. (People)

Sharon Osbourne Says Ozzy 'Cried' After Learning of Son's Divorce: 'It's Been Bad for Jack'. "When this happens in families, which it happens all the time, they have to have the stability somewhere," Sharon Osbourne tells PEOPLE about her own home. The Osbournes are coping with Jack's divorce as a family. Sharon Osbourne opens up to PEOPLE for this week's issue about being a grandmother to Jack's three daughters -- Minnie Theodora, 18 months, Andy Rose, 4, and Pearl Clementine, 7 -- and how "Nana's and Papa's" home will always be the place where "nothing's going to change." "When this happens in families and it happens all the time they have to have the stability somewhere," she tells PEOPLE. "Nana and Papa are still in the same house. Nothing's going to change. You know what you're going to get when you come here." Jack, 33, and Lisa Stelly finalized their divorce in March after Stelly, 32, filed in May of last year. And Sharon, 66, says that both parents have done their best to ensure "all of that nastiness is kept away from the children." "Life goes so fast; it's already been a year," says The Talk host. "Jack and Lisa are at a good place with each other and it's working out and it's civil, no nastiness." At the time of the divorce filing, Jack shared an Instagram post on behalf of the pair, explaining that while the news of their separation "has probably come as a bit of a shock to everyone," the former couple tried for years to make their marriage work. "What's best for our family right now is that we separate lovingly, and remain best friends who are committed to raising our children together," he wrote then. "We are disappointed but feel confident that we will continue to grow our relationship as co-parents and best friends." While Stelly and Jack are on good terms now, the former X Factor host explains that the divorce has taken a toll on her son. "It's been bad for Jack," Sharon tells PEOPLE. "The divorce has been really tough on him emotionally." Throughout the process, though, Jack has had his father Ozzy Osbourne to lean on -- despite the 70-year-old former Black Sabbath frontman's health difficulties in the past months. "With a guy, there's only so much that I can say [and] that I can do. It's really his dad that he talks to about that because Ozzy's been divorced," Sharon says, referring to her husband's split from Thelma Riley in 1982 after more than a decade of marriage. "When Jack said that he was getting divorced, Ozzy cried. He said, 'I'm crying for you because I know how painful it's going to be, because I've been through it and I don't want you to experience that pain,' " she adds. Through it all, though, the grandmother of three says Jack's girls are "really blessed" to have Nana and Papa -- and she hopes to have more grandkids! "I keep saying it and saying it: It is one of the joys of growing old because it is a different kind of love," she raves. "And it's very special, really special. I can't wait for my girls to have babies. Like, hurry up! Do it!" (People)

Another house call! Tyler Cameron was spotted a Gigi Hadid's apartment a third time on Monday, August 12, suggesting their romance is still going strong. Cameron, 26, and Hadid, 24, were photographed exiting her New York City apartment building separately on Monday night. The Bachelorette season 15 alum was the first to leave, dressed in a T-shirt and shorts. About 45 minutes later, the model followed suit, clad in a crop-top shirt and high-waisted pants. The duo have met up multiple times this month. On August 4, they were seen "laughing and having a great time with each other" at Brooklyn's Dumbo House hotspot before taking an SUV back to her home in Manhattan's NoHo neighborhood. The following day, they reunited for a night of spares and strikes with some of her friends at Frames Bowling Lounge. "Tyler and Gigi were laughing together and she would touch his arm while she was laughing," an insider told Us Weekly at the time. "Tyler and Gigi looked flirty the entire night and they were clearly focused on one another." And on August 6, he was spotted "looking happy" as he left her building. A source later told Us that Cameron is "full-on living in the city." The dates come just weeks after the Bachelorette season 15 finale, in which Hannah Brown broke up with winner Jed Wyatt -- after learning more about the singer's relationship with his ex -- and then asked Cameron, the runner-up of the season, out for a date. The underwear model met Brown for a drink in Los Angeles on August 1 and "spent the night" at her house, a source told Us. In the Wednesday, August 7, episode of the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast, Brown revealed that she had "beef" with Cameron openly dating Hadid. "We are not dating dating, at all, we hung out, but we also had conversations of both like knowing that there's still something there," the 24-year-old said. "And when you are in the public eye, you do just have to be respectful of each other. Yeah, I wish I would've got a little bit more than two days. But, you know, it is OK." Now, the Miss Alabama USA 2018 has a "Thank U, Next" attitude about the situation. "He has every right to do whatever he wants because we were just, you know, hanging out, seeing where it goes," she said on the podcast. "And I am completely fine with that. It was a little confusing but, um, he can do whatever he wants to and I know that I can too. And I am going to continue going onward and upward and I just think that I've made it very clear." Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton Have Red Carpet Date Night at Bennett's War Premiere. The couple is back to work together on The Voice, where they first started dating four years ago. It's date night for Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton! The musical couple smiled big on the red carpet Tuesday night at the premiere of Bennett's War in Burbank, California. Stefani, 49, and Shelton, 43, posed affectionately in photos, and they weren't afraid to show a little PDA. The "Hollaback Girl" singer wore fishnet tights layered with black fringed denim shorts, a black and white cutout top, an army green jacket and black tall boots. Her country boyfriend dressed casually in jeans and a black collared shirt. In one photo, Stefani lovingly looks up at Shelton, her boyfriend of nearly four years. The couple also took photos with country singer Trace Adkins and Canadian actress Victoria Pratt, both who star in Bennett's War, which opens Aug 30. Stefani posted about her night out with Shelton on her Instagram story, sharing videos of the two in the car on the way to the premiere. One Twitter user captured the sweet moment when Shelton's hand was resting on Stefani's knee as they drove together. The couple is back to work together on The Voice set as the mother of three makes her return as a coach following the departure of Adam Levine, who announced his exit in May after 16 seasons. "They're coming up on their four-year anniversary, but Blake and Gwen still act like lovebirds," a source recently told PEOPLE of the pair, who began dating in fall 2015 while both starring on the NBC series. "They're really happier than ever, and being back where they first fell in love has been fun for them," the source says. "They can't believe how quickly time has flown by, and their relationship is very solid. Blake worships her, and Gwen feels very secure with him." (People)

Julianne Hough Doesn't Actually Like When Brooks Laich Sucks on Her Toes: 'Let Me Clear That Up'. Brooks Laich made the claim on a recent episode of his podcast. For the record, Julianne Hough is not a fan of getting her toes sucked. Speaking to PEOPLE in Los Angeles on Tuesday at the live taping of America's Got Talent, the judge took a moment to clarify something her husband Brooks Laich claimed on an episode of his iHeartRadio podcast, How Men Think, earlier this month. "We're both so open. We never ask each other for permission because that means somebody has power over one another," said Hough, 31, of whether Laich, 36, runs things by her before discussing them on the podcast. "We just make sure we know we respect each other. Whatever topic he brings up, it's great." "There was definitely something he misquoted on one of his podcast episodes, though," she added. "I was like, 'Let me clear that up.' He likes to suck on my toes, I don't like it!" On his podcast, Laich claimed that Hough "really enjoys" the move. "True story," he said. "Hey, we play around. Why not?" But he did clarify that she doesn't do it back. "No, I would never, [have her do that to me]," said the pro ice hockey player. "My toes are in skates and workout shoes. I can shower and soap them up, but I would never." The two, who began the IVF process last summer, have become increasingly open about their sex life. In her cover interview for Women's Health's September issue, Hough said her deeply intimate relationship with Laich allowed her to be open with him about her sexuality. "I [told him], 'You know I'm not straight, right?' And he was like, 'I'm sorry what?'" she recalled. "I was like, 'I'm not. But I choose to be with you.'" "I think there's a safety with my husband now that I'm unpacking all of this," she continued, "and there's no fear of voicing things that I've been afraid to admit or that I've had shame or guilt about because of what I've been told or how I was raised." (She grew up Mormon.) After the interview was published, Laich gushed that he was "so proud" of Hough and "her courage to share her journey of trials and triumphs." Speaking to PEOPLE on Tuesday, Hough said working through their relationship in the spotlight has strengthened their bond. "Every relationship has their ebbs and flows, their ups and downs, amazing high vibration moments and sometimes you have your dips," she said. "We just know that we're in it and we'll go through it." Aaron Carter Granted Restraining Order Against Ex Lina Valentina Over Alleged Stabbing Threats. Aaron Carter is taking legal action against ex-girlfriend Lina Valentina. The Los Angeles Superior Court confirms to E! News that Aaron Carter was granted a partial restraining order against Valentina on Monday, Aug. 12. According to court documents obtained by E! News, Carter alleged that his now-ex "physically assaulted" him on "several" occasions. "She has threatened to stab me several times and she carries a knife with her," Carter claims in the filing. The documents also confirm that Valentina was "ordered to stay 100 yards away" from Aaron, but his request to have her ordered to leave his home was denied since he admitted Lina does not actually reside there. Meanwhile, Aaron's attorney Jan Michael Morris tells E! News that despite the scheduled court date, Aaron is "not pursuing the restraining order at this time." "Aaron wants to move on with his life and has resolved his issues with Lina. He wishes Lina the best," the attorney explained. "He's focusing on his career, his music and his fans." It's been a little over a week since the former pop star revealed that he and the Russian model parted ways. In a statement to E! News, Carter explained, "I was really hoping this would be the one that lasted forever. We had even talked about having kids, but we couldn't seem to get past our differences and the relationship eventually turned unhealthy." He added, "I don't have any regrets being with Lina, and I definitely learned a lot about myself. I think this decision was the mature thing to do." Several months ago, the singer hinted that he and Valentina were planning on taking some major steps in their relationship, including welcoming a child. "I'm in such an amazing place mentally, physically & emotionally. I finally bought my first home and I'm going to be proposing soon to my gf and we might just be expecting," he tweeted. However, just a month later he stated that Lina was not pregnant, contrary to his prior comments. "A few weeks ago, I posted something on social media about hoping to have a child soon and it seems that started some rumors," Aaron explained to E! News exclusively. "I am looking forward to becoming a dad, but am not expecting a child right now." Despite the split and recent drama, Aaron is staying hopeful. On Twitter, he told his followers that he has learned a lot from the breakup. He shared, "It's ok to be single. No need to rush into anything. Take your time getting to know people, that's what I've learned." (Eonline)

A$AP Rocky did not beat the rap in Sweden, because the judges in his assault case have found him guilty ... but he will NOT have to go to prison. The 4 judges in the case issued their written ruling Wednesday ... with the conclusion A$AP was guilty of assaulting a man during a street fight in Stockholm. The judges said Rocky, and his 2 friends who were also standing trial, "were not in a situation where they were entitled to self-defense." The case hinged on whether A$AP threw a bottle at the victim during the all-out brawl in late June. Prosecutors argued Rocky hurled the bottle and badly cut the guy, but they couldn't produce a single witness who saw a bottle fly during the melee. Rocky conceded he was holding a bottle for protection, but put it down and it never made contact with the guy. The judges said prosecutors did not prove the bottle was used to hit the victim. As a result, the judges said the crime did not warrant any further time served, and added Rocky will NOT have to do community service. A$AP and the co-defendants will, however, have to pay restitution to the victim, and also cover Sweden's court expenses. The judges did not announce how much that will be. As we reported, the alleged victim was the initial aggressor, harassing Rocky and his crew despite pleas from the rapper to leave them alone. The guy also attacked Rocky's bodyguard before A$AP took care of business. A$AP was jailed for a month, and 3/4 of that time spent behind bars was before he was even charged. A$AP never claimed his arrest was racially motivated ... but his mom and G-Eazy had a different view. The case became an international incident -- claims of racism and inhumane conditions in the jail. President Trump intervened ... but that didn't sit well with the Swedish Prime Minister who told him to butt out. After a month in jail and a 3-day trial, the judges allowed Rocky to fly home to the states while they decided his fate. Prosecutors wanted Rocky to remain in jail pending the verdict, because they said he was a flight risk. A$AP blew out of Sweden on a private jet, and was gleeful when he touched down at LAX. As we reported ... Rocky performed last weekend at the Honda Center in Anaheim, CA for the first time since his arrest and told his fans, "Hopefully I'm not guilty and hopefully we ain't gotta go back to jail or nothing like that." Rocky seemed to indicate he would have returned to Sweden to do the time if found guilty -- however, that won't be an issue. (TMZ)

Rapper Roddy Ricch allegedly grabbed his girlfriend during a heated argument at his home, and now he's facing possible felony domestic violence charges. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the Compton MC got into a verbal spat with his girlfriend early Sunday morning at his Los Angeles pad. We're told the dispute eventually turned physical, and sources say Roddy put his hands on the woman during their argument. Roddy was arrested and booked for felony domestic violence. We're told the alleged victim did not need medical attention. The 20-year-old rapper was released on $50,000 bond. Roddy Ricch has made a name for himself in the West Coast rap scene ... his music videos are getting millions of views on YouTube, and he was featured on Nipsey Hussle's hit track, "Racks In The Middle." Roddy's also working on a collab with Drake. We reached out to Roddy Ricch's team for a comment ... so far, no word back. (TMZ)

Bam Margera is behind bars after getting into it with patrons in the bar of a Hollywood hotel, and the video of his arrest is bizarre and, frankly, kinda sad ... when you consider he's supposed to be in rehab right now. Bam was booked at 2:30 AM Wednesday by LAPD. Cops tell us they were called to the Luxe Hotel on Sunset after a hotel staffer placed him under citizen's arrest. Bam refused to leave the premises after talking trash to hotel patrons. TMZ obtained the video of Bam plopped down in the middle of the lobby in a standoff with the first officer on the scene. She tried to convince him to get up and go peacefully -- warning that she had a lot of backup on the way -- but Bam remained seated. The officer told Bam, "This is not a f**king reality TV show. I know you're fresh out of rehab, so let's get your s**t together." Bam had been spinning a weird story with a couple of customers in the bar -- that he'd been hired by one of their wives to catch him cheating ... and he stuck to that even once cops arrived. He was eventually arrested for trespassing and is currently being held on $1,000 bail. The bust comes on the heels of Bam telling Dr. Phil he would go to rehab. TMZ broke the story ... Bam agreed to get treatment last week after an intense session with Dr. Phil, where Bam's wife, Nikki, and his mother confronted him about his substance abuse. We're told Bam did check into a treatment facility, but bailed within days. On Tuesday, he posted a video of himself getting Dr. Phil's name tatted on his neck, and thanked him for trying to get him help. Bam is still behind bars right now and his bail has been set at $1,000. (TMZ)

R. Kelly wants to change up his legal team ... by bringing on one of the most powerful, successful criminal defense lawyers in the country ... Tom Mesereau. Sources familiar with the case tell TMZ ... Mesereau is in Chicago right now, meeting with Kelly, who is charged with various sex crimes in 4 different jurisdictions -- Illinois State, Illinois Federal, New York Federal and Minnesota State. In case you don't know ... Mesereau has worked miracles in the courtroom. He got Michael Jackson acquitted of child molestation in 2005, and got Robert Blake acquitted of murdering his wife, also back in 2005. We're told Mesereau has not officially signed on, but that's the plan. If he does, he will be the lead attorney and possibly the sole attorney representing Kelly. The big question ... how's Kelly paying his legal and other bills? As you know, he's struggled to pay child support and was even jailed for a time before someone footed the bill. Kelly is currently behind bars without bail ... awaiting trial on several dozen sex abuse charges. (TMZ)
