THE OTHER STUFF . . .

Meek Mill and Meghan Trainor will make a crucial visit to kids in Chicago to set the tone -- a $400k tone -- for the NFL and Roc Nation's nationwide social outreach. Sources connected to the league tell us its Inspire Change program is donating $400,000 to 2 Chicago groups which give at risk kids alternatives to gang and gun violence. Meek and Meghan -- as well as Vic Mensa and Rapsody -- will visit both programs this week. We're told the groups were hand-selected and vetted by Roc Nation, which started working with the NFL when Jay Z launched his new partnership with the league. One of the groups is BBF (Better Boys Foundation) Family Services -- which, we're told, Vic and Rapsody will visit Wednesday. Founded in the 1960s ... BBF says it provides education, employment and youth services, as well as family health programs to more than 400 families. The other group, Crusher's Club, says its mission is to help Chicago kids "restore their lives and improve their neighborhoods." Meghan and Meek will be at Crusher's on Thursday ... ahead of their NFL Kickoff concert. As we reported, Meek and Meghan came on board, not just to perform the NFL Kickoff concert, but as advocates for Inspire Change -- the league's arm to support player and team efforts to focus on education, police and community relation and criminal justice reform. We're told Chicago will be a prototype of sorts, as Roc Nation, the NFL and the Players Coalition -- under the Inspire Change umbrella -- plan to do the same with 2 groups in every NFL city. (TMZ)

Hailey Bieber's Neck Tattoo May Have Revealed She's a Swiftie After All. Could Hailey Bieber's latest tattoo be a shout-out to Taylor Swift? Maybe! The model recently had the word "Lover" inked on her neck in delicate script. Her tattoo artist, Dr. Woo, shared a photo of the dainty tattoo on his Instagram, which drew the attention of stars like Chris D'Elia, who commented, "Awesome." For the pic's caption, the tattoo artist wrote, "Love always wins." So, no word yet on whether or not T-Swift inspired the neck tat. Either way, fans are already speculating about the tattoo, especially since Taylor Swift and Justin have previously butt heads. But, in all fairness, "lover" is a noun that is commonly used in reference to things other than Taylor's album. For example, it could be a term of endearment for Hailey's hubby, Justin Bieber. After all, the two are nearing the one-year anniversary of their elopement, so she could be marking the special occasion by getting this tattoo. Rumor has it that the model and singer will also be commemorating their anniversary by getting married for the second time. This time around, the two will exchange nuptials in a religious ceremony in South Carolina. A source previously told E! News, "The countdown is on and they are really looking forward to it." No doubt the wedding will be an emotional one. On the anniversary of their engagement, Hailey shared a heartfelt message to her husband that nearly left people in tears. "1 year ago I said yes to being your best friend for life. And today I have never loved you more.. life gets more beautiful everyday because of you, my heart belongs to you forever. Here's to learning and growing together," Baldwin wrote. And it's all too clear that Justin feels the same way. In a recent Instagram post, the star said that he is "living the best season of my life." (Eonline)

Aaron Paul went all out celebrating 40 years of life ... living it up for two weeks at a posh beachside resort in the Dominican Republic with his wife and Bryan Cranston!!! The "Breaking Bad" star rang in the big 4-0 in the DR ... and he spared no expense, staying in a suite at The Ani Resort that goes for $25,000 a night. Aaron shacked up for 12 nights, dropping $300k just for his lodging!!! Aaron was rolling deep ... he had his better half with him, plus his family and close friends, including Bryan. We're told the "Breaking Bad" costars spent their time sipping their new Mezcal that just launched, Dos Hombres. Rum's usually what you think of when you picture a boozy drink on a Caribbean beach ... but when you've got your own liquor brand, you play by your own rules!!! Aaron and co. had a rocking time ... soaking in all the resort and island have to offer ... infinity pools, perfect weather, soft sands, amazing food, crystal-clear seas ... the whole shebang. Blowout birthday parties are kinda Aaron's thing ... when his wife turned 30 back in 2016, Aaron rented out a massive private villa in Thailand just for the 2 of them. Gotta love that "Breaking Bad" bank!!! (TMZ)

Kim Kardashian Reveals She Leaked Her Own Baby News After Getting Too Drunk. Kardashian and her husband Kanye West welcomed son Psalm in May via surrogate When Kim Kardashian West drinks, she spills all her secrets. In a bonus clip from last season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kardashian West, 38, revealed to her sister Khloe Kardashian, mom Kris Jenner and Scott Disick that she accidentally leaked news that she and husband Kanye West are expecting their fourth child via surrogate -- and she's blaming it on the alcohol. The reality star explained it all happened at the family's winter wonderland-themed Christmas party, which Kardashian West and West, 42, hosted at their home in December. "I told someone at Christmas Eve and I don't remember who I told 'cause I was drunk,'" Kardashian West says in the clip. "Multiple people?" Disick, 36, asks Kardashian West, adding "Are you upset?" "No, 'cause I mean, it was my fault," Kardashian West responds while laughing. "That's why I don't drink." Nonetheless, Kardashian West raved over the new addition to her family saying, "I'm so excited." "At first I was having so much anxiety, just because I'm going to be a mom of four," Kardashian West explains. Disick then chimes in adding, "Look at your mom, she's got 19 kids. She's not stressed." Jenner, 63, jokingly responds, "Yeah, I want to kill myself." Kardashian West and West welcomed baby Psalm in May. She revealed the news on Twitter writing, "He's here and he's perfect!" Late last month, Kardashian West shared an update on Psalm saying, "My little man is the sweetest ever!" "He's honestly the best baby. Sleeps through the night and by far my most calm." West and Kardashian West are also parents to daughters Chicago, 1, and North, 6, and son Saint, 3. With a house filled with little ones, Kim says four kids is all she "can handle" right now. In a Q&A on her Instagram Story last week (her first ever, according to the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star), Kardashian West replied to a fan who asked if she wanted more kids to add to her family. "I LOVE my babies so much but 4 is all I can handle with how busy I am, and each one of my babies needs so much attention," she wrote. Kim recently opened up about her four kids' personalities for her September cover of Vogue Arabia. The star was interviewed by West, who asked his wife what traits she sees in their children. Kardashian West responded by saying that North is the rapper's "twin." "She is so creative, expressive and has so much of your personality," said the star. "Saint, I think, has more of my personality. What do you think?" West agreed, saying, "I think so too." "Chi, it's still too early to say," Kardashian West continued. "She has a temper that we don't have but then she's so calm, which is just like us too. For Psalm, it's too early to tell. Hopefully, they will have little bits of us and lots of themselves." Jonah Hill's $6.7 Million Santa Monica Home Is the Ideal Beach Retreat. Jonah Hill got himself some new beach digs. The Maniac actor recently purchased a $6.77 million house in Santa Monica, Calif., Variety reported. According to the home's Zillow listing, the 4-bed, 4.5-bath property comes with 3,102 square feet of living space featuring a remodeled chef's kitchen with a brick pizza oven. Once dinner is ready, Hill and his guests can chow down in a nearby dining room that opens to an outdoor patio. Outside, there's also a pool enclosed by trees and a guest house with a sauna and one of the fireplaces at the home -- perfect for any friends who want to crash after a get-together. Back inside, the star can also get warm by the fire in the living room or get some work done in the study. A kitchen equipped with a pizza oven, a pool and a guest house? Sounds like the perfect place to throw a party! The property is in Santa Monica, not far from the beach. Since the Oscar nominee recently tried out surfing, it sounds like the perfect spot for him. Cris Cyborg has found a new home -- the MMA superstar has signed with Bellator after parting ways with UFC. "Hey Cyborg Nation fans, I'm very excited to announce that I'm going to be partnering with Scott Coker and Viacom -- I'll be fighting Bellator," the fighting legend says. "And, you guys know I have a lot of girls that want to fight at 145 pounds and this means you're going to have a lot of fights per year and I'm very happy about that." The 34-year-old had clashed with UFC honcho Dana White earlier this year -- and White had said he was going to release Cyborg from her contract. "I will not match any offers, she is free and clear to go to Bellator or any of these other organizations and fight," White said back in August ... adding, "We're out of the Cyborg business." Well, Bellator wasted no time snatching her up ... and it seems pretty obvious Cyborg -- who's 21-2 as a pro -- will get an immediate title shot against Julia Budd, the reigning featherweight champ. Budd is 13-2 with her only 2 career losses coming from Ronda Rousey and Amanda Nunes. Seems Cyborg has her eye on more after that, 'cause she says she's hoping to be one of the most decorated fighters EVER once she arrives in Bellator. "My goal is going to be the only female fighter holding four different major tiles in the same division and I know with you guys I can do that. And, I just want to say, Cyborg Nation, Welcome to Bellator!" (TMZ)

Marcellus Wiley says Colin Kaepernick should've never knelt in the first place ... because taking a knee was too divisive and not a good strategy to make change. Wiley -- one of Kap's loudest critics -- sat down with Van Lathan on "The Red Pill Podcast" and when asked if Colin Kaepernick did the right thing by kneeling Wiley was clear. "No. If I had to vote whether Kaepernick did right or did wrong I would vote wrong, because I'm into resources. I'm into materializing. I'm into monetizing." The "Speak For Yourself" host went on to compare Kaepernick's fundraising to J.J. Watt's Hurricane Harvey fundraising, saying that Watt was able to raise more money because he was more inclusive. "I watch J.J. Watt, different cause, different reason. Instead of being adversarial. In alliance, he raised $41.6 million on record. $2 million on record, $41.6 million on record.' Lathan points out that Kap's protest and Watt's fundraising are two totally different causes, but Wiley then turned to the fact that Colin's silence is part of the reason he thinks his protest fell flat. "I'm not going to stand up with that responsibility, and connect with the voiceless and powerless and then go silent on them." We should say, Colin Kaepernick hasn't gone silent, he's reached out to kids through his Know Your Rights Camps, and has been an active lightning rod for social justice since he first started to protest, but it's obvious Wiley thinks he hasn't done enough. Trina's mother has passed away ... TMZ has learned. The 'Love & Hip Hop' star and legendary femcee's mom, Vernessa 'Nessa' Taylor, died Tuesday morning, according to Trina's rep. We're told she lost a battle to cancer. Trina's camp tells us that Nessa was the rock that molded her daughter into the strong, successful woman she's become, and that she was also a pillar in her community in advocating for self-love, confidence and perseverance among women in general. The rep tells TMZ ... "Thank you all for your kind words and condolences regarding Trina's mother. It truly gives the family some peace and comfort knowing that 'Nessa' lived such a fulfilling life filled with love and abundance." Trina's team asks for privacy as the family mourns. Trina mentioned her mother in her music, notably referencing her in a song similar to Pac's "Dear Mama." In her 2017 track -- simply titled "Mama (The One)" -- Trina raps about wanting to pass before her mother did 'cause of how attached she was to her. Trina's lyrics go like this ... "Thinking 'bout you mama / Got me running to the liquor / Mama where you goin'? / I'm gon' have to beg to differ / I'd rather go first, so I wanna go with you 'cause I can't do this without you." Obviously, they were incredibly close. Just last year, Trina and co. threw Nessa an extravagant rooftop birthday party, where photos and music were in abundance and a good time was had by all. Even in the clip though, you can see Nessa struggling a bit to walk -- it's clear she was ill at the time. We're told Trina's inner circle is trying to keep her grounded during this difficult time, and that she's surrounded by loved ones as she works through the grieving process. Nessa was 62. RIP. (TMZ)
