Here's what we know about nanny #3 from our Royal sourced she's black, from Great Britain and was hired through an agency. As you may know, both Meghan and Harry have been advocates for race and gender equality ... so this choice makes sense. This is the first time we've seen one of Archie's nannies in public -- so, truth is, one or both of the first 2 might have also been black. In any event, this is new territory for the Royal Family. Prince William and Kate Middleton's nannies have been white. Our sources say the unidentified woman was hired about 2 months ago after Meghan and Harry went through 2 other nannies in their son's first 6 weeks. One of them was a night nurse. We're told so far, so good ... Duke and Duchess have been happy with nanny #3. Julia Louis-Dreyfus Will Probably Cry If Veep Wins At the Emmys Again. The series finale of Veep may have come and gone, but the journey for the cast isn't over yet. The show is nominated for nine Emmys this year, including outstanding comedy series, outstanding writing in a comedy series, outstanding lead actress for Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and outstanding supporting acting noms for Anna Chlumsky and Tony Hale. Louis-Dreyfus has won the Emmy for her role as Selina Meyer six times before, and we've come to expect something a little bit hilarious to go along with a JLD acceptance speech, like when she had Tony Hale go up as her long-suffering assistant Gary. This year, however, we might just get tears. "I'm not planning it. If I do anything it usually comes to me at the last second, and I may just start crying to be honest with you," she told us at a Deadline event celebrating the show on Tuesday. "Even as I say that, I'm feeling tearing up. It feels like such a tonnage of goodness, I think I'm gonna be undone if that happens." She also spoke about a picture she recently posted on Instagram of her and Hale "only minutes" after finishing the last scene of the series, and that also featured a lot of crying. "I had been bawling my eyes out, so you can see in my face, I'm sort of swollen," she says. "But there's something about that picture that makes me really happy to look at it, because... it speaks volumes, but within it there's a lot of emotion and satisfaction and exhaustion and joy all at once. Savage and Big Bank joined in on the good times on the lazy river too. Other celebs who got wet and wild at the park included Tommie Lee from 'L&HH' and reality star Shekinah Anderson. Selma Blair is getting back at her son after he ruined her monumental dive into a swimming pool. On Wednesday, Blair -- who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) last year and now using a cane to walk -- shared a photo of herself preparing to descend into the water. It was a big moment for the star as she has struggled with her mobility. However, just as she planned to achieve the feat her 8-year-old son Arthur Saint pushed her off the edge. "I sometimes doubt my child's ethics. Preparing to dive. A very big deal for me. Instead, I felt a tiny hand on swimsuit and lost any coordination," Blair, 47, captioned the post, which shows her going from perfect form to flailing into a belly flop. "#Terror #PunkKid #PayBack is coming. Any ideas?" the Cruel Intentions star asked her fans. Hours later, Blair revealed her revenge. As payback, the star shared a photo of herself diving naked into the pool. "Victory. I don't give up. #BottomsUp ?? My boy is a #CrackUp @KidsArthurSaint." "You win," producer Jamie Sullivan wrote in response to Blair's post. Aside from embarrassing each other, the mother-and-son duo has gone through a lot together this past year. Since her diagnosis, Blair experiences daily ups and downs living with the chronic neurological disease, never knowing what to expect from her mind and body when she wakes up every morning. Blair exclusively told PEOPLE she is honest with Arthur (his father is fashion designer Jason Bleick, whom Blair dated from 2010-2012) about her new challenges and is constantly impressed by his resilience. "He's had to endure a lot; he's seen a lot," Blair said, including watching her fall downstairs or rush to a bathroom if she's feeling sick. But Arthur doesn't view his mom's weaknesses negatively, she said. "He says, 'Mommy's not sick. Mommy's brave.'" The actress said she was recently surprised to learn that Arthur enjoys having her visit his school. "He said, 'I love when you come to school because you make the kids laugh and you answer all their questions,'" she recalled. Blair said she doesn't shy away from explaining to the kids about why she "walks and talks funny." "I explain what's happening and that my voice doesn't hurt, and we have really decent exchanges," she said. "I had no idea Arthur was proud of that. The video featured Jenner opening up a gift box from Lowell Herb Co, a California-based cannabis farm which Cyrus is an investor in, before showing off a weed bouquet and birthday card from the women. "WEED like to wish you a Happy Birthday! Love you! Miley + Kaitlynn," the card read. "Miley and Kaitlynn, you really stepped it up with this one. You know my favorite company of all time," he said. On Wednesday, The Hills: New Beginnings' star, 23, was spotted out in Beverly Hills with actress Kathryn Newton, who is best known for her role as Abigail Carlson on Big Little Lies. The pair enjoyed a romantic dinner at Wolfgang Puck's restaurant, Spago, with a source at the eatery telling PEOPLE that they were "having a great time and laughing with each other." The source also adds that Brandon and Kathryn, 22, even shared some of Spago's classic dishes, including the tuna cones and the truffle pizza, during their meal. Rumors of a romance between the Oscar winner and Vave swirled over the weekend after the couple were snapped in LA holding hands while leaving a nightclub. Sources told Page Six the next day that Foxx and his girlfriend of six years, Katie Holmes, had split, with an insider telling us that Holmes had said, "What Jamie does is his business." Now we're told that Foxx has moved Vave into his Thousand Oaks, Calif., mansion. But after we reached out to his reps for comment, Foxx posted a video on Instagram Stories (now also on Vave's main feed) addressing their living arrangement. Maddox Is a College Student! See Angelina Jolie Drop Son Off at South Korean University. Maddox is set to study biochemistry at the South Korean school. Maddox is officially a college student! The 18-year-old is seen arriving at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea with mom Angelina Jolie by his side in new photos. A second shows Maddox and Jolie touring the university with school officials. A source previously told PEOPLE the oldest of the Jolie-Pitt children will be studying biochemistry at the institution. "He got accepted to other universities but choose Yonsei," the source said. "He has been studying Korean language. He has lessons multiple times a week to prepare." The source added that while he'll be far away from their American home base, his new school is close to the family's Cambodian home. "He's very close to his siblings and they all hope to visit," the insider said of Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 13, and 11-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne. Yonsei University is a private research institution located in Seoul that was first established in 1885, with its current iteration opening its doors in 1957. The university is part of South Korea's three elite SKY universities and is regarded as one of the best in the country. The school has 19,087 undergraduate students seeking degrees, with 7,938 master students and 3,291 doctoral students rounding out its graduate school program. The department of biochemistry, meanwhile, boasts plenty of topics for Maddox to dig into during his studies. Proteins, chemical activations, neoplasms, cells and genes are just some of the research topics the department specializes in. Jolie previously opened up to PEOPLE about Maddox's college plans, saying that she was "nothing but proud." "I look forward to all he will do," the actress said. Maddox's choice to attend a South Korean school comes after he was spotted visiting universities there with Jolie back in Nov. 2018. Multiple island sources tell us the Obamas are in escrow for the estate owned by Boston Celtics owner, Wyc Grousbeck. The former Prez and First Lady have been renting the house this summer and loved it so much, we've learned they made an offer. The property is listed at $14,850,000. Our sources say they're paying less, but we don't know how much. The estate -- incredible. It's 29 beachfront acres. The main residence is just shy of 6,900 square feet. It has 7 bedrooms, so Sasha and Malia have a place to crash, along with several of their friends. It has the obligatory pool, an outdoor fireplace, a chef's kitchen, vaulted ceilings and 2 guest wings. It has incredible views, especially while soaking in the second-floor balcony Jacuzzi. The beachfront is private ... and comes with a boathouse. Downside -- only a 2-car garage!!! Sorry kids. The estate is listed by the realtors who dominate the area -- Tom LeClair and Gerret Conover. They did not return our calls. The estate is currently in escrow and it's not a done deal just yet. On Wednesday, Blair -- who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) last year and now using a cane to walk -- shared a photo of herself preparing to descend into the water. It was a big moment for the star as she has struggled with her mobility. However, just as she planned to achieve the feat her 8-year-old son Arthur Saint pushed her off the edge. "I sometimes doubt my child's ethics. Preparing to dive. A very big deal for me. Instead, I felt a tiny hand on swimsuit and lost any coordination," Blair, 47, captioned the post, which shows her going from perfect form to flailing into a belly flop. "#Terror #PunkKid #PayBack is coming. Any ideas?" the Cruel Intentions star asked her fans. Hours later, Blair revealed her revenge. As payback, the star shared a photo of herself diving naked into the pool. "Victory. I don't give up. #BottomsUp ?? My boy is a #CrackUp @KidsArthurSaint." "You win," producer Jamie Sullivan wrote in response to Blair's post. Aside from embarrassing each other, the mother-and-son duo has gone through a lot together this past year. Since her diagnosis, Blair experiences daily ups and downs living with the chronic neurological disease, never knowing what to expect from her mind and body when she wakes up every morning. Blair exclusively told PEOPLE she is honest with Arthur (his father is fashion designer Jason Bleick, whom Blair dated from 2010-2012) about her new challenges and is constantly impressed by his resilience. "He's had to endure a lot; he's seen a lot," Blair said, including watching her fall downstairs or rush to a bathroom if she's feeling sick. But Arthur doesn't view his mom's weaknesses negatively, she said. "He says, 'Mommy's not sick. Mommy's brave.'" The actress said she was recently surprised to learn that Arthur enjoys having her visit his school. "He said, 'I love when you come to school because you make the kids laugh and you answer all their questions,'" she recalled. Blair said she doesn't shy away from explaining to the kids about why she "walks and talks funny." "I explain what's happening and that my voice doesn't hurt, and we have really decent exchanges," she said. "I had no idea Arthur was proud of that. The video featured Jenner opening up a gift box from Lowell Herb Co, a California-based cannabis farm which Cyrus is an investor in, before showing off a weed bouquet and birthday card from the women. "WEED like to wish you a Happy Birthday! Love you! Miley + Kaitlynn," the card read. "Miley and Kaitlynn, you really stepped it up with this one. You know my favorite company of all time," he said. "We got the birthday card attached to the weed bouquet! Look at this!" He continued, "I have never seen one of these in my entire life. Oh my God. That's the kush too. Happy birthday to me." Us Weekly confirmed on August 2 that the MTV personality and blogger had split a year after their wedding ceremony in Indonesia. Despite the nuptials, the couple never obtained a marriage license in the U.S. and weren't officially married. "Brody Jenner and Kaitlynn Carter have decided to amicably separate," rep Scott Newman told Us in a statement at the time. On Wednesday, The Hills: New Beginnings' star, 23, was spotted out in Beverly Hills with actress Kathryn Newton, who is best known for her role as Abigail Carlson on Big Little Lies. The pair enjoyed a romantic dinner at Wolfgang Puck's restaurant, Spago, with a source at the eatery telling PEOPLE that they were "having a great time and laughing with each other." The source also adds that Brandon and Kathryn, 22, even shared some of Spago's classic dishes, including the tuna cones and the truffle pizza, during their meal. For their date night, Brandon, who is the son of Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee, opted for army green cargo pants, black converse sneakers, an oversized black graphic t-shirt, and a camouflage hat with "FBI" printed on it. Singer Sela Vave moves in with Jamie Foxx. Jamie Foxx's new young gal pal Sela Vave has moved in with him, multiple sources tell Page Six. But Foxx insists it's all business. Rumors of a romance between the Oscar winner and Vave swirled over the weekend after the couple were snapped in LA holding hands while leaving a nightclub. Sources told Page Six the next day that Foxx and his girlfriend of six years, Katie Holmes, had split, with an insider telling us that Holmes had said, "What Jamie does is his business." Now we're told that Foxx has moved Vave into his Thousand Oaks, Calif., mansion. But after we reached out to his reps for comment, Foxx posted a video on Instagram Stories (now also on Vave's main feed) addressing their living arrangement. Foxx seemed to confirm that she was in residence, but insisted he is just helping to launch her music career. "When I met Ed Sheeran, I didn't know him from Adam," Foxx said. "He slept on my couch for six weeks. Nick Cannon was 13 years old, he used to sleep at my old house ... everybody come to my crib." Foxx says of Vave, "I did the same thing with her ... Maddox Is a College Student! See Angelina Jolie Drop Son Off at South Korean University. Maddox is set to study biochemistry at the South Korean school. Maddox is officially a college student! The 18-year-old is seen arriving at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea with mom Angelina Jolie by his side in new photos. A second shows Maddox and Jolie touring the university with school officials. A source previously told PEOPLE the oldest of the Jolie-Pitt children will be studying biochemistry at the institution. "He got accepted to other universities but choose Yonsei," the source said. "He has been studying Korean language. He has lessons multiple times a week to prepare." The source added that while he'll be far away from their American home base, his new school is close to the family's Cambodian home. "He's very close to his siblings and they all hope to visit," the insider said of Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 13, and 11-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne. Yonsei University is a private research institution located in Seoul that was first established in 1885, with its current iteration opening its doors in 1957. The university is part of South Korea's three elite SKY universities and is regarded as one of the best in the country. The school has 19,087 undergraduate students seeking degrees, with 7,938 master students and 3,291 doctoral students rounding out its graduate school program. The department of biochemistry, meanwhile, boasts plenty of topics for Maddox to dig into during his studies. Proteins, chemical activations, neoplasms, cells and genes are just some of the research topics the department specializes in. Jolie previously opened up to PEOPLE about Maddox's college plans, saying that she was "nothing but proud." "I look forward to all he will do," the actress said. Maddox's choice to attend a South Korean school comes after he was spotted visiting universities there with Jolie back in Nov. 2018. Multiple island sources tell us the Obamas are in escrow for the estate owned by Boston Celtics owner, Wyc Grousbeck. The former Prez and First Lady have been renting the house this summer and loved it so much, we've learned they made an offer. The property is listed at $14,850,000. Our sources say they're paying less, but we don't know how much. The estate -- incredible. It's 29 beachfront acres. The main residence is just shy of 6,900 square feet. It has 7 bedrooms, so Sasha and Malia have a place to crash, along with several of their friends. It has the obligatory pool, an outdoor fireplace, a chef's kitchen, vaulted ceilings and 2 guest wings. It has incredible views, especially while soaking in the second-floor balcony Jacuzzi. The man who was punched in the face by Conor McGregor at a pub in Ireland is breaking his silence ... and he's BRAGGING that he can take a punch!!! The victim spoke with the Irish Daily Star on the condition of anonymity -- and explained why he thinks Conor socked him with a left during an incident caught on video back in April. "I am sitting on the bar stool just having a quiet pint with my friend then all of a sudden because I refuse his drink I get a punch," the man said ... "You don't need that in life." TMZ Sports broke the story ... Conor had been pouring shots of his Proper 12 whiskey to people at the Marble Arch Pub in South Dublin when one man refused ... and Conor let his fist fly. The man took the punch like a champ -- with UFC star Stipe Miocic praising the dude's "chin of steel" -- and now the guy is bragging about his toughness too. "Look-it, I can take a punch," he told the Irish Daily Star. Despite the way it played out on video, the man claims the punch really hurt and he was in pain for a week ... and went after Conor during his interview. "He is a bit of a bully, a bully with money ... I'm glad people saw the video. I don't like him." The man still has one major beef -- but it seems to be with the media. It was reported the guy was 60-years-old ... but the man wants to set the record straight. "I'm 50."
