Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick Are Reuniting Onstage After 24 Years. Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are teaming up for a Broadway production, debuting next year! The couple, who tied the knot in 1997, are set to star in the 2020 revival of the late Neil Simon's Plaza Suite. Parker announced the exciting stage news on Tuesday morning, writing a message to her fans on social media. "A classic American comedy A legendary playwright An actor whom I get to love onstage and off 2 actors, 6 roles," Parker captioned her announcement post on Instagram. "Neil Simon's comedy about love, marriage, children and all the absurdity and heartbreak that can happen in room 719. Plaza Suite is back on Broadway. Starring Matthew Broderick and his wife. Directed by John Benjamin Hickey." The Sex and the City alum concluded, "I feel I've waited a lifetime." Parker and Broderick, who share three kids together, will kick off a 17-week limited run at Hudson Theatre beginning March 13, 2020, following a pre-Broadway run at Boston's Emerson Colonial Theatre. This will be the first time the couple has worked together onstage since 1996, when they both appeared in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. "We simply love the play," Parker told the New York Times. "It's most assuredly a period piece, with cultural and sexual politics that were radically different, but there are these larger themes, about marriage and disappointment and ambition and parenting and betrayal and love, that don't hang their hat on a specific generation." For ticket information, head on over to Plaza Suite Broadway. (Eonline)
Diddy and Lori Harvey's whirlwind summer romance just wrapped its Mexican leg, and it looks like it was a very successful vacay, and by that we mean ... they're doing a lot of belly rubbing! The Bad Boy honcho and Steve Harvey's daughter arrived at the Cabo San Lucas airport Sunday on their way back stateside. Cabo was just the latest hot getaway for the couple -- remember, they were just in Italy along with her dad. Speaking of which, Steve might take interest in a couple of these pics ... at one point, Diddy reached under Lori's blouse and appeared to rub her stomach. Lori did the same to herself. So, here's the rub ... the gesture made photogs think they'd just saw a sign Lori is pregnant. Could be as innocent as a convo about a big lunch, or maybe a tummy ache. Still, we reached out to Diddy's rep. No word back yet. After Lori and Diddy returned home, she quickly took off on another trip ... sans her BF, while he's hanging at home. (TMZ)
Sharon Osbourne Debuts New Facelift on The Talk Season 10 Premiere: 'It Looks More Refreshed'. Sharon Osbourne's decision to get more work done comes years after the star swore off plastic surgery. Marie Osmond wasn't the only new face on The Talk's season 10 premiere. Sharon Osbourne kicked off the show by debuting a new look, the result of a facelift she had over the summer. "It was five weeks today that I had my operation," she said. "I had my neck done, my jowls ... He kind of pulled it from the top of my head and put an elastic band in it. But everything was just lifted up. So, it looks more refreshed." "I feel okay," Osbourne told her peers, who praised her new look. "Still a little bit of pain. But you can't complain when you wanted to do it." The music manager and host, 66, first opened up about her plans to get a "new face" in May, telling Eve, Carrie Ann Inaba, Sheryl Underwood and guest Rumor Willis that her "next surgery is booked." "I'm having it in August so when we come back to film in September, I will have a new face," Osbourne said at the time. Her CBS co-hosts laughed off announcement -- Inaba, 51, quickly saying, "But I like this face." That didn't sway Osbourne, though. "You're just used to it, you'll like the new one," she quipped. In a 2012 episode of The Talk, Osbourne said she wanted to stop getting plastic surgery "because I have been looking at pictures of myself recently since I started to lose weight and in a lot of shots, my face looks plastic and at certain angles. I was like, 'Oh, dear. Oh, I should never have done that. Oh, that's a bad one.' So, I'm like, 'No more. No more abuse.'" Osbourne also said she had issues with her breast implants. "One of them had burst, and all of it had gone into the wall of my stomach," Osbourne said that year. "And one breast was different than the other." The British TV host admitted "having my vagina tightened" was the worst procedure she went through. "It was just excruciating," Osbourne said on The Graham Norton Show back in 2013. Prior to the latest procedure, Osbourne posed for a series of photos for PEOPLE alongside her three grandchildren: Minnie Theodora, 18 months, Andy Rose, 4, and Pearl Clementine, 7. The photographs were shot on June 26 at her home, accompanied by a story about Osbourne's life as a grandma. "I keep saying it and saying it: It is one of the joys of growing old because it is a different kind of love," she said. "And it's very special, really special. I can't wait for my girls to have babies. Like, hurry up! Do it!" (People)
Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky's Beloved Dog Sunny Has Been Found After Running Off. UPDATE: Homeward bound: Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky's dog Sunny has returned just days after he went missing in Australia. "SUNNY has been FOUND this morning," the couple's friend Leah Grist shared on the Byron Bay Community Board Facebook page. "Thank you to everyone for all their help, shares and wishes to bring Sunny home."
Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky's dog Sunny has gone missing. Tracey Sparkes, a reported friend of the couple, shared the news via Facebook earlier this week. "Sunny is still missing, now approaching her third night lost," she wrote via the Byron Bay Community Board. "Please keep a look out for her." Sparkes claimed the dog was last seen "around [the] Talofa area," which is a small New South Wales rural location in Australia. "She ran off after getting a zap from electric fencing," she added. "She is a large cream Groodle, very friendly." She also asked the Facebook followers to call a certain number if they find the four-legged friend. Hemsworth's trainer Luke Zocchi also noted that the dog is microchipped. In addition, he shared a "lost dog" sign on Instagram, which described the pooch as a "much loved family pet." "Asking for anyone's help if you can help us find Sundog?" he wrote on the social network. Fans have spotted Sunny on the actor's Instagram account before. For instance, the Thor star posted a video of himself doing a "morning surf check" with his animal pal. Pataky also shared a photo cuddling with one of their children. Hopefully, they'll find Sunny soon! (Eonline)
Serena Williams may have felt like she didn't show up on the court Saturday, but she certainly showed up for the New York premiere of The Game Changers. On Monday night, the legendary tennis player, 37, and her husband, Alexis Ohanian, 36, made a date night out of the red carpet event for the documentary's premiere. Williams showed off simple elegance in a white, satin slip dress with a V-cut neckline. The tennis star accessorized the sleek look with a silver drop pendant necklace and a few other dainty jewels. Williams topped off her look with yellow snakeskin pumps while her tech entrepreneur husband, with whom Williams shares 2-year-old daughter Alexis Olympia, wore a dark suit paired with shiny black sneakers. Williams' date night comes just two days after her U.S. Open final loss to 19-year-old Canadian Bianca Andreescu. Williams called the two-set tournament game her "worst match." "I love Bianca, I think she's a great girl, but I think this is the worst match I've played all tournament. And it's hard to know that you could do better," she told reporters after the match. "It's inexcusable for me to play at that level." The veteran tennis star lost 6-3, 7-5, and previously lost to Andreescu during the 2019 Rogers Cup finals when Williams was forced to retire due to back spasms. Williams also told reporters she was having a difficult time accepting her performance level and telling herself, "'you did okay' because I don't think I did." "I could have just been more Serena today," the mother of one said at the time. "I honestly don't think Serena showed up and I have to figure out how to get her to show up." Though Williams has continued to play tennis at a high level, 2017 was the last time the star won a Grand Slam title -- when she defeated her sister Venus in the Australian Open while pregnant with her daughter. However, the mom's losses aren't keeping her from doing what she loves. "I'm so close, so close, so close and yet so far away," Williams continued in her post-match press conference. "I don't know what to say, I guess I gotta keep going if I wanna be a professional tennis player. I gotta keep fighting through it." (People)
Betsey Johnson is saying goodbye to her Malibu mobile home. The fashion designer, 77, is listing the colorful, funky space for $1.95 million. The home, which is painted bright pink, is described as a "bohemian dream" in its listing on Compass, and was designed by Johnson herself, featuring a lush outdoor space complete with a tub and plenty of areas to entertain. One of the most unique aspects of the property -- aside from the fact it is a mobile home worth millions -- is the double-sized master bedroom, which is called "The Yellow Room" for its retro, monochrome vibe. Other amenities include "24-hour guard-gated entry, a community tennis court and clubhouse, and access to one of the world's most celebrated beaches," the listing boasts. While it might sound extreme to be paying millions of dollars for a mobile home, Paradise Cove is the world's most exclusive trailer park. The community has been called home by several other A-list celebrities, including Matthew McConaughey, Pamela Anderson and Minnie Driver, and is beloved for offering a more laid back lifestyle despite its proximity to Hollywood. Johnson has also proclaimed the house's eccentricity, telling PEOPLE in 2018, "I would like people to think of this as a funny little museum." The fashion designer said that she was inspired to leave New York one particularly cold morning for the sunny beaches of Los Angeles, and has never looked back. "I've made lots of mistakes with boyfriends and husbands," Johnson explained. "I don't think I've made more than two mistakes with my houses, purchases for my houses or the clothes in my closet." Despite the fact, the listing doesn't even share what the square footage of the mobile home is, the designer previously insisted there is plenty of room for guests, including a beachy guest bedroom, and to entertain. "To me, my house is the entertainment," she said, explaining that she doesn't consider herself much of a cook or "preparer": "the decor replaces the good meal." In 2016, the fashion designer sold her equally distinctive New York condo on the Upper East Side for $2.25 million. The listing of the Malibu oasis comes a few months after Johnson had open heart surgery earlier this year. "A couple of days ago I felt, 'I will never feel right. I will never get back to the real me. I will never look that good again, I will never have that energy again. It's gone, I am 76, it is over,'" she told PEOPLE in May three weeks after the operation. "Every day I feel better and better and better, and I am getting closer to realizing that I can be that person again, that I don't need to throw in the towel." She added: "There were times where you just felt like you had to throw in the towel because you felt like you just could never make it back to that you were before, but I am getting there." (People)
Supermodel Irina Shayk is bouncing back big at New York Fashion Week after her June split from Hollywood star Bradley Cooper. Shayk's been a fixture on and off the runway, fashion sources noted. She was on the catwalk for designer (and Lady Gaga BFF) Brandon Maxwell, and was in the front row at a Jeremy Scott show with fellow model Gigi Hadid. She also appeared at the annual Harper's Bazaar Icons party, and over the weekend was seen out at the US Open supporting fellow Russian Daniil Medvedev in the men's final. Last week, Shayk revealed her racy Calvin Klein campaign in which she's nude but for a purse and sandals. (Page Six)
There's a $20k education fund to help the children of the woman killed in the fatal Kevin O'Leary boat crash, and the campaign was set up by the son of the other victim killed in the incident. Alex Poltash, whose father Gary died in the tragedy, is the man behind the GoFundMe for Suzana Brito's three children -- 12-year-old Liam, 11-year-old Ruby and 9-year-old Cash. Alex says the money is going into an education fund for the kids, and it's a way to carry on his dad's legacy. The way Alex sees it ... his father was a true believer in the power of education, and the crowdfunding effort is an appropriate way to honor his pops, who was friends with Suzana. We broke the story ... Kevin's boat was involved in a fatal crash last month on Lake Joseph in Ontario, Canada. Two people were killed and 3 others were injured. Multiple sources with knowledge tell us, police are looking at whether the boat that was hit had its navigation lights on. Kevin insists they were not on, but we're told people on the other boat insist the lights were on, Kevin's boat was going too fast and the driver -- Kevin's wife -- wasn't paying proper attention. Suzana, a 48-year-old single mother, died in the hospital after suffering horrific injuries in the wreck. The page will be open until Sept. 13 ... and anyone looking to help out can click here. (TMZ)
Kanye West's futuristic housing community needs a new home base ... because his dome-shaped structures in Calabasas have been destroyed. All but one of the housing prototypes were torn down with about a week to spare before the September 15 deadline ... imposed by the L.A. County Dept. of Public Works for violating the building code. As you can see in these aerial photos taken Monday ... all that's left at the site, where at least 3 of Ye's huge domes once sat, is a bunch of rubble, a dump truck and one small dome-ish tower. We're told that one is also coming down before the deadline. We broke the story ... Kanye's neighbors were pissed in mid-August over construction crews working on his property all weekend long, including Sundays, which isn't allowed. Cops were called and put an end to the noise, but the workers have clearly still been busy with the tear-down process. As we told you ... Kanye's prototypes are part of his vision of an egalitarian community, but he didn't get the proper permits to build them. It's unclear if he's moving the project elsewhere he did just buy a huge ranch in Wyoming or putting it on hold. Whatever he decides, construction will have to start from scratch. (TMZ)
Senator Marco Rubio strongly believes Colin Kaepernick has the talent to be on an NFL roster -- telling TMZ Sports it's not CK's skill that's preventing him from playing in the league. The Republican politician is a HUGE football fan -- and with the Jacksonville Jaguars losing their starting QB, Nick Foles, to a shoulder injury, some people think the Jags should kick the tires on Kaepernick. Rubio is one of those people ... telling us straight-up, "Certainly there aren't 64 better QBs playing in the NFL right now." Marco notes that NFL personnel decisions are based on more than just talent and ability -- but makes it clear he thinks Colin's current unemployment status is about more than what he can do on the field. "I'm not an NFL owner but I can tell you I don't think there are 64 better quarterbacks ... that's obviously not football that's keeping him away." Rubio says the shot callers on NFL teams "think he brings many other things with him that they don't want around" ... an on obvious reference to the media firestorm over Colin's kneeling protest. We asked Marco if he would consider Colin if he ran the Jags ... and this is what he told us. "If I were an owner, and he was the best guy, I'd bring him in despite the other stuff. But, there's a lot that goes into that." We all know how President Donald Trump feels about Kaepernick ... he's called for the NFL to fire any "son of a bitch" who doesn't stand for the National Anthem. (TMZ)
Jenelle Evans' Husband David Eason Finally Admits to Killing Their Dog. In a new interview, former Teen Mom stars Jenelle Evans and David Eason insist they were simply protecting their children by killing the family dog. Four months after Jenelle first accused her husband of ending her French bulldog Nugget's life, the reality TV stars have yet to recover both personally and professionally from the scandal. In light of the incident, MTV fired Jenelle from Teen Mom 2 and the couple temporary lost custody of their kids. Now, David says he "still thinks about [the dog] every day" but does not regret his actions. "It was a situation where my daughter, her health, her safety was in danger," he told People, referencing 2-year-old Ensley. "It upsets me just as much as anybody who doesn't even know Nugget may think they're upset." Eason continued, "This was something that nobody wants to ever have to do. The dog was aggressive. Yes, she might not be huge or whatever, but you know when a dog bites a child on the face more than one time, then it should never be around the child again." Instead of attempting to re-home Nugget, David said he felt there was no other option than to "euthanize" the animal. "If you call the authorities at that point," David said, "the law says the dog has to be euthanized. I'm not going to pay anyone to euthanize my dog when I could do it myself." Up until now, David has not directly addressed Nugget's killing in such detail. In July, authorities closed their investigation into the matter due to lack of evidence. As for Jenelle's perspective, she is certain the public just misunderstands her husband and his set of circumstances. "David has grown up in the country lifestyle -- he hunts, he fishes," the 27-year-old explained told the outlet. "The way he was raised is really different than a lot of other places. We understand that people are scared of the whole gun thing, [but] they just don't understand it from David's perspective." Jenelle also confirmed they "got over" the drama after they attended counseling and David completed an anger management course. "We've been working out really well ever since," she noted. What's more, Jenelle said she is confident David won't "repeat the same mistakes he's made before." Recalling a similar incident, she said that after her pit bull recently killed one of their pigs, David decided to "give the dog away" as opposed to taking matters into his own hands. "He didn't realize how big that was going to be if it did get out," she further defended. "He also isn't used to social media or being on TV or anything like that. I've been around it since 2009. I know my actions from the past have made me learn not to do those mistakes again. David is learning from everything that is happening." (Eonline)
