Maren Morris Is Pregnant With Her First Child. Baby on board! Congrats are in order for country power couple Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd. The two lovebirds took to social media to share the exciting news that they're expecting their first child together, a baby boy. For the special announcement, which they made on Tuesday, the two each posted romantic snaps from a maternity photo-shoot that showed off the 29-year-old star's growing bump. "The irony is just too rich that after a year of living in the "GIRL" headspace, the universe would give us a baby boy to even things out," Maren captioned her Instagram. "See you in 2020, little one." The "Diamonds or Twine" singer also revealed the special baby news with his Twitter followers, and gushed over his wife. "Look at her...can't believe it," he wrote. "See you in March, baby!" And it looks like the couple's little nugget will be due around their second wedding anniversary. The country stars tied the knot in March 2018, and if Ryan's caption is any indication, they'll have a lot to celebrate that month. Last November, the "Girl" songstress teased (and joked!) that she wanted to get pregnant by Hurd. She captioned a photo of her posing with her husband, "gonna have your babies," which made her fans go into a frenzy. However, it looks like she and her husband manifested it! It's safe to say the longtime pair will make great first-time parents. Earlier this year, Maren stripped down for Playboy and spoke candidly about her relationship. "Being married for the past year has also helped me figure out more who I am independently," she told the publication. "For example, my husband is very much a feminist, and I've never really done anything that's freaked him out. He has always been accepting. Even with Playboy, he was like, 'That's really hot.'" She continued, "It's awesome to be with somebody who is an equal and isn't trying to make you feel like a skank because you're proud of your body -- someone who's not watering down your ideologies for patriarchal and bulls--t standards that women in country music have been locked into for the past several decades." Congrats to the pair on this next chapter in their life! (Eonline)

Did the Making of The Conjuring Cause Vera Farmiga, Stanley Caswell and Others to be Haunted In Real Life? Was the making of The Conjuring scarier than the film itself? In the clip from Sundays all-new E! True Hollywood Story, Vera Farmiga, Shanley Caswell and more detail the supernatural experiences that occurred during the making of the 2013 horror flick. As fans surely know, The Conjuring tells the story of paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren as they try to save the Perron family from a haunting in their home. And it seems that the set of The Conjuring was just as spooky as its premise. According to horror journalist Steve Barton, "a lot of weird things happened on the set of that movie," especially to Farmiga. It's said that the 46-year-old actress, who portrayed Lorraine Warren in the movie, saw claw marks appear on her laptop. These said markings allegedly appeared on her body shortly after wrapping the film. "When I opened my computer... and there were these claw marks across," the Bates Motel alum notes in one interview. "After we got back from North Carolina, where we filmed, the same claw marks appeared on my thigh." This wasn't the only supernatural occurrence that plagued The Conjuring cast. Per Caswell, who played Andrea Perron in the film, the cast would wake up between 3 and 4 a.m. "every morning" -- which was a supernatural warning that also occurred in the movie. "Every time I woke up, I just felt like I was being watched," Caswell adds to the THS camera. "It was creepy enough that Hayley McFarland, who played the part of Nancy Perron, and I ended up sleeping in the same room the last couple nights of filming 'cause we couldn't sleep." Apparently, the real-life Warrens "always talked about how waking up between 3 and 4 [a.m.] and causing a lack of sleep is the first step in possession." "So, I was thinking, 'I'm for sure getting possessed,'" Caswell concludes. For all of this and more, be sure to catch Sunday's chilling episode of E! True Hollywood Story. (Eonline)

Noah Cyrus Says She's Struggled With Anxiety and Depression Since She Was "10 or 11 Years Old." Noah Cyrus is opening up about her battle with anxiety and depression. The 19-year-old singer spoke about mental health during Tuesday's episode of The Late Late Show. During the interview, James Corden asked the artist about her LONELY collection. The apparel line was launched in partnership with The Crystal Campaign to support The Jed Foundation -- a nonprofit that protects emotional health and prevents suicide for teens and young adults across America. "It's something very close to my heart," Cyrus said. "I've struggled with anxiety and depression since I was 10 or 11 years old. So, I think it's a huge topic. One of the things that I've always wanted to use this platform [for] was to talk about my mental health and help young adults all around America and everywhere in the world know that they're not alone." She then said she wanted to use her anxieties "for good and not evil." "Don't let it take over my life like it has been for all of these years," she added. "I want to be able to talk about it, raise awareness and let kids all around the world know they're not alone." Cyrus has opened up about her mental health journey before, including while talking about her EP Good Cry during an August 2018 interview with L'Officiel. "This EP is mostly just about how my emotions have been, and about my anxiety, and about how I've been struggling with depression, and how it's okay to feel those feelings," she told the publication at the time. "A lot of people like to judge you, and make fun of you on the internet, and people make you feel crazy whenever you're in a depression or having anxiety or having a panic attack. It's about that and being sad and having your emotions and not being able to ignore the feelings you're having." Fans can learn more about Cyrus' collection by visiting The Crystal Campaign's website. (Eonline)

Rob Lowe doesn't regret making a sex tape, because, in a way, it helped him get him clean. "I think it's the best thing that ever happened to me," Lowe, 55, said on SiriusXM's "The Jess Cagle Show." "Honestly, I do, because it got me sober. Sober got me married. I've been married 29 years and I have two great sons, so I don't think any of that happens without going through that scandal." He continued, "It was one of the reasons I got sober. I woke up one day and was like, 'What am I doing with my life? 29 years in.'" In 1988, the former Brat Pack member videotaped himself having sex with a 16-year-old girl. Lowe was 24 at the time, and the incident occurred the night before he made a show of support for Michael Dukakis at the 1988 Democratic National Convention. As a result of the scandal, his movie career was put on pause, and Lowe later made his return on the small screen, with the hit political drama "The West Wing" in 1999. "The problem was, I didn't make any money off of it like everybody does now," Lowe told Cagle of the tape, seemingly alluding to similar scandals involving Kardashian and Paris Hilton, whose own sex tapes were released for sale to the public. "I was too stupid." However, Lowe has since taken his life experiences on the road with a live show, based on his 2012 memoir, "Stories I Only Tell My Friends." "I talk a lot about recovery in the show, because I think it's good to see the examples," he said. "I needed the examples when I was trying to change my life, and it's moving because it's a serious, literal life-and-death issue, but it's also really funny. I do a whole thing about how I loved going to rehab." (Page Six)

Inside Megyn Kelly's Fight Against NBC Amid New Matt Lauer Allegations. Not backing down. Megyn Kelly is taking NBC to task after new sexual assault accusations against Matt Lauer and alleged cover-ups at the network were detailed in Ronan Farrow's new book, Catch and Kill. "Comcast, which owns NBC Universal, is a $200 billion company," Kelly, 48, says exclusively in the new issue of Us Weekly. "There is zero reason why with those resources, and if NBC truly has nothing to hide, it should not hire an outside investigator to look into the allegations that NBC executives have facilitated and covered up a culture of sexual harassment and abuse." Lauer and reps for NBC respectively dispute these claims. NBC News president Noah Oppenheim, for his part, went on the attack in a memo to NBC staff. "These claims have been made not just by Ronan Farrow and NBC producer Rich McHugh, but also by former NBC journalists Ann Curry and Linda Vester, rape survivor Sil Lai Abrams and others," Kelly tells Us. "Sunlight is the best disinfectant -- which is why firms like CBS, Fox News, NPR and the NFL hired outside investigators to look into similar claims." Passages from Farrow's book detailing allegations against Lauer were published earlier this month. In the tell-all, Brooke Nevils, who previously worked as former Today cohost Meredith Vieira's assistant, accused Lauer of raping her while they were on location in Sochi, Russia for the 2014 Winter Olympics. "It was nonconsensual in that I said, multiple times, that I didn't want to have anal sex," Nevils told Farrow in the book. The former Today show anchor, who was fired from NBC News in November 2017 amid several sexual misconduct allegations against him, claimed in a lengthy open letter that their encounter was "mutual and completely consensual." "It began when she came to my hotel room very late one night in Sochi, Russia," Lauer wrote in letter obtained by Us. "We engaged in a variety of sexual acts. We performed oral sex on each other, we had vaginal sex, and we had anal sex." (UsMagazine)

Nick Loeb's Louisiana case against Sofia Vergara dismissed. Nick Loeb's wild, never-ending frozen embryo custody case against his ex-fiancee Sofia Vergara has ended in Louisiana for now -- with a judge dismissing his claims. Page Six reported last year that Vergara's ex "moved" to the Bayou State in a bid to win his suit there, since he hoped Louisiana would recognize the unborn embryos' rights. The case bounced to various Louisiana courts before landing in the 25th Judicial District Court for Plaquemines Parish, where Judge Kevin D. Conner handed Vergara a big victory. Conner dismissed Loeb's case on Oct. 11 "with prejudice," Page Six has learned, ruling in Vergara's favor on nine motions and decreeing all trial exhibits except one be unsealed. Loeb was fighting to keep the documents private. Loeb also argued he'd lived at two Louisiana residences outside New Orleans on "Zeta Street" and "Priotti Drive." But according to court papers, the judge found that Loeb "testified he did not spend one night at the Priotti Drive apartment and that he did not furnish it. He hired someone to receive the furniture and decorate the apartment on Zeta. Mr. Loeb has never voted in Plaquemines Parish ... [He] admitted that the utilities at his Belle Chase apartment were cut off due to nonpayment. He does not know any of his neighbors on Zeta." The judge said that Loeb "does not operate any businesses" or "have a bank account" there. "According to Mr. Loeb, he resides everywhere and nowhere. He arrived in Louisiana the day before the deposition, traveling from New York," and while Loeb lived in suburban Belle Chasse, "he stayed for several days at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in New Orleans." The judge also pointed out that during the time Loeb alleged he lived in Louisiana, he had a daughter with another girlfriend, but the baby was born in New York, and "the child and her mother currently reside in Barcelona," where Loeb has a $400,000 yacht. Loeb's lawyer told us, "We will be appealing the court's decision," and said the embryos "are human beings with every right to their lives and every right to be born." The couple split in 2014. Loeb did win a legal round in Los Angeles, Calif., this week when a judge there ruled Vergara must pay him nearly $80,000 in legal fees in her suit alleging "malicious prosecution." (PageSix)

One of Offset's baby mamas is taking the rapper to court ... 'cause she wants him to pony up more dough to support their daughter. Nicole Marie Algarin, who goes by the stage name Shya L'amour, has filed legal docs making several requests but chief among them ... child support for their 4-year-old daughter, Kalea. According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Nicole says the Migos rapper has "provided limited financial support" for Kalea, but she's now looking for the judge to order more. Or, at the very least, to formalize court-ordered payments. In docs, Nicole says they've already taken DNA tests that confirm Offset is Kalea's father. What's more, she says Offset has publicly acknowledged he's Kalea's father -- Offset earlier this year posed with Kalea and captioned a picture on Instagram "Daddy's Girl." Nicole says she just wants the court to follow suit and officially recognize him as dear ol' dad. She also wants Offset to have regular visits on weekends, holidays and in the summer. Kalea is Offset's fourth kid. Of course, he has Kulture with Cardi B, and 2 sons from previous relationships. (TMZ)

Jussie Smollett Officially Facing $130,000 Lawsuit in Alleged Attack Case. UPDATE: Federal judge, Virginia Kendall, has denied Jussie Smollett's request to dismiss the Chicago lawsuit filed against him, according to court documents. Additionally, the judge said the Chicago Police Department can proceed to investigate the case. Of the news, Smollett's attorney, William J. Quinlan, told E! News, "The Court today ruled that the City's case will be decided on the facts and not the pleadings. As you know, in the legal system dismissal on the pleadings is a very high bar and, as a result, the Court's decision is not surprising." He added, "The pleadings are just the city's side of the story Now, Mr. Smollett will get to present his side of the case. Mr. Smollett has always maintained his innocence and is eager to have the complete facts of the case come out. He looks forward to taking depositions and otherwise bringing to light many of the facts that have been overlooked in the court of public opinion to date. Mr. Smollett is confident that once the full story is available he will be vindicated."

Cuba Gooding Jr. is racking up new charges in NYC at an alarming rate -- the D.A. just announced he's been indicted on 2 more counts related to alleged sexual misconduct. The Manhattan D.A. says the Oscar winner is now facing an additional count of forcible touching and another sexual abuse in the third-degree charge. After last week's indictment that brings Gooding's tally up to 6 charges related to 3 different accusers. Prosecutors have not said when the new accuser's alleged incident went down. As we reported, the prior accusers are a TAO Nightclub server and a patron at Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge, both in NYC. TMZ broke the story ... surveillance video appeared to show some contact between Cuba and the woman at Magic Hour Rooftop back in June, but he adamantly denied touching the woman's breast ... as she claimed to cops. Gooding will be back in court on Halloween for yet another arraignment. His attorney, Mark Heller, tells us Cuba will plead not guilty ... just as he did for the 4 previous charges. Heller added, "The new accuser is just one more splinter that comes out of the woodwork when a celebrity is criminally charged. But none of the splinters will form a plank leading to his conviction because he has not committed any crime." (TMZ)

So, Glocc's not outta the woods just yet, but he's inching closer. As we first reported ... Glocc was nabbed in a prostitution ring back in 2017. He had allegedly driven a woman to an unknown location after an undercover cop contacted her through an ad posted on Backpage.com. The woman was busted but Glocc took off. A famous gold medal-winning Paralympic athlete died Tuesday after taking her own life through euthanasia in Belgium, officials confirm. 40-year-old Marieke Vervoort battled degenerative spinal disease -- yet was able to compete in wheelchair racing at the highest levels. She won two medals at the 2016 Paralympic games in Brazil and famously clinched a GOLD medal during the 2012 Paralympics in London. But, when she wasn't competing, Vervoort lived with extreme physical pain which sometimes limited her to only sleeping for 10 minutes a night. Vervoort also suffered epileptic seizures -- and in one case in 2014, a seizure caused her to spill boiling water on her legs while cooking pasta. She suffered major injuries and was hospitalized for several months as a result. Vervoort had considered euthanasia for years and began planning for the end of her life back in 2016. In fact, Vervoort spent her last night surrounded by friends and family, sipping on sparkling wine ... just as she planned. After her passing, the Belgian royal family issued a statement praising their Paralympic hero -- saying, "Marieke 'Wielemie' Vervoort was an athlete tough as nails and a great lady. Her death touches us deeply." RIP. (TMZ)
