Jennifer Lawrence Marries Cooke Maroney in Romantic Rhode Island Ceremony. Jennifer Lawrence is married! The 28-year-old Oscar winner has tied the knot with her 34-year-old beau Cooke Maroney, People confirms. The two exchanged their vows and said their "I Do's" in front of loved ones, including an array of famous friends like Adele, Kris Jenner, Ashley Olsen, Nicole Richie, Cameron Diaz and Joel Madden to name a few. The pair's romantic Rhode Island wedding comes nearly eight months after Lawrence's rep confirmed her engagement to Maroney, who works as a director at Gladstone 64, one of the Gladstone Galleries. In early February, Lawrence sparked engagement speculation when she was spotted wearing a diamond sparkler on her ring finger. It's been almost a year since Lawrence's relationship with Maroney was revealed to the world. The couple was first spotted enjoying dates around New York City in early June 2018. That summer, the couple was photographed around the world, including trips to Paris and Rome. During their trip to Italy, Lawrence and Maroney visited the Galleria Borghese, the Santa Maria degli Angeli e dei Martiri church, the ancient Baths of Diocletian and the Villa Borghese gardens, E! News confirmed at the time. Shortly after engagement news broke in February, Lawrence was spotted out with her friends (and her massive engagement ring!) at ABC Cocina in NYC. "They shared several different dishes and seemed to really enjoy themselves," a source told E! News in late February. "Jennifer wore her engagement ring and it was very noticeable and sparkly. She was smiling and laughing throughout the meal. It was clear she's very happy and was having a great night." She then made her first public appearance since her engagement at Dior's Paris Fashion Week show. While posing for photos, Lawrence held out her hand for photographers, giving everyone a close-up shot of her gorgeous ring. In mid-May, Lawrence and Maroney celebrated their love with a low-key engagement party. Following the celebration, stylists Jill Lincoln and Jordan Johnson posted a photo of a smiling Lawrence in her stunning pink-peach dress by L. Wells Bridal. "Here she comes! We couldn't be happier and more excited for #jenniferlawrence to become a #MRS.. this weekend we toasted Jen and her groom to be.. too good of a time was had by all," the duo captioned the Instagram post. Prior to her relationship with Maroney, Lawrence previously dated director Darren Aronofsky as well as her X-Men co-star Nicholas Hoult. During a recent interview with Elle, Hoult opened up about working with his ex. "It's like going back to school after the summer holidays," Hoult said about reuniting on the X-Men franchise's latest film, Dark Phoenix. "The reality of [the X-Men franchise] is there are lots of characters, so everyone was together for brief periods, but not every day for four months." Congratulations to Lawrence and Maroney on the exciting wedding news! (Eonline)

Tennis Star Rafael Nadal Marries Maria Francisca Perello In Spain. Game, set, match. Rafael Nadal is married! The tennis icon said "I do" to his longtime girlfriend Maria Francisca Perello on Saturday, according to multiple reports. The nuptials were held at La Fortaleza castle in Majorca, Spain and about 350 guests were invited, news agency AFP reported. The two-time Wimbledon champ and Perello, who also goes by the nickname Xisca, brought in Michelin star chef Macarena de Castro to cater the event, according to Daily Mail. The venue is nothing short of lavish. The estate -- which boasts seven villas, 17 bedrooms, two swimming pools and a helipad -- was originally built in 1628, and served as the set for the Tom Hiddleston, Olivia Colman and Hugh Laurie-starred BBC thriller The Night Manager. Nadal, 33, met his wife, 31, through his younger sister Maribel, a childhood friend of Perello, AFP reported. Back in May 2018, Nadal reportedly proposed to his love while on a Roman vacation. The news surfaced just days after the superstar competed in the finals of the 2019 Australian Open, where he was defeated by fellow tennis star Novak Djokovic. And as the saying goes, first comes love, then comes marriage, then comes the baby in a baby carriage. "Obviously, I have the intention of forming a family," he previously told Hello! magazine. "I love children and I would like my children to do what they like." Congratulations to the happy couple! (Eonline)

Christin Hendricks Splits From Husband Geoffrey Areud After 10 Years. Christina Hendricks and Geoffrey Arend are calling it quits after 10-years of marriage. In a statement shared to their Instagram, the two stars revealed that they have mutually come to the decision to end their relationship. "Twelve years ago we fell in love and became partners. We joined our two amazing families, had countless laughs, made wonderful friends and were blessed with incredible opportunities," they share. "Today, we take our next step together, but on separate paths." The statement continues, "We will always be grateful for the love we've shared and will always work together to raise our two beautiful dogs." Moreover, the couple asks for fans' "patience and support" as they begin this new chapter in their lives. "We will be taking time to rediscover ourselves in this transition and we thank you for your patience and support in giving us the space to do so." The two actors first met after being introduced by Mad Men co-star Vincent Karthesier, during a fun night out in Los Angeles. Then, after two years of dating, Geoffrey popped the question underneath a chandelier at Il Buco in New York, which just so happened to be the site of their intimate wedding. They eventually bought the chandelier and placed it in the dining room of their living room. And during the course of their marriage, they adopted two puppies, something that more than sufficed for Hendricks as she didn't want kids. (Eonline)

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott don't seem fully committed to breaking up, because they're spending an awful lot of time together, and it may not just be about Stormi. Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... Kylie and Travis are getting very comfortable together since their split, and he's been spending lots of time at her house -- something we're told will continue. We broke the story ... Travis dislocated his knee after falling onstage at Rolling Loud, and now we're told the injury is one of the reasons he's been holed up at Kylie's crib in Calabasas, where he's mostly hanging with Stormi. We're told when he's not at Kylie's main crib ... Travis is spending nights at the home he and Kylie shared in Bev Hills. Our sources say Kylie and Travis are maintaining a friendship, and over the next few months, they plan on spending even more time together with Stormi because the holidays are fast approaching. Those plans are already in motion ... as we've reported, Kylie and Travis took Stormi to a pumpkin patch earlier last week from some good ol' fashioned Halloween fun. But, it was telling the parents only took pics with their kid. As of now, our sources say the plan is to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas as a family, and the goal for Kylie and Travis is to keep things familiar for Stormi with family parties and events including both mom and dad. And, get this ... while Kylie and Travis aren't currently a "couple," we're told some of their friends believe the exes will get back together by the end of the year. Remember, there's a little bit of a pattern here ... break up, make up, break up, etc. (TMZ)

Lady Gaga Splits From Dan Horton Nearly 3 Months After Being Linked" I'm a 'Single Lady'. Another bad romance? Lady Gaga split from boyfriend Dan Horton earlier last week, a source tells Us Weekly exclusively. The Grammy winner, 33, confirmed her relationship status in an Instagram Story post on Friday, October 18. "An about to be married woman and me, a single lady," she captioned a photo of her and pal Sarah Nicole Tanno at the latter's bachelorette party. "Also, thanks @hauslabs for the makeup." The breakup comes nearly three months after Gaga was first spotted kissing Horton. The two locked lips while out to brunch in Studio City, California, in July. The singer "was smiling a lot and laughing," an eyewitness revealed to Us at the time. "They were talking with their faces close and holding hands a little at the table." The monitor engineer began working with the A Star Is Born actress in November 2018 before she launched her Enigma residency in Las Vegas. The duo mostly kept their romance private. However, Gaga gave fans a peek at one of their date nights in September. "The @dhortonaudio special," she wrote of an Instagram Story pic of a candlelit dinner, adding 14 red heart emojis. The Oscar winner and Horton enjoyed a The Cure and The Pixies concert in Pasadena, California, in August. Gaga beamed in photos obtained by a Twitter user. "I love the cure, felt my old self come alive tonight what a show," she captioned an Instagram Story video from the event. She later shared a second clip, adding, "When music is magic." Us confirmed in February that Gaga split from fiance Christian Carino after two years together. She briefly addressed her broken engagement during her Jazz and Piano show in June. "Last time I sang this song, I had a ring on my finger, so it'll be different this time," she said before her performance of "Someone to Watch Over Me." The exes were not exactly on good terms after their breakup. "She's been hounded by Christian," a source told Us in April. "She told him not to contact her." Gaga was also engaged to Taylor Kinney from February 2015 to July 2016. Horton, for his part, was previously married to actress Autumn Guzzardi from March 2013 to May 2018. (People)

Jim Carrey and Girlfriend Ginger Gonzaga Split. Alrighty then. Jim Carrey and girlfriend Ginger Gonzaga have called it quits. E! News has learned the couple split earlier this year. The comedian and actress began dating in January after playing love interests on the Showtime dramedy Kidding. Weeks later, the comedian and actress made their red carpet debut at the 76th Annual Golden Globes, where their show was nominated for Best Television Series -- Musical or Comedy. Carrey also nabbed recognition for his starring role as Jeff. While speaking to E!'s Giuliana Rancic, he admitted that life has been "good on good on good." Later, Gonzaga showed her support for her love on Instagram by posting an adorable photo of the two of them together, with the caption, "Most partial to this talented nominee." Kidding isn't the only project that the former couple had worked on together. Carrey was an executive producer for I'm Dying Up Here, which she had guest starred on. Indeed, the actor has a history of dating his co-stars. He previously romanced his Dumb and Dumber co-star Lauren Holly. They got married in 1996 and divorced 10 months later. He was previously in relationships with Renee Zellweger, Jenny McCarthy and the late Cathriona White. He was first married to actress Melissa Womer, with who he shares 31-year-old daughter Jane Carrey. Us Weekly broke the news that the couple called it quits. (Eonline)

Pete Davidson and Margaret Qualley Split After Whirlwind Romance. It's over for Pete Davidson and Margaret Qualley. The twosome have called it quits after a whirlwind romance, Us Weekly can exclusively reveal. "They remain friends," a source close to the former couple told Us on Thursday, October 17. Us broke the news in August that the Saturday Night Live star, 25, and the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood actress, 24, were dating. "They've been seeing each other for a couple of months and Margaret is really excited about him," a source told Us at the time. Davidson and Qualley stepped out together for the first time at the premiere of her movie Seberg at the 2019 Venice Film Festival. The pair flew to the Marco Polo Airport in Venice on August 29 for the actress' big night. "Pete and Margaret were standing and chatting [and] laughing," an onlooker told Us at the time. "There wasn't much PDA, but he was in a good mood and the two of them were joking around. Margaret walked to the other side [of baggage claim] to get her bag and Pete was waiting with an older lady. Pete was super nice and posed for a photo." During their trip, however, the twosome were more affectionate, linking arms and holding hands as they walked around the streets of Venice. Davidson and Qualley also went on a romantic boat ride during their getaway. Davidson's short-lived relationship with Qualley came after his split from Kate Beckinsale. The comedian was linked to the 46-year-old model at the beginning of the year. Us confirmed in May that they called it quits after four months together. The Set It Up actor, who is currently filming Suicide Squad in Atlanta, was previously engaged to Ariana Grande. Davidson and the "Thank U, Next" singer called off their engagement in October 2018 after five months together. Qualley, who is the daughter of actress Andie MacDowell, previously dated actor Nat Wolff. The Leftovers star was also briefly linked to director Cary Fukunaga, who is 18 years old than her. Sean "Diddy" Combs and Lori Harvey's Romance Fizzles Out After 3 Months. Sean "Diddy" Combs and Lori Harvey have gone their separate ways. A source close to the hip-hop mogul tells E! News exclusively that he's openly described himself as "single" following a whirlwind romance with Steve Harvey's 22-year-old stepdaughter. "Him and Lori had a fun fling but Diddy is still healing and focusing on himself right now," explains our insider. "He is not ready to be in a long-term committed relationship and is focusing on his kids right now." Diddy, 49, and Lori were first romantically linked over the summer. In August, the duo enjoyed a PDA-packed vacation on Italy's Amalfi Coast with a group that even included Steve and Lori's mom. An eyewitness described one of Diddy and Lori's cozy outings on the trip, sharing, "He was whispering in her ear and kissing her cheek from time to time. She had her arm around him and was stroking his ear and kissing him." The couple was last photographed together last month in Cabo San Lucas, but breakup rumors began picking up speed after multiple outlets reported Lori had unfollowed Diddy on Instagram. And in recent photos published by The Shade Room, Diddy is seen grabbing dinner with Gemini Man star Nicole Olvera. Prior to her relationship was Diddy, Lori was previously linked to the star's son, 25-year-old Justin Combs. She was also close to Diddy's famous ex Kim Porter, who passed away in Nov. 2018. Rosie O'Donnell Says Barbara Walters Isn't 'Up to Speaking to People' Right Now: 'It's Hard to Age in America'. A living legend. Rosie O'Donnell gave Us Weekly an update on her former View boss, Barbara Walters, during an exclusive interview. "I don't think she's up to speaking to people now," the 57-year-old comedian told Us at The Sound Inside opening night on Broadway in New York City on Thursday, October 17. "I think she's a wonderful woman, and it's hard to age in America, never mind if you're internationally famous." Walters, 90, created the long-running all-female ABC talk show in 1997. While she retired as a cohost in 2014 after 16 seasons, the journalist still serves as an executive producer. O'Donnell, for her part, had two stints on the panel. The former Rosie O'Donnell Show host's first run on the show was from 2006 to 2007. After returning to the series in 2014, O'Donnell exited The View again in 2015. However, the actress had nothing but nice things to say about Walters. "I'll always love and respect her and I think she's a great person," O'Donnell told Us on Thursday. The Celebrity Detox author also raved about her family, including her son Parker's recent engagement. "I love her. Her name is Hannah and she's lovely, and I can't wait to see the whole thing and then have some beautiful babies," O'Donnell told Us on Thursday. "He just got back from his first deployment. He's a Marine right now and so when he came home we had some champagne bottles popping. She's very excited to get married and do the whole thing and excited for babies which makes me happy." O'Donnell, a mother of five, became a grandmother for the first time in December 2018 when her daughter Chelsea gave birth to Skylar Rose, 10 months. "Just to see that little girl with my little girl's face is pretty overwhelming," she gushed to Us. "Throws me back 22 years." (UsMagazine)

Felicity Huffman is knee-deep into her prison sentence -- and of course, she's got some new duds for the brief stint ... a jumpsuit, which was on full display for a family visit. The "Desperate Housewives" actor was spotted Saturday at FCI Dublin in Northern California, where she's currently serving her 14-day sentence ... which will actually only amount to 13 days total when she's released next Sunday ... just in time for Halloween. As you can see, Felicity's wearing what inmates rock behind bars -- a prison uniform -- but funny enough ... it looks like nothing like the ones ya might normally see on TV. The jumpsuit -- which appears to be a two-piece outfit -- is dark green, and it looks like Felicity even came across a neutral white cap while on the inside. We're told these photos of her walking out some doors of the low-security prison was for a family visit day. Her husband, William H. Macy, came up from L.A. to see her face-to-face. Her daughter, Sophia, was on hand as well. She's the kid who got wrapped up in the scandal to begin with. Interestingly enough, Felicity was not being escorted out by any guards ... and she seemed pretty carefree as she made her way past some nearby officers and into what appears to be a parking lot. This place really must be cush and chill to let an inmate walk around like that. Anyway, 5 days down ... only 8 more to go!!! Hang in there, FH. (TMZ)

Conor McGregor is reportedly being investigated for a second alleged sexual assault -- although he hasn't been arrested ... and vehemently denies the claim. The UFC star has been accused of sexually assaulting a 20-something woman in her car last week outside of a Dublin pub, and a complaint has been filed with police there ... this according to the New York Times, citing anonymous law enforcement sources. The paper says authorities have yet to interview McGregor, and he has yet to be charged as well. McGregor's spokesperson tells TMZ that Conor is often the subject of rumors, adding that his client "emphatically denies any report accusing him of sexual assault." Of course, this comes months after McGregor was reportedly arrested and questioned for another alleged sexual assault that an accuser says happened in December of last year. The Times reports he was taken into custody back in January of this year, but got released pending further investigation ... which is standard there in the Republic. Again, McGregor has NOT yet been charged in that case either ... and vehemently denied the Times's account at the time, while also denying the investigation is why he retired. The timing of this second accusation of sexual assault probably couldn't have come at a worse time, considering McGregor is already facing charges in his native land for allegedly roughing up an old-timer in an Irish bar, of which TMZ got surveillance footage. He was just in court this last week -- looking sharp too -- where he was told he'd have to either enter a plea or request a trial date at his next hearing on Nov. 1. It's unclear if McGregor's legal troubles in Ireland could postpone his possible return to the Octagon. Dana White says he'll fight in early 2020, but time will tell we suppose. (TMZ)

Michael Strahan's not holding up his end of the child support deal he struck with his ex-wife, and it's going to take him more than half a mil to square up ... at least according to her. Jean Muggli claims in legal docs ... the former NFL superstar's on the hook for some big-time equestrian expenses for their twin teenage daughters -- Sophia and Isabella -- along with owing hundreds of thousands in back child support. Jean says a huge chunk of what Strahan owes her is to cover their daughters' horseback riding bills ... which she claims amount to $450,802 since 2017. According to the docs, Michael agreed to go halfsies with Jean but hasn't paid up ... so she's seeking more than $225k from him. In docs he filed, Michael says he never agreed to such an arrangement. On top of that, Jean claims Michael has underpaid child support since 2010 ... because the monthly amount he pays hasn't been adjusted for cost of living. The docs say she wants $321,654 in back support to make it right. In his filing, Michael admits part of their agreement does call for cost-of-living adjustments -- but adds, the language about how to come up with that number is "vague and indefinite." Translation: We need to agree on a formula to come up with the correct number. That being said, by Jean's current calculation ... she's looking to get more than $547k. We broke the story ... the exes were in a Manhattan court last month to face off over their previous settlement. Michael and Jean married in 1999 but split in 2006, and the judge eventually awarded Jean $15.3 million in their divorce and ordered him to pay $18k/month in child support. However, that amount was decreased to just under $13k a month in 2009 ... according to the docs. Jean claims his monthly income is way more now than it was in '09, due to his gigs on "Fox NFL Sunday" and "Good Morning America," among other projects ... so he can afford to increase his child support again. She wants him to pay $18,378 a month going forward. The next hearing is scheduled for November when, presumably, a judge will rule on the payments. (TMZ)

The estate of Bernie Casey no longer has a legal cloud hanging over its head ... it's settled a lawsuit from a woman alleging he attacked her the week before he died. According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the former NFL-star-turned-actor's estate has settled with Cheryl Castillo for a cool $250k. Cheryl had previously claimed she and Bernie were husband and wife but has since filed docs clarifying they were never married and only lived together. In docs, the estate agrees to pony up the dough once it sells off Bernie's house. The settlement also allows Cheryl to live in the house until it's sold. TMZ broke the story ... Cheryl sued the "Revenge of the Nerds" star back in June 2018 claiming Bernie violently tackled her to the ground just 1 week before his death in September 2017. Cheryl alleged she got into an argument with Casey over their cars when he suddenly grabbed her by the arm and tackled her to the ground "as though [she] was a football player." Casey -- who was U.N. Jefferson, the Tri Lambdas' leader, in 'Nerds' -- was a Pro-Bowl wide receiver for the L.A. Rams in the '60s. He died in Sept. 2017 after suffering a stroke. (TMZ)

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro's kidnapping case has taken a turn -- law enforcement sources tell us the L.A. County District Attorney's Office will NOT hit him with a kidnapping charge ... but he's still not out of the woods yet. TMZ's learned the "Jersey Shore" star's incident with his baby mama, Jen Harley -- where he allegedly dragged her on the ground against her will -- doesn't meet the DA's criteria for kidnapping, even though that's exactly what cops arrested him for. The maximum sentence is 8 years. We're told the LAPD is strongly pushing for Ronnie to be hit with felony domestic violence instead ... based on the evidence and the alleged injuries to Harley. The max sentence is 4 years. However, our sources say there's also the possibility Ronnie will only be charged with misdemeanor DV ... which would be an even bigger stroke of good fortune for him. The maximum sentence for this is 1 year in county jail. We broke the story ... Jen allegedly suffered gnarly bruises and scrapes from the latest fight with Ronnie and there are photos of the injuries, but he denies inflicting them and tells a different story of how she got hurt. The neighbor's surveillance video does not show any physical harm to Jen, although she's clearly in great fear. Law enforcement tells us she was injured at some point after the event caught on video. Regardless, LAPD got an emergency protective order against Ronnie based on Jen's claim he said he was going to kill her, so he had to stay 100 yards away from Harley and their daughter, Ariana. That order has now expired. However, he got some father-daughter time in at Disney World after it expired. The volatile couple says this time ... they are broken up for good. Stay tuned. (TMZ)

"New Girl" star Lamorne Morris was handcuffed by cops as he filmed them arresting his friend outside a club in Hollywood. Lamorne's friend got into it with security at Avenue nightclub Saturday night. His friend was bleeding from the face when cops arrived, and they cuffed and arrested him. Lamorne did not understand why his buddy was busted, saying his friend was the one who was attacked. As the actor filed the arrest on his cellphone, a cop manhandled him, placed him against the wall and handcuffed him. Lamorne says he was told he got in the cops' space ... a justification he scoffed at. He was eventually let go but was super pissed. (TMZ)

Jane Fonda Arrested Once Again While Protesting in Washington, D.C. UPDATE: Jane Fonda has been arrested for a second time while protesting climate change in Washington, D.C. Last Friday, the activist was taken into custody after leading a demonstration on Capitol Hill. Today, the actress was arrested again while protesting. A photo, which Fonda retweeted on her social media page, shows her being arrested by U.S. Capitol Police. Fonda's Grace & Frankie co-star Sam Waterston was also arrested on Friday, as shown in pictures on social media.

Bob Zmuda -- one of Andy Kaufman's longtime collaborators -- got busted for a DUI last week ... and while it's no laughing matter, he seemed to crack a smile for his booking photo. Online records show Zmuda was arrested this past Wednesday for misdemeanor DUI at around 12:45 AM while driving through South Lake Tahoe. He was taken to the El Dorado County Jail and posed for this quirky mug shot before being released on $5,000 bail. It's unclear what exactly led up to Zmuda's arrest, but what is clear ... the dude definitely got hauled in by cops, and this ain't no hoax. Only reason we mention that is because Bobby pushed a theory in a book he wrote back in 2014 that Andy had, in fact, faked his own death as the ultimate prank ... and that he'd supposedly reveal himself to the public again some 30 years afterward. Of course, Kaufman did die -- he passed away from cancer in 1984, proven by his death certificate -- and has yet to return as predicted by Zmuda. Zmuda was basically Kaufman's partner in crime back in the day, and often portrayed a character created by Kaufman named Tony Clifton, a bumbling lounge singer. Zmuda famously acted as Clifton on an episode of 'Letterman,' and supposedly fooled the host into believing it was actually Kaufman. Per Zmuda, DL only found out the truth years later. Paul Giamatti played Zmuda in the1999 flick "Man on the Moon" with Jim Carrey taking the lead role as Kaufman. (TMZ)

The Game just lost his appeal for a new trial in a civil suit in which he was accused of sexual assault ... so he's still on the hook for more than $7 million in damages. According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the rapper was denied a new trial by a federal appeals court in Illinois. As we've reported ... Game lost the lawsuit filed by Priscilla Rainey -- a former contestant on his 2015 reality show, "She's Got Game," who accused him of sexual assault -- and an Illinois court ordered him to pay her $7.13 mil. Rainey claims Game was high on drugs and reached inside her dress, "forcefully reaching his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks." Game called her "a thirsty Gatorade mascot of a transvestite." Game appealed the initial ruling, but on Thursday the appeals court affirmed the lower court's ruling, slamming Game for blowing off the trial by not showing up and calling his conduct towards Rainey "deeply reprehensible." We reached to Game's camp for comment ... so far, no word back. (TMZ)

Fetty Wap just got hit with a battery charge stemming from his melee with security at a Vegas casino ... and surveillance footage shows the rapper landing some haymakers!!! According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Fetty is charged with one count of misdemeanor battery for striking the security guard in the head. Ya gotta see the video from outside the Mirage Hotel and Casino where last month's fight went down ... you see Fetty connect with two punches as guards swarm and try to bring him down during a huge scuffle. We broke the story ... Fetty Wap was busted in September after a fight broke out in the casino parking lot, and Mirage security made a citizen's arrest until Las Vegas Metro PD showed up and took him into custody. We reached out to Fetty's camp for comment ... so far, no word back. (TMZ)

Dennis Rodman has been charged with misdemeanor battery in Florida for allegedly slapping a man at his own birthday party back in May -- but The Worm is adamant he's innocent. TMZ Sports broke the story ... cops say Rodman was at the Buddha Sky Bar in Delray Beach on May 17 when he "unprovokedly turned around and smacked" 30-year-old Jeff Soulouque. Soulouque claims Rodman immediately began apologizing for the incident and invited him out to dinner the following night in an attempted peace offering. But, Soulouque told TMZ Sports he was really hurt -- and went to the hospital where he was diagnosed with a left corneal abrasion. He went to cops the day after the incident and filed a report. Cops launched an investigation and called up a witness named David Lee Roth -- who, shockingly, is NOT the Van Halen singer. Still, cops say DLR corroborated Soulouque's story. "Roth stated he was about twenty feet away and he saw Rodman turn around and open hand smack Soulouque two times," the report states. Prosecutors later charged Rodman with misdemeanor battery -- and on Thursday, DR's attorney appeared in court on his behalf and pled not guilty. It's a big deal for Rodman -- the charge carries a maximum sentence of a year in jail, 12 months' probation and a $1,000 fine. And, with Dennis' criminal history, it's possible a judge could throw the book at the NBA legend if he's convicted. We're out to Rodman's reps for comment -- so far, no word back. (TMZ)

The company Stan Lee founded is now battling Stan Lee's daughter and heir for control over his extremely valuable name, likeness and ideas. Weird as it might sound ... Stan Lee Entertainment is suing Joan Celia Lee, claiming she's trying to cash in on her dad when she has no legal right to do so -- even though she's the sole heir to his fortune. According to docs, the company Stan founded in 1998 -- as an animation publishing and entertainment company -- was assigned rights to his name, likeness, ideas, characters, stories, logos, etc. Basically, if Stan thought it ... SLE owns it ... according to the company. However, SLE claims since the big cheese died in 2018, Joan's failed to protect SLE's legal hold on its right to Stan's intellectual property. Specifically, in the suit, SLE calls out POW! Entertainment for interloping ... trying to "loot SLE's intellectual property." SLE is looking for Joan to play Captain America or Iron Man, and save the day. In its suit, the company says as trustee for the Lee Family Survivor's Trust ... Joan has a "duty to vindicate the rights" of SLE against villains like POW! Stan's co. wants the court to force Joan to hold up her end of the bargain, and defend SLE against all evildoers -- or as the lawsuit puts it ... POW! and other entities trying to jack Stan's valuable ideas. It also wants a declaration that SLE is the rightful owner of Stan's creations. We've reached out Joan ... so far, no word back. (TMZ)

HGTV Host Found Guilty of Molesting Daughter's 10-Year-Old Best Friend. The victim and Christopher Dionne's daughter were on the same soccer team and had regular sleepovers at each other's houses. Christopher Dionne, a former star of an HGTV home remodeling pilot, has been found guilty of molesting a 10-year-old girl in his Connecticut home. On Wednesday, Dionne was convicted of risk of injury to a minor and fourth degree sexual assault, a New London Superior Court official tells PEOPLE. He is expected to be released on a $100,000 bond while awaiting sentencing on Dec. 11. During the trial, Dionne's victim, now 12, testified that she was best friends with the 37-year-old's daughter at the time of the assault. She and Dionne's daughter were on the same soccer team and had regular sleepovers at each other's houses. According to the arrest warrant application obtained by PEOPLE, Dionne's victim claimed he touched her inappropriately while she was at a birthday sleepover at his house in November 2017 -- waking her up around 1:30 a.m. by placing his hand against her buttocks under her pajamas as she laid on her belly. She said he later reached his hand under her bra and jiggled her chest, even allegedly taking a photo of her on his phone. Dionne molested the girl twice, several hours apart, the child said. Dionne's 14-year-old son and 10-year-old daughter were in the room sleeping while it happened. During the assault, Dionne asked the 10-year-old if she wanted to see his genitals, asking her, "Are you a big girl or a little girl?" and telling her, "If you tell your mom, I'll go to jail and (my daughter) won't have a daddy." When she refused his advances, Dionne eventually went back to his room. This wasn't the first time Dionne assaulted the girl. A similar incident also happened earlier, in September, and at that time, Dionne asked the girl if she wanted to kiss his genitals.
