Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk may have parted ways, but they have come together as parents in a big way ... agreeing to live in the same town and share custody ... TMZ has learned. Sources connected to the former couple tell us, they have agreed to joint legal and physical custody of 2-year-old Lea De Seine. We're told it's a 50/50 split, although with work schedules it varies from month to month. And, what's more ... our sources say they do NOT have a formal, written custody agreement. They're so in sync with co-parenting, they don't feel the need to memorialize it. We're also told they agreed to live in the same city ... New York City. They had a home in L.A. and also one in New York that they bought last October. It's unclear if Bradley will still be spending much time in L.A. Bradley and Irina started dating in 2015 and split last month. (TMZ)

Leaving the drama behind. Brian Austin Green and Vanessa Marcil's son, Kassius Marcil-Green, paid a visit to his father on the set of BH90210 after the former couple endured a messy custody battle following their split. The 17-year-old shared several posts from his time visiting the upcoming FOX series' set via his Instagram Stories on Tuesday, July 16. "First day on the set of the 90210 'reboot' and I'm confused in an amazing way," he shared, captioning a selfie that showed him covering his mouth in shock. The teenager then noted how "everyone is cool as s -- tho" and posted a snap of him "observing" the shoot. He also shared a video from the star-studded production, where he could be seen walking as he updated his followers on his whereabouts. "I'm visiting my dad in Vancouver on the set of 90210. We're going to be staying here for a bit. I'm here for a week. I think we're, like, staying somewhere near downtown," he said. "So if for any reason any of y'all who are out here or live here happen to see me, please say something. I would love to meet y'all. So please, if you happen to see me, don't get scared and not say anything. Please. I want to meet y'all if I can." Green, 46, and Marcil, 50, struck up a romantic relationship in the late 1990s after meeting as costars on Beverly Hills, 90210. While the former pair were engaged to be married in 2001, they eventually parted ways in 2003. They welcomed Kassius in March 2002. Green wed actress Megan Fox in 2010. They share three sons: Noah, 6, Bodhi, 5, and Journey, 2. Marcil would later address the former couple's custody battle in an extensive Instagram post in November 2018, where she slammed her former fiance and Fox. She accused Fox and the Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles alum, who also dated fellow 90210 castmate Tiffani Thiessen, of shutting their teenage son "out of their lives and his younger brothers' lives" five years prior. "12 years ago I was served legal papers and then spent 8 years+ defending myself and my son in custody court in response to his father & his stepmother trying to get full custody(that means I would have seen my son four days a month) and then asking me to pay them child support," she wrote at the time. "They lost that case & a civil case asking me for 200,000. I never spoke publicly in order to protect my then young son from hearing anything negative about his father and from paparazzi that used to follow him & terrify him. I had also never asked for child support of any kind and had never tried to take time away from Kass' dad seeing him. Ever." She also alleged that the pair's child had "never met his youngest brother and is not allowed to know where his bio father, stepmother and three younger brothers live." She claimed that Kassius had only interacted with Green "in passing or in public places." Green and Fox have not publicly commented on the controversy. BH90210 will premiere on FOX on Wednesday, August 7, at 9 p.m. ET. (US Weekly)

Khloe Kardashian Explains Why She Doesn't "Hate" Tristan Thompson. Khloe Kardashian is setting the record straight on how she really feels about her ex Tristan Thompson. Earlier this week, an Instagram user posted side-by-side photos of the Cleveland Cavaliers player and their daughter True Thompson. "I know Khloe hates Tristan, but Baby True [is] starting to look just like him," the social media user's post read. Then, on Wednesday, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star put him in his place. "Why would I ever hate anyone who helped create such an angel?" she wrote in the comments section. "People make mistakes, but I won't hurt my own healing by holding on to hate. I'm too busy raising my beautiful baby and securing that [money] to hate any individual. Sweet True has always looked like her daddy. She's beautiful!!" The fan then noted he heard her loud and clear. Khloe also took to Instagram Stories to spread the message. "Hate no one, no matter how much they've wronged you," her post read. "Live humbly, no matter how wealthy you become. Think positively, no matter how hard life is. Give much, even if you've been given little. Forgive all, especially yourself. And never stop praying for the best for everyone." In addition, she shared a few words of wisdom from Anthony Douglas Williams. "We are here to heal, not harm," the post read. "We are here to love, not hate. We are here to create, not destroy." The Good American head and the athlete broke up earlier this year following his cheating scandal with Jordyn Woods. However, the two have continued to remain civil. For instance, they came together to celebrate their little one's first birthday, and Tristan praised Khloe on her big day. "Happy birthday @khloekardashian," he wrote on Instagram at the time. "You are the most beautiful human I have ever met inside and out. Thank you for being an amazing mommy to our princess True. She is blessed to have someone like you to look up to. I wish you nothing but more success and sending you positive blessing your way. Enjoy your day Koko." Khloe has opened up about remaining peaceful with her ex for the sake of their child before. For instance, she explained why she still had him there for their daughter's birth after he made headlines over a separate cheating scandal days before. "Regardless of what Tristan did to me, I was never going to take that moment away from True or Tristan," she tweeted after footage from the birth aired in November. "She should not be punished for his actions. He is her father and they both deserve to love one another as deeply as they possibly can." She also explained how she tries to maintain a good energy around her daughter on a May episode of the podcast Divorce Sucks! With Laura Wasser. "True is 1 and like a month old," she said at the time. "So, she doesn't really know what's happening. But to me, she does know and she feels energy and I'm a big believer of that. So, I do everything in my power to not put any sort of heavy energy around her." (Eonline)

HGTV star Mina Starsiak Hawk is hoping to welcome another baby into her family soon, and revealed to her followers on Wednesday that she's trying "whatever works" to get there. The Good Bones star, who is mom to 11-month-old son Jack Richard, shared a photo of herself undergoing acupuncture treatment to Instagram, complete with needles in her belly. "For those of you who've tried making a baby, it's whatever works! So, this is round 2 of acupuncture ???? #fingerscrossed ????????" she said in the photo's caption. Acupuncture has the "potential effect of improved ovarian and follicular function," for women struggling with infertility, according to the American Pregnancy Association. Some studies have shown that women who receive acupuncture treatments have a higher rate of pregnancy or births, Parents.com has reported. Mina, 31, also posted adorable videos of Jack to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, in which the soon-to-be one-year-old giggles at the dining table and then shares some high-fives with his mom. Last month, Mina shared a video of the exact moment she told her husband Stephen Hawk that she was pregnant with Jack. After first giving her husband some delicious breakfast -- "I'm going to butter him up with some bacon" she said in the clip -- Mina then tells him that she wants the new house they were building at the time to feel like it belongs to both of them. She then hands Stephen a small tan box with polka dots tied up in a white ribbon. Two baby slippers are tucked inside, and Mina then pulls out two positive pregnancy tests. Stephen immediately breaks down in happy tears and says he loves her. "We've both been wanting this, so it's really exciting," said in the clip, which was part of the Mina's Forever Home special that aired in June. In May, Mina opened up to PEOPLE about fielding unsolicited comments on her many social media posts of cute baby Jack. "All the comments are so nice and so positive, but there are definitely those people who give unsolicited advice or have stronger opinions," she said. "I feel like that's to be expected. I made a choice to make part of my life public. The way the network is, people think they know me." Baby Jack was born last August by cesarean section in Indianapolis, weighing 6 lbs., 1 oz., and measuring 19 inches in length. "Aaaand we've got a baby," Mina said on Instagram at the time, announcing his birth. (People)

Rumer Willis Reveals the 'Trippiest Part' About Reading Her Mom Demi Moore's Memoir. Demi Moore's highly anticipated memoir, Inside Out, doesn't hit bookshelves for another two months, but the actress made sure that her daughter Rumer Willis got an advance copy. "I actually just read it recently, and I have to say I'm so unbelievably proud of her," the Empire alum, 30, told Us Weekly exclusively at a Women's Brain Health Initiative event in Los Angeles on Wednesday, July 17. "I think this is such a courageous and beautiful example of who she is. And I think that a lot of people -- not only people who have been a fan of hers for a long time and have kind of followed her career and supported her -- but I think maybe even people that weren't as involved or talking to her will appreciate the story and what she [is] sharing." Willis admitted that she even learned some fun tidbits about her mom while diving into the book, which is out September 24. "You view your parents when you're growing up as these kind of, like, gods, and you put them on a pedestal a little bit," the eldest daughter of Moore, 56, and Bruce Willis explained to Us. "I think being about to see such a portrait and the way that she talks about her childhood was just interesting for me as a daughter to read. And to think of her as also just another person and not just this, you know, like, your idol when you're a kid." But there was one section in particular that really grabbed the Dancing With the Stars season 20 winner's attention. "The trippiest part is reading about when she met my dad and how they got married so quickly. And then that they had me when she was 25," Rumer told Us. "By 30 something, she had already had three kids and I can't even imagine having done that at this point. ... I'm like, I got my animals. I'm good." Moore and Bruce, 64, married in November 1987, and welcomed three daughters together: Rumer, Scout, 27, and Tallulah, 25. The former couple separated in June 1998 and divorced two years later. The Striptease star, who was previously married to musician Freddy Moore from 1980 to 1985, wed for a third time when she walked down the aisle with Ashton Kutcher in 2005. She and the That '70s Show alum divorced in 2013, two years before he married Mila Kunis. Kutcher, 41, and Kunis, 35, share daughter Wyatt, 4, and son Dimitri, 2. The Die Hard actor, for his part, married model Emma Heming in March 2009. They share daughters Mabel, 7, and Evelyn, 5. When the couple celebrated their 10th anniversary with a vow renewal ceremony in March, Moore was among the loved ones in attendance. (UsMagazine)

Lori Loughlin Believes She'll 'Be Exonerated' in College Admissions Scandal. The nationwide college admissions scandal may have simmered down in the news, but Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, are still working hard behind the scenes to clear their names. "They believe they'll be exonerated," a source says exclusively in the new issue of Us Weekly, adding that the couple are "actively engaged in their defense." The Full House alum, 54, and the fashion designer, 56, were among the 51 people who were indicted in March for their alleged involvement in the bribery scam. The parents of Bella, 20, and Olivia Jade, 19, were accused of paying $500,000 to have their daughters designated as University of Southern California crew team recruits -- despite their inexperience in the sport -- so they would be accepted into the school. Loughlin and Giannulli, who married in 1997, pleaded not guilty in April to charges of money laundering and conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud. The source tells Us that the actress and the Mossimo founder "won't even talk about taking any type of" plea bargain in the Operation Varsity Blues case, which will likely go to trial in early 2020. Mariah Carey's ex-manager: 'Enemies' are sending me death threats. Amid a series of nasty legal battles, Mariah Carey's former manager, Stella Bulochnikov, claims to have become the victim of death threats and a vicious and shadowy campaign to intimidate her. After managing the "Emotions" star for two years, the situation blew up acrimoniously, with Bulochnikov filing a suit -- later settled -- against Carey, while Carey's former assistant, Lianna Shakhnazaryan, and Bulochnikov sued each other. That litigation is ongoing. Now Bulochnikov tells Page Six that not only has she received a barrage of texts from anonymous or obscured senders -- including death threats and a grotesque picture of a dirty diaper -- but she claims her enemies have posed as journalists to try and dig up dirt on her. We're told someone texted Bulochnikov probing for information and claiming to be a New York Times reporter. But when her publicist reached out to the journalist, he replied, "Hi, that's not me -- and my cellphone number is [different from the number used] -- so I'm going to report this to our security officials at the Times to see who is impersonating me." Bulochnikov claims she also received countless hostile texts, some of which she showed to Page Six. One read, "Hey bitch .?.?. I just wanna tell you that if you .?.?. mess up with [Carey] you will be killed immediately." An email read, "Take care of your family. An accident is quickly occured [sic]." There's no evidence that Carey or Shakhnazaryan are behind the attacks. When we called the number that had sent the diaper picture, the person who answered said they were familiar with Bulochnikov and that they were a fan of Carey's but denied knowledge of the texts. Another admitted texting her, "You are going to jail!" and said that they were also a Carey fan who had been angered by reports that Bulochnikov was leaking information about the star but denied being part of a campaign of hate. Bulochnikov told us, "This has been a harrowing ordeal for both me and my family, and it has taken a tremendous emotional toll on us all." (PageSix)

Cuba Gooding Jr.'s motion to dismiss his groping charges doesn't sit well with the D.A.'s Office, which is calling him out for using the alleged victim's mental health as an excuse to toss the case. The Manhattan D.A. responded to Cuba's motion to dismiss the case, saying the Oscar winner and his legal team are jumping the gun. In docs, obtained by TMZ, prosecutors say the alleged victim's mental health and expert evaluations of the surveillance videos ... are matters to be addressed once Gooding is on trial. Further, the D.A. basically calls out Gooding's team for victim shaming, saying her mental health history is irrelevant to whether the actor touched her breast that night in the NYC bar. Prosecutors added ... if the judge were to dismiss Gooding's case, it would send a horrible message to the public -- that the tactic of exposing an accuser's past works. Essentially, it would create a chilling effect for alleged victims coming forward. According to the docs, the fact Gooding is a "world renowned" Oscar-winning movie star who has no prior convictions bares no relevance to his guilt or innocence in the matter. Gooding's lawyers filed the motion to dismiss last month, but the judge said she would not make any "rash decisions" ... and tabled the matter for August 14. As we reported ... Gooding turned himself in last month a few days after a woman called 911 claiming he touched her breast without consent at a New York bar. He was charged with one count of misdemeanor forcible touching and one count of sexual abuse in the third degree ... Cuba pled not guilty. We obtained video of the incident via the bar's security footage, as well as another run-in after the alleged groping incident. The Oscar-winner's attorneys, Mark Heller and Peter Toumbekis, claim he's innocent and believe the video evidence is inconclusive. Their motion cited blog posts where the accuser allegedly said she was starving for attention and also suffering PTSD and anxiety disorder. Cuba himself claimed she has a "warped mental state" and has denied any misconduct with her. His lawyers argued the case is plagued by inconsistencies and an alleged NYPD screw-up. In the docs, prosecutors shoot down any claim of police misconduct ... saying Cuba's attorneys misrepresented the police report and NYPD's initial investigation of the case. Gooding Jr. publicly stated he trusts the system, and believes he'll be exonerated. UPDATE: Cuba's attorney Mark Heller tells us he remains confident the judge will see what he's seen in the surveillance footage and dismiss the case. He says, "The Court in its wisdom can review the video which, without exception, does not reveal any criminal conduct on the part of Cuba." (TMZ)

Jenelle Evans' ex-husband has been busted again in North Carolina ... for violating his probation in a felony case. Courtland Keith Rogers -- who was married to the former 'Teen Mom' star from 2012 to 2014 -- got arrested Wednesday in Leland and booked at the Brunswick County Jail for a felony probation violation. His bond is set at $10k. It's unclear what Rogers did to violate his probation, but it seems it's connected to Rogers' arrest back in April 2018 on drug charges. He was also arrested for allegedly assaulting a woman in August, 2018. Jenelle doesn't have any kids with Rogers, and the couple was only married a couple months before they split in January 2013, only to reunite a few months later ... when both got arrested for heroin possession and domestic violence. They officially divorced in June 2014. As you know ... Jenelle's had her own share of legal troubles since then, and then some. (TMZ)

A Bakersfield, California car dealer has been found dead in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Jose Arredondo, a well-respected member of the Bakersfield community who immigrated to the United States in the 1970s from Mexico, was found this week in a home that he owned in the popular resort town, local outlet KGET News reported on Tuesday. Arredondo was also the father to 17-year-old K-pop star Samuel, according to Yahoo News. Samuel, whose full name is Samuel Kim Arredondo and has also gone by the nickname "Punch," appeared in his dad's car dealership commercials as a child and went on to perform as part of the duo 1Punch. Now living in South Korea, he released his debut solo album in 2017. Details surrounding the circumstances of Arredondo's death remain few, though Baja California Sur state prosecutors said his body "showed signs of blunt force trauma," according to the Associated Press. No suspects have been publicly identified at this time, Bakersfield.com reported Wednesday, but investigations into what is being called a home invasion are ongoing. "We are closely monitoring local authorities' investigation into the cause of death," a United States State Department official told the AP on Tuesday. Members of Arredondo's church are mourning his death, which pastor James Ranger called "murder." "Jose Arredondo was murdered last night," Ranger, the pastor of New Life Church, said on Facebook on Tuesday. "I will miss you my dear friend... until we meet again," Ranger wrote in the post, which included an old video of Arredondo, encouraging donations to the church to renovate one of their campuses. "In this video you hear his heart for Jesus, the Church, for reaching the needy, and... then at the end... his understanding about the end of life and hearing Jesus say, 'Well done,'" Ranger added. "He is now hearing those words." "One day in heaven, we will be celebrating," Arredondo says in the video shared by Ranger. (People)
